communicate with, and quickly got us on the right track. We had a Zoom call with her a few days before the ceremony so we could get to know her a little bit and work out more specifics for our ceremony, and she definitely went above and beyond with helpfulness! On the ceremony day, she came in and we all instantly loved her! She was very professional, but we also felt like she was genuinely excited for us. Her ceremony was short and sweet, and the thought she had put into the vows was so apparent. We absolutely loved our experience with Rachael!

ered if she was a friend. Rachel was also a supportive player in our plans and both were extremely flexible and accommodating.

cross CeremonybyRachael on the knot. Rachael assisted us in putting together our ceremony script, some thoughtful readings and logistics and Katie performed our ceremony on our big day and we could not have been happier with the love and care we received from these special ladies. Our wedding would not have been the same without them!!!

esentative of you as a couple. She is so personable, organized, professional, AMAZING, funny, etc. Rachael thinks of the little things no one else does, from which microphone to use to handing out listerine strips prior to walking down the aisle and even how to link arms when you also have to hold flowers. The level of work she puts into crafting the perfect ceremony really shows with her color coded schematics. You are definitely getting 5-star service when you work with Rachael!

f the burden off of us which was a huge relief leading up to our wedding day. She works very hard, pays attention to every detail (one’s you may not have thought about before), and last but not least she is incredibly friendly & kind. We’re so glad she was apart of our special day!

nd beyond and helped out anyway she could even the day of she was there for us, seeing if we needed anything and making sure I was drinking water! The ceremony was well organized and even our guests complimented on how great she was! Rachael is by far one of our favorite vendors we booked! We truly feel she is more than just one of our vendors but a new friend! Please do yourself a favor and hire her for your wedding you won’t regret it!

gave great advice and had the most positive attitude. My favorite compliment about our ceremony was from one of my close friends asking if Rachael was a friend of mine that she didn't know about! She made our ceremony feel so personal and perfectly us!

eplied that she was available on my wedding date which was so soon! Rachael worked with a condensed timeline to still completely customize my ceremony to perfection. Not only that, but she also provided insight for our rehearsal planning that was SO valuable. She had so many tips and recommendations for the ceremony that I never would have thought of, but made the ceremony run so smoothly! Our venue unfortunately did not let us rehearse the day prior, so Rachael customized a visualization to show where our wedding party would stand and in which order everyone would process and recess. My fiancé also told me that she spent a significant amount of time coaching his groomsmen the day of the wedding, so they would know exactly what to do. I could not believe how perfectly the ceremony was executed without a rehearsal!! Rachael was such positive energy and a beam of happiness on our wedding day. She made me feel so at ease while also being the professional that she is doing sound checks with our DJ, printing ceremony materials, and so much more to make the ceremony perfect for us. Thank you so much Rachael!!

hat we came upon Rachael’s new consultant service. She was extremely organized, professional and delivered a personalized ceremony program that we loved!

t ideas from watching her that he wished he had known back in his more active DJing days. From her expertise and knowledge of the set up and operations of the venue to the relationships with the other service providers, it made for a dynamic team effort that allowed for a smooth, seemingly effortless ceremony. Above all, what really stood out was her personality which was a great combination of taking charge yet making everyone comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Rachael!

rom first emailing Rachael up until our wedding day, Rachael was so friendly and relatable. She is easy to work with and gets to know you and your spouse on a personal level. She was one of our biggest cheerleaders during the wedding planning process! We e-mailed a lot and that led to us getting to know each other and ultimately making our ceremony feel like "us". After the wedding, I got the most compliments on our ceremony and how Rachael ROCKED IT. I feel like it is rare for so many guest to comment on the ceremony, but Rachael did a great job, she captured everyone's attention and really made it resonate with so many people. My husband and I feel so blessed that we chose Rachael to be our officiant, we cannot say enough great things about her and our ceremony!

led any awkward moments during the ceremony so we just felt at ease. She is absolutely wonderful and we have zero regrets with asking her to marry us!!

y, and cares so much about making sure your day is perfect for the couple. She helped us with everything from planning and scripting the ceremony to writing our vows. Day-of she made sure to take care of us with snacks and water beforehand, and was so funny with the pre-ceremony announcements that my coordinator and I were having trouble keeping quiet in the back. We had multiple people come up to us afterwards asking how we knew Rachael, because she made everything so relaxed and intimate they were sure we were all friends from before. I cannot thank her enough for making our day so special, and would unequivocally recommend her to any couple!!

