Red Roof Catering

Liz at Red Roof Catering recently catered our September 2021 wedding at Oakholm Farm Estate for approximately 150 people and we couldn’t be happier!! From the delicious tasting back in November that sealed the deal, to her attention to detail with accommodations for our guests with any allergies or dietary restrictions, and the presentation of the buffet were all top notch. We heard only rave reviews of the entire buffet, but especially of the beef tenderloin and the fresh waldorf salad. The entire catering staff was fantastic from the passed appetizer hour, to the organized serve, to cleanup. We highly recommend Red Roof Catering – Liz was great to work with!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Red Rood Catering and Liz DeLuca. From the second I contacted Liz about catering our wedding she was extraordinarily professional, accommodating and helpful with all aspects of her services. She was an intricate part of our planning process and very thoughtful in all menu choices, working with us to be sure that we had everything we had imagined. It’s been three months since our wedding and our guests are all still raving about the food and stunning presentation! Her staff is equally as wonderful and it is evident the great pride they take in making sure that every detail is taken care of.  I’m so grateful to Liz and the whole Red roof catering team for helping make our day so incredibly special and a huge success!

Thank goodness for Liz Deluca and Red Roof Catering! The food at my daughter’s wedding was amazing, hot and delicious. After selecting our wedding venue, we looked to the suggested vendor list for a caterer. We were surprised that the groom and Liz’s son were friends in high school, often spending time at each other’s houses! We basically had no choice but to choose Red Roof Catering, but I have to admit that I was initially worried that we didn’t get to interview other caterers. I couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Liz invited the bride and groom for a tasting, and then invited both sets of parents for an additional tasting. My daughter is vegan, and Liz had no problem making sure that there was plenty for her to eat. Most of the vegetables are grown in her backyard garden, and are incredibly fresh and delicious. The most important thing that Liz did for me, was to be there to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Our venue coordinator had her third baby 3 weeks before the wedding, and was understandably difficult to reach. Liz was able to answer make recommendations, guide me in the timeline, and was also willing to share her opinions when asked. In fact – she steered us to Dragon Fly Farms for flowers, another fabulous vendor! Do not hesitate to hire Red Roof Catering, they were professional and highly skilled through every step of the way.

Red Roof Catering was recommended to us through our venue and we are so glad we chose them to cater our wedding this past Saturday! Liz makes amazing food that all of our guests raved about! The fiesta lime chicken was a huge hit! The entire process of planning our appetizers and meal was extremely organized and Liz was involved every step of the way; providing guidance and her own expertise given her extensive history catering a variety of events. She allowed us to choose a variety of options for our meal and was extremely mindful of dietary needs of our guests. Her staff was so wonderful to our guests and we heard so many compliments about how kind and considerate they were. Our wedding was such a success in huge part to Liz and Red Roof Catering!
