We are SO glad we chose Red Swan for our wedding. Molly was so easy to communicate with and made our dreams come to life. We had a pasta bar, two dessert choices (apple crisp and tiramisu), multiple beverages, and a small cake for cutting. We received so many compliments on the food from our guests. Molly made sure everything turned out exactly as we imagined and I couldn't be more grateful. I would 110% suggest working with Red Swan and would work with them again!!

We worked with Molly for a taco-themed Rehearsal Dinner at this beautiful event space overlooking Lake Superior. It was truly perfect. Molly was super communicative, helped us make adjustments to the menu & drinks to fit our theme and the venue is beautiful as is so décor needs were minimal. This would have been an incredible wedding venue as well and I hope more people check them out because it really is a beautiful space and the planning process could not have been easier.

Molly and Jessica were so easy to work with our cakes turned out amazing! They were delivered and look fantastic couldn't have asked for more!

I am so glad we went with this caterer. They have so much experience that they know the best way to set up, when to set up, how to get your guests to go where you want them to, and to estimate how much food is needed to not have left overs. The food was tasty and well prepared. The guests loved the cake and mentioned it several times. I met with them a couple times ( I live in St. Paul) and they were very helpful and accommodating. Their prices are very good and much cheaper than other places. They also would allow me to bring in my own alcohol and cake. They also incorporated my colors well and set a beautiful buffet!! I would whole heatedly recommend this family business that knows their stuff and provides good advice. They were very nice too. I loved working with them!!

I would strongly recommend this caterer! They were absolutely fantastic to work with and our guests continue to rave about their food weeks after the wedding. I will also visit their restaurant on the Old North Shore anytime I am traveling to Canada.

We chose Red Swan to make our wedding cake and are glad we did. The cake was amazing and all the guests enjoyed it! I've never had a better tasting cake!

The service was wonderful and beyond any expectation! Red Swan decorates the table with their food to match the theme of your wedding. On our wedding day, Molly Dollar, the owner of Red Swan, participated in the catering and personally checked in with our wedding party to make sure everything was well! It was great! The food was wonderful. I recommend getting the passion fruit dish they make!