g party loved working with her and many of our guests mentioned how wonderful and friendly she was. Thank you so much Rachael we LOVED working with you and feel incredibly lucky that your officiated our wedding!!

rge of our line up, as our day of coordinator was not prepared. She turned what could have been a chaotic ceremony entrance, and turned it into a well organized procession. I love the personality she brought to our ceremony, and she truly made the ceremony a reflection of us as a couple. Rachael was easy to work with, and I really enjoyed our time with her! I HIGHLY recommend you book Rachael now for your upcoming wedding!

r ceremony and many options for readings, based on what we said we wanted. We were pretty confused about what we wanted our ceremony to be before we met with Rachael, and her curated selection of resources made the whole process so much better! Rachael is a gifted speaker and has a very warm and welcoming "stage presence". I guess on the day-of, an officiant is basically like an MC for your ceremony. She was up front from the moment the guests sat down, smoothly welcomed everyone and reminded guests to turn off their phones. For our vows and guest readings, she printed out large-font color coded scripts!! She made sure everything went very smoothly.

s. We had no idea where to start and she provided a great template with recommendations for flow, readings, music, and rituals to help guide the way. She was supportive of our decisions and used her extensive experience to provide guidance and feedback to our questions. We definitely needed the structure, but it was clear that she was very comfortable shaping the ceremony into whatever your vision might be. Her officiating blew us away!! Despite only meeting her in person on the day of the wedding (we opted for no rehearsals) she made us feel like we had known her for years. Before the ceremony she was perfect at wrangling us and all the family members to make sure we were clear on our roles. During the ceremony, she set the mood perfectly and made it truly a special moment. We both don’t like to spend much time in limelight and Rachael made us feel so comfortable up there in front of everyone. She’d whisper encouragement if she could tell we needed it or interject humor into the ceremony to add some levity. It was the perfect blend of emotions. We would HIGHLY recommend Rachael to anyone planning a wedding.

emony & give tips is amazing. She was able to help us perfectly craft what I wanted. Rachael was extremely nice & showed up early to prepare for the ceremony. We were doing first look pictures & she was able to get us all set up about 10 minutes before the ceremony. My fiance was nervous and Rachael was able to keep the nerves light throughout the entire ceremony. After the ceremony, all my guests kept asking how long we had been friends because they thought the ceremony was so special & with her few jokes, that she had known us for years. You can't go wrong with hiring Rachael or Katie. They will make your wedding ceremony so special and something you will remember for forever.

ith Rachael who was extremely responsive. She provided us with 3 starting points and allowed us to fine tune the script and ceremony until it was entirely unidentifiable from the starting draft (Despite the final draft mostly using her ideas). I have to say the part I love best about Rachael was that she treats everyone in the wedding party as adults when she needs to and as kindergarten students when she needs to. She knows the groomsmen are the ones who need the extra direction and wasn't afraid to tell one of my groomsmen how it is when he felt like being stubborn/obtuse. Rachael also utilizes her experience in a way that could only be hindsight for newlyweds with these movements and stances that make a single 30 minute ceremony look like so much has happened in photos. She is ever mindful of the photographers from having items removed from pockets to creating new stances with different backdrops and varying members of the wedding party as well as keeping microphones out of the photos. We not only enjoyed every moment of the ceremony in person but Rachael might as well have been on the photographers payroll to have made our wedding pictures something we will enjoy forever. She has a wonderful speaking voice, engages with the guests, pauses for effect - all the things you would want in an officiant but it is the experience and foresight that Rachael delivers that makes you realize all the things you actually wanted.

yone was talking about how beautiful and unique it was. She is also so organized and really thinks of everything- which is why the ceremony turned out so perfect! Also all the photos turned out amazing too!

no one there due to Covid, then again in 2022 with a full ceremony and reception with family and friends. I had no idea where to start with our ceremony, but Rachael gave us documents with great options for each section to choose from. She also had the idea for our paint pour (instead of a unity candle or sand), which I would have never thought of, but loved so much that we did it for both weddings. One of the other amazing things about Rachael is that she doesn't stand directly behind you during the entire ceremony which is really nice for photos - especially the first kiss (no one wants the top of someone's head behind your first kiss). She kept us calm, relaxed, and stepping in to help with things like my veil. I could go on and on. Long story short - you want Rachael as your officiant!

showed up at the exact time agreed to and was sweet enough to include my daughter’s dog in the ceremony.

