Hanan was the absolute best! I lost my mom 10 years ago and the thought of planning a wedding without her help was terrifying. Hanan swept in and took care of everything! She even ...
brought back the sweetest gift from Egypt for us. She’s not just a coordinator, she’s an angel. Can’t wait to have her help plan my future baby shower. She also makes wonderful cakes!
There is genuinely no way I can adequately express how absolutely phenomenal of an experience it was working with Hanan. 5 stars is nowhere near enough. My husband and I were never...
going to be able to plan a wedding long distance in the middle of our insane work schedules and while coordinating a move. Hanan just said "Leave it to me. Everything is going to be beautiful and perfect, I'll take care of it." And take care of it she DID. Not only did she make a check list of items to keep me organized, she even helped me get estimates from different vendors and communicated with them on my behalf. She was my planner, coordinator, florist, decorator, and cake artist - who has that kind of skill set?!?!?! Much less with the patience of a saint :)
When I spoke with my friends who were married before me and those who were also planning, it was shocking hearing the frustrating things they had to deal with when trying to coordinate a simple task with their planners. Hanan went above and beyond what any planner would do by a million miles, while remaining an amazing communicator throughout. She was always accessible, good-natured, calm, and organized. In the middle of making a million wedding decisions, it can be easy to go over budget. Hanan never failed to summarize our selections, total the cost and make sure this was still feasible, making any adjustments if necessary so there were never any surprises. She gave me itemized documents with pictures and costs.
When my wedding signage fell through on the day before the wedding, I was quickly overwhelmed with tears and frustration (completely unnecessary reaction, but the emotions get to you, even if you think you're not that kind of bride). Hanan immediately calmed my worries, and just said, again, "I'll take care of it" and the matter was done. It turned out more beautiful than previously planned.
Despite dealing with two massive families and over 300 guests, Hanan kept us, our photographer, and our videographer on schedule.
The flowers were stunning, the cake was gorgeous, and the day was beyond perfect and went by way too quickly. We cannot thank her enough - an online review feels miniscule. HIRE THIS WOMAN. She will not let you down.
God bless you Hanan!! Thank you SO MUCH!! <3 <3 <3

