Shining Star Video was our choice for our wedding-day videography, and Roger did not disappoint!
We were Roger’s first digital video clients back in 2003. From our very first meeting, he never felt like just a vendor—he felt like family. Roger was not only on time—he was extremely early! His attire and demeanor were very professional, and the service he provided throughout our wedding was wonderful. He was friendly, thoughtful, and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease.
We still watch our wedding DVD every anniversary and love all the special effects and personal touches he incorporated into our video. A couple who attended our wedding also used Roger for their wedding, and he even included clips of them from our wedding in their wedding DVD. It was such a beautiful and personal touch!
Now that Roger has Red Rose Photo Booth, I’m sure he will bring that same professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail, and friendly personality to every event. With all the stress that comes with putting on a party, Roger made everything simple and easy. He handled everything so smoothly and efficient, which allowed me to focus on all the other things that needed my attention. It was such a relief knowing the photo booth was completely taken care of!
One of our favorite parts was that our guests even got to take home a special keepsake from the photo booth in a cute keychain. It was such a fun and unique touch that everyone loved.

Hello everyone, my name is Roger Marionneaux! If you are looking for the right person to elevate your upcoming celebration, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share the story behind Red Rose Photo Booth.
My journey in event services started decades ago in New Jersey running a videography company called Shining Star Video, capturing the magic of weddings and milestone events. After relocating to California in 2008 and making it my permanent home, my passion for bringing people together only grew stronger.
Red Rose Photo Booth is deeply personal to me. Years ago, when I first asked my now-wife, Kristina, to be my girlfriend, I handed her a single red rose. That gesture turned into a tradition following us through every chapter—from dating to marriage, and now passing those same values to our children, especially my son. Remaining grounded and family-centered means everything to me, which is why capturing genuine moments is so sacred. I am a devoted family man, a proud husband and father who loves having fun, socializing with friends, and making memories. Whether heading out on vacations or visiting Disneyland, family time is everything. I cherish being an active father and a loving husband to Kristina. When not behind the camera or with family, you can usually find me in the kitchen bringing people together through home-cooked meals, fresh-baked rustic baguettes, New York-style pizzas, and scratch-made cheesecakes in any flavor. I wanted this business to reflect that same warmth and dedication to meaningful connections.
Whether celebrating a wedding, birthday, or corporate gathering, my goal is to blend professional event engagement with an unforgettable experience. Operating completely hands-on as a dedicated owner-operator, I bring my full attention and personal touch to every single detail.