ing sure we ate, to giving us suggestions on poses, to a flexible ceremony script. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and instantly put as at ease. I couldn’t have made a better choice for both our elopement ceremony and larger wedding ceremony! Thank you Rachael!

ael, we knew she was the person that HAD to marry us. Rachael's calm and caring demeanor set us instantly at ease through the entire planning process, rehearsal, and on our wedding day. Her organization and her thoughtful and unique suggestions for our ceremony made our day better than we could have ever dreamed. If you are looking for the perfect person to marry you, look no further, because Rachael is truly the best there is.

mediately reached out. After our first Zoom call, I knew she was the officiant for us! We immediately connected as Rachael used to be a teacher and I am one now. Her skills from the classroom translate impeccably as she is energetic and bubbly, but also incredibly organized and amazing at directing groups of people. When talking to Rachael, you feel like you have been friends forever and she makes your special day feel like it is her number one priority. As we began to plan our ceremony, we decided to have Rachael plan our rehearsal as well. She created a detailed planning guide and seating chart that helped the rehearsal and ceremony run smoothly. Rachael has so many ceremony options / readings to choose from and as a result, she created an individualized ceremony that fit us perfectly. We received so many compliments from our guests about our ceremony and Rachael's officiating. We feel incredibly grateful that Rachael was part of our special day and I would pick her over and over again! Thank you, Rachael!

ant commitment to one another. From the first zoom call, we knew Rachael was the one for us. Her bubbly, warm and inclusive personality had us hooked immediately. Planning a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was a challenge, but Rachael was there every step of the way. And not just in ceremony planning - for everything! We sent a number of long-winded emails with panicked half-planned ideas of what we might do in case of more COVID shut downs... but with everyone of our emails, came a voice with advice, vendor recommendations, potential plans and continued excitement for our day. Rachael's planning process for the ceremony is incredible. She walks you through multiple ceremony skeleton options and helps guide you through the process to customize your perfect ceremony. Having her run our rehearsal as well was the best decision possible. She helped plan the evening, had diagrams and scripts for everyone prepared and just made everything run so smoothly. She was also so prepared (of course, no surprise) for our actual wedding day. She came to visit me (the bride) prior to the ceremony, checked on me to make sure I was ready and feeling happy for the day and had everything from tissues to mints on hand to help out! I know she did a lot for my husband as well and kept him calm and happy as the excited nerves began to set in when the ceremony started. Rachael became more like a friend to us through this whole planning process and we are just so grateful she came into our lives and helped us create a truly fairytale wedding day. Thank you Rachael for being who you are and doing what you do!

our friend’s wedding and we saw how smoothly things went, and we had the same rowdy group of groomsmen that she was able to keep under control. Rachael offered numerous potential readings and things to include in the ceremony that we were able to go through in order to make it our own and applicable to us, without having to do extensive research on our own. In comparison to other officiants, I loved the number of options we were given, and I loved knowing exactly how the ceremony would go. She is also cognisant of the photography of your event, and knows when to step aside so that the photos feature you and your spouse rather than you, your spouse and the officiant. Overall, her attention to detail is incredible and will make all the difference (that you didn’t know you needed) the day of! Even the day of when I was getting nervous about walking down in front of so many people, Rachael and I determined that if I gave her a “look” we would cut one part out to make it a little bit shorter. All in all, I am so grateful for the options she gave us, the order she kept, and her overall kindness to make me as comfortable as possible on our big day!

eyond to make sure we were happy!

ypes and the opportunity to choose exactly what was in our ceremony, it made it feel very personable. Everyone at our small ceremony complimented and expressed how great Rachael was and how she made everything light and fun! What an amazing experience it was to work with Rachael! I couldn’t have imagined our ceremony going any other way!

ersonality. I was wrong! Rachael is what you call "a match made in heaven" (for vendor hunting!) She and I connected during our phone interview immediately. I knew right away my husband would agree she is the perfect fit for us! We were VERY lucky she was available for our date! She has the high-level experience, positive personalty and fair pricing we were looking for! Working with Rachael was a breeze! She executed a seamless ceremony service, provided me endless tissues (ahah) and was so friendly to everyone she interacted with. The guests won't stop talking about her because she left us with an everlasting impression and perfect wedding day! We highly recommend her for your day! She will deliver top-notch professionalism, a beautiful service and dedication you are looking for!

