going to be able to plan a wedding long distance in the middle of our insane work schedules and while coordinating a move. Hanan just said "Leave it to me. Everything is going to be beautiful and perfect, I'll take care of it." And take care of it she DID. Not only did she make a check list of items to keep me organized, she even helped me get estimates from different vendors and communicated with them on my behalf. She was my planner, coordinator, florist, decorator, and cake artist - who has that kind of skill set?!?!?! Much less with the patience of a saint :)
When I spoke with my friends who were married before me and those who were also planning, it was shocking hearing the frustrating things they had to deal with when trying to coordinate a simple task with their planners. Hanan went above and beyond what any planner would do by a million miles, while remaining an amazing communicator throughout. She was always accessible, good-natured, calm, and organized. In the middle of making a million wedding decisions, it can be easy to go over budget. Hanan never failed to summarize our selections, total the cost and make sure this was still feasible, making any adjustments if necessary so there were never any surprises. She gave me itemized documents with pictures and costs.
When my wedding signage fell through on the day before the wedding, I was quickly overwhelmed with tears and frustration (completely unnecessary reaction, but the emotions get to you, even if you think you're not that kind of bride). Hanan immediately calmed my worries, and just said, again, "I'll take care of it" and the matter was done. It turned out more beautiful than previously planned.
Despite dealing with two massive families and over 300 guests, Hanan kept us, our photographer, and our videographer on schedule.
The flowers were stunning, the cake was gorgeous, and the day was beyond perfect and went by way too quickly. We cannot thank her enough - an online review feels miniscule. HIRE THIS WOMAN. She will not let you down.

She would always found us the BEST deals, prices, and amazing DIY ideas. Every stress or worry I had she calmed me down and had a solution. I needed a backbone for my wedding and she absolutely delivered. I also loved that she worked with whatever you wanted to use! No project too big or small for her. She kept me on track with to-dos and made sure that our vision came to life. She respected many of our non-traditional ideas and ensured that everything was exactly as we wanted. Hannan also coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure timely arrivals and set up. She took care of all set up and break down (lighting hundreds of candles) and made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. ear you need or that shoulder to lean on. Having and planning a wedding is one of the most stressful yet happiest moments of your life, but even more so when it's a destination wedding. I hired Hanan without even meeting her except on the phone. I put all my trust in her to plan, decorate, and coordinate my wedding based on her photos, online reviews and our conversation we had on the phone. Hanan went above and beyond my expectations. My guests are still talking about how beautifully decorated the reception was. Hanan is very knowledgeable about contracts for weddings/vendors and will help review them with you. Hanan is very good at keeping in touch with you throughout the process and is patient with you if it takes quite a bit for you to get back to her (as in my case as I'm a busy mom/nurse). She was able to direct my vendors, had a good rapport with them, and everything operated like a well oiled machine. Hanan still reaches out to me (almost a month later) to remind me of my beautiful day! If I could change one thing, I wish I would have hired Hanan sooner because I think I would've avoided unneeded stress! Hanan holds a special place in my heart and always will!

id, Heather was with my husband and I for a solid two years. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful working with her was. To my new brides, whenever you book vendors for your big day, you are essentially “investing” in your wedding. An investment that you should absolutely consider is hiring a wedding planner. I cannot stress enough how much LESS STRESS you’ll forgo by having a “go-to” for all things wedding related. In Charleston we can predict the heat, the rain (sometimes), and hurricanes but as a bride what I could not predict was a pandemic and what that meant for our July 2020 wedding. Once we figured out that Covid was here to stay, we made the difficult decision to postpone. Heather contacted all our vendors, and we easily transitioned our wedding day to one year later in July 2021.
What drew me to Heather was the fact that she lost her mother to breast cancer the same age as I did. We both shared a special bond with our mothers, and it was difficult knowing that my mom would not be there to experience our special day. It was what my heart needed to have someone there as a shoulder to lean on, who knew how it felt to not have a loved one there for a day as monumental as your wedding day. I am so thankful that Heather took us on as a couple and I will forever cherish her friendship. I cherished her even more so when I also lost my father unexpectedly 6 months before our wedding.
Heather helped me through this tragic loss and made sure everything ran smoothly before and on the day of our wedding. She transformed our venue into exactly how I imagined it, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day except marrying my best friend. Heather was more of a friend to me than just a vendor, I truly couldn’t have gotten married without her.
