We recently had Shelah take our engagement pictures and I am BLOWN AWAY! Shelah was willing to brave the cold for us at sunrise in the fall for us, which was our dream! She was able to get just the right angles, just the right poses, and just the right lighting. Shelah was also VERY flexible with us having made a few last minute changes. We got our pictures back quickly and I couldn’t possibly be more happy with them!

We absolutely love working with Shelah!! To date, we have used her for all of our photoshoots (3 total now) including our wedding! Shelah did the most beautiful job capturing our special day. Not only is she so fun and professional to work with; she has the most creative ideas for shots. Shelah perfectly directed our wedding party and family and they even commented how much they loved working with her too! All of our friends wanted to book her for their events too. We completely trusted her judgement and was blown away when we saw the photos. There were so many moments that were perfectly captured, but the photography was not intrusive at any point. I personally struggle with what to do behind the camera, but Shelah is so creative, she makes it fun and relaxing. Weddings can be stressful, but to be around someone as kind, organized, and passionate as Shelah, will just make your special day even more amazing. Can't wait to work with Shelah again for even more special life events in the future. By far our favorite vendor of our wedding day and will be yours too!

Shelah is fantastic! I usually don't like photos of myself, but somehow I love every one that she takes. Shelah did both my engagement and wedding photos and they turned out beautifully. She is kind, easy to work with, and great at giving direction.

Shelah is one of the the sweetest, most genuine women you will ever meet. I never once thought twice about choosing her to handle our engagement and wedding photos. She is patient, flexible, and very easy to talk to. Our engagement shoot was on one of the coldest days in the fall and she still was able to make it super enjoyable! On the day of our wedding, she coordinated with our videographer, corraled our families, and took charge. I cannot wait to work together on our next fur-baby photo shoot. Thank you Shelah so much for making our wedding come together and keeping me mentally sane during our big day.

The first time I ever worked with Shelah was when she took milk bath photos of my son and I. As soon as I met her I knew she was the photographer to photograph our wedding. She’s kind, down to earth and loves what she does. Every photo shes ever taken of my family is out of this world. She has such a talent. She can capture emotion in a photo and I don’t think that’s an easy thing to do! I cried all over again looking at our wedding photos, I got to feel every emotion from that day all over again. If you want someone who isn’t going to take “staged” photos all day, Shelah is your girl. We definitely found OUR photographer. I can’t wait to take more pictures with Shelah!

To say our wedding was what it was because of Shelah is an understatement. From the moment we connected for “all things wedding” we instantly knew we were in the best hands. I had always admired Shelah’s photography and assumed it was out of budget. Key word assumed. Shelah created amazingly inclusive packages that blew us away at how much was a part of each. Leading up to the wedding, Shelah was always so involved and willing to lend support in any way. This was so unexpected and so appreciated. She always had such a professional and positive nature to always keep us on track and focused on what my husband and I were looking for when we would look back on these photos one day. The day of the wedding, Shelah was punctual, prepared, and professional. I felt as though I had the best wedding coordinator by my side all of the day. She kept us on time and I swear she never once looked at a clock. She captured impromptu moments that I will forever treasure. She provided a second shooter to help us cover all of the angles who was just as friendly and professional as Shelah. The quality of work is so clearly displayed in every photograph from our amazing day. We have her photos displayed all over our home and everyone compliments on the quality of each as they absolutely make a statement. My only regret was not using Shelah for our engagement photos as well!

Shelah did both our engagement photos and wedding photos. She was fantastic to work with on both occasions! She was fun, professional, and creative! On our wedding day, she captured each moment from start to finish. When we look at our photos, it’s like we’re reliving the whole day over! She was really quick to get our photos to us as well and even had some ready for us to view the next day. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer!

Shelah is amazing at what she does. Everything about getting married is stressful, but ensuring you get beautiful memories doesn’t have to be. She is fun to work with very creative. She works quickly to get you photos to share with loved ones and friends. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Shelah as our photographer. We refer her to friends all the time.

Shelah took my engagement photos and she made sure it was perfect. She suggested doing them at Longwood Gardens and knew what spots would make great photos. It was so relaxing and the photos came out amazing. Since then she has done numerous other photos including milk bath photos for my son and family photos. I highly recommend her services!

Shelah not only did our wedding pictures, but our engagement as well! She pays very close attention to detail as well as the vision you want for your big day!

We searched and searched the entire Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York area for a photographer for our June 2019 wedding. We looked at samples of their work, and when we finally found Shelah‘s website, we were definitely impressed! When we met Shelah, we knew that she would be our photographer. She made us feel comfortable from our very first meeting with her organization and ideas of how our wedding day should flow. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple, our style, and our preferences. It was almost like she was a wedding planner and photographer all in one. On the day of our wedding, it was over 90° and a storm had just passed through. Our plan was to take photos outdoors prior to the wedding ceremony. However, Shelah took charge and revamped our schedule on the spot. Although this could have been an extremely stressful time for us, she made sure we felt at ease with the changes, and it all worked seamlessly. Our indoor and outdoor photos turned out beautifully! She captured the smiles of the important people in our lives, and our guests just absolutely loved her! I would not consider myself comfortable in front of a camera, but she was able to capture many of the very serious, intimate moments of our wedding day, as well as some of the more humorous ones. We almost she forgot she was there until she provided a suggestion or direction. Shelah’s eye for detail, contagious personality, and clear direction during the entire day made it so incredibly stress-free. Her photography skills are also just phenomenal. Shelah is a true professional and artist, and we truly consider ourselves fortunate to have found her.

Shelah was fantastic as our wedding photographer and we recommended her to all our friends who've gotten engaged since we were married! My husband is a photographer himself and he was impressed by her sample pictures and blown away once we received the photos from our wedding and reception. I wanted our wedding to feel classic, elegant, airy... Shelah captured all of these emotions and more. We treasure the photos from that day. Thank you Shelah!

Shelah is amazing to work with. She’s so much fun, laid-back and supports whatever inspiration you have! She’s willing to go above and beyond in all situations believe me we were chasing my dogs around and climbing trees for the perfect shot! Beyond happy with our engagement photos and can’t wait for the big day with her!

Shelah is AMAZING! She kept us on track without being a pain, she got all of the shots I requested and more, she was incredibly professional and unintrusive and I even woke up the morning after the wedding to some incredible preview pictures! That was the icing on the cake, really. :-)

Shelah did our engagement and wedding photos as well as a boudoir session as a present for my husband! She is so amazing to work with and her pictures are GORGEOUS! We will be using her again!

When my previously contracted photographer had a family emergency 5 days before the wedding and knew he wouldn't be able to be there, he reached out to Shelah to see if she was available to help us out. By some MIRACLE, she was available and could help us... and in a two-day whirlwind of quick phone calls and contracts, we arranged for her to come shoot our wedding ceremony and celebration. She was a delight to work with! Calm and collected, asking insightful questions about what styles of photography we prefer, getting know know us as a couple and learning what moments were important to capture... she helped us feel at ease and in good hands on our big day. As someone who's a little uncomfortable in front of a camera, I also really appreciated her clear direction about where to look, how to stand, and what to do. Within 2 days, she sent us a few preview pics to whet our appetite -- now I can't wait to see the rest! Thanks, Shelah, for swooping in and saving the day!