made for our wedding. Rachael is so organized, communicative, and efficient. She helped us to create the perfect ceremony that felt like ‘us’. During what could be a stressful process of wedding planning, Rachael put us at ease, made us laugh, and made us feel like we were planning with a friend. Our wedding day wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without Rachael and we are so grateful to have worked with her

our parents at his family home in Maryland. I was totally unfamiliar with the area and did not know any local vendors. I am so lucky that my path crossed Rachael's. From the very start, Rachael was amazing. I felt like I connected with her right away during our first phone call. She was patient, listened to my concerns, clearly explained her process and my options, and took the time to listen to our story. It's clear that she has many great connections and was ultimately able to recommend many great vendors for our day as well. That was especially helpful to us as we were traveling from out of town. No questions asked, book her for your next function. You won't regret it!

amily members wedding and we knew that we had to hire her for our wedding. The day of, Rachael arrived ready to go, checked in with us and rolled with the punches. Even while planning a wedding during a pandemic, Rachael was flexible and made the planning process so seamless! Thank you Rachael!

in 12 days! Rachael was so great to work with, she was highly responsive, organized, and flexible. I can't go on to say enough great things about our experience with her. She will alter your ceremony to fit your needs! My husband and I highly recommend her!

that fit us perfectly. She is also incredibly organized which is so helpful when you are trying to juggle everything involved with wedding planning. We also had her run our rehearsal which was the best decision ever. It went so smoothly and calmed a lot of nerves as well. The thing that impressed is the most is that Rachael thinks of things you would never think of! She had so many great suggestions and tricks to make everything run smoothly. I could write another five pages but do yourself a favor and give her a call, you will not regret it.

provided many options for each portion of the program and we were able to make it our own. Rachael ran our ceremony smoothly and all of our guests commented about how great she was!

ils of my ceremony including processional, music, and everything in between. Even when I decided I wanted to craft my own script, she was incredible with providing feedback and collaborating to make sure the ceremony would be exactly what we wanted. I felt like she truly cared about me, my fiancé, and our special day, which to me is worth everything! Sadly, my wedding had to be canceled due to COVID-19. And my biggest sadness was that Rachael wouldn’t be able to be our officiant. She put so much time into helping me make things absolutely perfect. She is beyond amazing, and I highly recommend her!!

Rachael and had her organize our rehearsal as well. She was nothing short of excellent. She gave clear directions, communicated to everyone with respect, and calmed our nerves. She led a wonderful ceremony in very chilly conditions. We recommend that anyone searching for an officiant to please reach out to Rachael. She is amazing at what she does!

t specific pieces for our ceremony that best fit us as a couple. She was so consultative and super responsive to any questions we had throughout the process. She officiated our ceremony beautifully and was a wonderful addition to our wedding team! Thank you, Rachael!!

ith her. For the ceremony, she was very flexible, listening to our suggestions, making ones of her own, and sharing her knowledge about what works so all the pieces fit together smoothly. She was particularly good at working our two kids into the ceremony, making it so they really felt part of things. Our guests also thought she was great -- they even seemed a little disappointed that we hadn't known her before we started planning. We recommend her highly.

es and just the general flow of our ceremony! During the planning process, Rachael provided many ideas for readings, blessings, wording, rituals, etc., and also helped us incorporate some of our own ideas into the ceremony. She made the process so easy and always responded quickly to questions/comments. We also wrote our own vows and she was a great soundboard to bounce ideas off of. In addition, she organizes your vows and readings and brings them to the ceremony in an easy to read format so you and your readers do not have to worry about a thing! She also gives you great pointers on where to stand, look, etc. to get the best pictures of your ceremony. After the ceremony, we got caught up in family pictures and Rachael went and found our marriage certificate for us so we could make the whole thing official! Dan and I did not have any grand expectations for our ceremony prior to contacting Rachael (just gotta get this done before the party!), but by working with Rachael we had a special ceremony with many meaningful moments that will be some of our best memories from our wedding. Thank you very much Rachael! - Sarah and Daniel

g day! All the raving reviews are spot on, as Rachael went out of her way to make sure my husband and I both felt at ease throughout the entire process. She has a warm and caring personality that shines when she is doing what she loves. She made the entire process as easy as possible, provided great feedback and suggestions and helped us create a unique ceremony specific to us as a couple. Several of our guests commented on how wonderful the ceremony was and that is all thanks to Rachael and the efforts she puts in with her clients. If you are looking for someone who will listen, make you feel comfortable, guide you and has your best interest at heart, look no further, as Rachael is the best of the best!!