d create my vision with her experience. I didn’t have to worry the day of my wedding and it truly turned out to be the most magical experience. She would always found us the BEST deals, prices, and amazing DIY ideas. Every stress or worry I had she calmed me down and had a solution. I needed a backbone for my wedding and she absolutely delivered. I also loved that she worked with whatever you wanted to use! No project too big or small for her. I can tell she worked with her heart throughout my wedding planning and day. She communicated heavily with all my vendors and did absolutely perfect!!!!
She made my wedding bouquet as well and i absolutely LOVED IT. It was the exact vision I wanted. Literally couldn’t ask for another better bouquets as a bride. I highly recommend Hanan for your special day and florals. Everything was absolutely perfect thanks to Hanan. SHE MADE MY DAY MAGICAL 🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️
Out of all of the vendors and people I worked with to have my dream wedding in May 2024, Hanan by far was the best hire I made! She has an exquisite attention to detail, a high lev...
el of professionalism, and I completely trusted her judgement/opinion. Hanan is a true artist. Our wedding florals were absolutely gorgeous and everything I dreamed for. On top of that she makes the most beautiful and delicious cakes. I am so grateful for her!!
Hanan was a pleasure to have coordinate my early June wedding at Pine Lakes. From the start I enjoyed her attentiveness. She wanted to hear the vision I had for the wedding and she...
saw it immediately. Each time I spoke with Hanan she was enthusiastic and I really appreciated that. As a bride you want someone else to feel just as excited as you are for your wedding dreams to come alive. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND ALSO HIRE HER FOR YOUR CAKE. It was so convenient because I was able to have Hanan complete a surprise rehearsal dinner cake for my husband the night before the wedding. The day of the wedding Hanan went out of her way to give me more hours than she could have because she was dedicated to getting the job done. I felt Hanan was truly on my side, she wanted it to be the best day for me, as if she had known me for years. It wasn’t until I saw the photographs come back that I realized that Hanan understood the assignment. All of the elegant details I wanted to come through she delivered and more. Thank you Carolina Occasions Planning for making my wedding day so beautiful, intimate, and personalized. My wedding vision was perfectly executed thanks to Hanan.
I cannot recommend Hannan enough! We weren't sure if we needed a coordinator for our wedding and now I don't know what I would have done without her! We reached out to her for Day ...
of Coordination services and she went above and beyond those requirements. She was always timely with emails and text messages. She kept me on track with to-dos and made sure that our vision came to life. She respected many of our non-traditional ideas and ensured that everything was exactly as we wanted. Hannan also coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure timely arrivals and set up. She took care of all set up and break down (lighting hundreds of candles) and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. Our wedding was the most stress free day due to Hannan and we would not have been able to enjoy each moment to its fullest without her! Thank you so much!
Hanan is incredible. I highly recommend her. She was our wedding planner, florist, baker and did our decor. Our wedding was absolutely stunning, and our cake was delicious. I have ...
used Hanan for cakes and cookies in the past as well which was also delicious.
Hanan is, hands down, the best person in the world!! She is more than a coordinator, planner, decorator, florist, and baker. She is there for all your needs...including being that ...
ear you need or that shoulder to lean on. Having and planning a wedding is one of the most stressful yet happiest moments of your life, but even more so when it's a destination wedding. I hired Hanan without even meeting her except on the phone. I put all my trust in her to plan, decorate, and coordinate my wedding based on her photos, online reviews and our conversation we had on the phone. Hanan went above and beyond my expectations. My guests are still talking about how beautifully decorated the reception was. Hanan is very knowledgeable about contracts for weddings/vendors and will help review them with you. Hanan is very good at keeping in touch with you throughout the process and is patient with you if it takes quite a bit for you to get back to her (as in my case as I'm a busy mom/nurse). She was able to direct my vendors, had a good rapport with them, and everything operated like a well oiled machine. Hanan still reaches out to me (almost a month later) to remind me of my beautiful day! If I could change one thing, I wish I would have hired Hanan sooner because I think I would've avoided unneeded stress! Hanan holds a special place in my heart and always will!

id, Heather was with my husband and I for a solid two years. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful working with her was. To my new brides, whenever you book vendors for your big day, you are essentially “investing” in your wedding. An investment that you should absolutely consider is hiring a wedding planner. I cannot stress enough how much LESS STRESS you’ll forgo by having a “go-to” for all things wedding related. In Charleston we can predict the heat, the rain (sometimes), and hurricanes but as a bride what I could not predict was a pandemic and what that meant for our July 2020 wedding. Once we figured out that Covid was here to stay, we made the difficult decision to postpone. Heather contacted all our vendors, and we easily transitioned our wedding day to one year later in July 2021.
What drew me to Heather was the fact that she lost her mother to breast cancer the same age as I did. We both shared a special bond with our mothers, and it was difficult knowing that my mom would not be there to experience our special day. It was what my heart needed to have someone there as a shoulder to lean on, who knew how it felt to not have a loved one there for a day as monumental as your wedding day. I am so thankful that Heather took us on as a couple and I will forever cherish her friendship. I cherished her even more so when I also lost my father unexpectedly 6 months before our wedding.
Heather helped me through this tragic loss and made sure everything ran smoothly before and on the day of our wedding. She transformed our venue into exactly how I imagined it, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day except marrying my best friend. Heather was more of a friend to me than just a vendor, I truly couldn’t have gotten married without her.
If you as an engaged couple are looking for a wedding planner, please do yourself a HUGE favor and reach out to Heather with Carolina Occasions. It will be one of the best decisions you will ever make!

Hannah is sweet, kind and very professional. Her work is Phenomenal. My bouquet exceeded my expectations. My bridesmaids bouquet ‘s were beautiful. Boutonnieres, Wristlets turned out just as beautiful. If there were more than five stars I would give Hannah more. Thank you for making my day extra beautiful with all my flowers.💐🌷🌹🥀🌺🌸🌼
