Janessa is THE BEST. I knew I wanted her from the moment I got engaged, I reached out to her two days later. With covid and all, Janessa was supportive and patient. My husband and I are forever grateful for her and her team. They made us and our kids the number one priority. She had dedicated team members attend to our sons so we can enjoy our wedding night and for that we are forever grateful.

JANESSA GAVE US THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Left us speechless with the work of art that was displayed at our wedding . A detailed masterpiece was what she drew up in our wedding , I don’t recommend anybody else . She is the best to ever do it. We weren’t happy that’s an understatement we were blown away with ever detailed that was our wedding . Her and her team are not only the hardest working but will enlighten any wedding with their great attitude and customer service.

Janessa and her team were responsible for my beautiful arch, flowers on the ceremony isle seats, and my amazing bouquet, as well as other details for my ceremony. Janessa German Events go above and beyond your expectations. She is incredibly punctual, hardworking, and super dedicated. You give her your vision and she will make it come to life 100x better! My ceremony wouldn’t have gone so perfectly or looked as amazing as it did without her!! Absolutely grateful for the opportunity to work with her.

Goes above and beyond . Jgerman did my flowers for my wedding, and exceeded my expectations! I cried the instant i saw my bouquet ! What surprised me the most was how she was able to interpret my ideas. She was so knowledgeable on every type of flower and which ones complemented which. I am so happy I found her !

Where do I even start, Janessa was a huge part of my fairytale wedding coming true. She was present for all the prior wedding day meetings such as food tasting and venue walkthrough as well as following up with other vendors for my sanity. Everyone should definitely hire Janessa for her beautiful floral expertise as she was my floral vendor as well my day of wedding planner. My wedding bouquet was absolutely stunning and the floral arrangements were fresh and bloomed. Janessa made the whole wedding process very stress free as I was said to be a “very calm” bride. Which I’m sure it was because Janessa and her husband had everything under control. Her husband Lex was extremely helpful on my special day and made sure my wedding was organized and very entertaining by attending to my guests as the MC (wedding host) everyone loved his energy. Janessa German Events is nothing short than an amazing vendor to book for all your event needs. Janessa and her team were amazing. From the moment I booked her to the day of my wedding she as there making sure that I was relaxed and that I was happy with everything. She made my wedding day so much fun! I love her and her whole team! All the rentals were amazing and top quality. She made sure that everything was set up the way I wanted it. She worked with all of my vendors and everything was beautiful. I must say that nothing went wrong on my wedding day and I am so grateful! BOOK HER! Best rentals, best coordinator, best invitations. Everything was phenomenal!

Where do I begin... Janessa, I truly appreciate everything you have done for Eric and I. You gave us the wedding we never imagined to have, you are loved and appreciated from all of us. There is not one thing I can’t do to compare the life saving you did thru all our wedding planning to the coordinating of the actual wedding day, you were my savior and sanity all in one. Eric is beyond grateful for you, you gave this prince his dream wedding. My mom will always love you, and is thankful for ever having you come back at the perfect time ❤️ I would recommend you to the world, guys she is helpful, patient, attentive and courteous. Where do I begin, Janessa you have me lost with words. You have been not only my savior but my my lucky charm, especially with how everything played out. My husband and I will forever be grateful for you. You made our wedding possible, gave us our dream wedding in which we had no idea we were going to have one! You gave me the patience, hope and most of all the best memories as a bride I can ever have. Eric not only appreciates you but is rooting for everyone in your team! You all gave extensive and superb service. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THAT YOU GUYS DID FOR US!

I am very disappointed by the service I received by Janessa. On my important day she lacked the initiative and assertiveness that any wedding coordinator should have. I had made it clear that I had a big wedding party and many different locales and so I wanted someone that would be with me the whole day. She told me she would have 2 other assistants with her. One of which, her husband, who she said would be in the men’s suite when they were getting ready in case of anything. This did not occur, however, he did arrive to the wedding. I am not sure what his role was and why I paid for an additional vendor plate for him if he did not have any tasks. On the day of, anything that was done was from being asked to do so rather than her own accord. I had to ask her to assure the men’s suite would be ready in time, I had to ask her to contact the florist, etc. The rings were left at the hotel. Janessa never asked me who had the rings, who was bringing the rings, etc. I would think that this is one of the main things a day of coordinator should be assuring. I had to ask her if her husband who had gotten there could run to the hotel and maybe get them in time. Why was this solution was not her idea? Unexpected occurs at weddings and a wedding coordinator is paid to diffuse them. My grandmother, who is wheelchair bound, made a scene during the ceremony, until she was finally rolled out only because I made the motion with my hand. Why did Janessa did not roll her out as soon as she got out of hand? She claims it was not her place and she was waiting for my signal. Any family history should be irrelevant. You pay someone to be there the day of your wedding to assure a smooth day and that is what they need to do. If someone is causing a scene the situation needs to be diffused. No one wants their expensive and highly anticipated day to be interrupted. How do you expect the bride to have to signal you from the altar? For the 15 minute window of pictures after the ceremony I was the one calling people over and having them move quickly, not her. When we got to the reception, my groom and I did not know where she was or where we were supposed to go. The candle décor was not lit in the reception as per my instruction. Nameplate favors were missing. I had to tell her to call her assistant and find out what happened as I gave her ALL of them for the 90 guests. Her assistant stated she put them on the wrong tables. Again, did Janessa run to sort the issue? No. I had to tell her to do so. I can honestly say that I feel as though I threw away the $700 I paid. I feel as though her being there caused me more anxiety. When I respectfully messaged her about how I felt, while she was cordial, she claims she went “above and beyond” for me and I am struggling to think of one thing that she did do without being asked. To anyone contemplating day of wedding coordinator decisions: while I made my decision based on finances, I would urge you to not do the same. All of the bumps that occurred on my day could have been easily avoided if I had a wedding coordinator who was on her toes and took initiative. For that I should have happily paid any price. A day of wedding coordinator is the most important thing you can pay for, for it is someone who is supposed to be there for you throughout the day to assure smooth sailing and diffuse unexpected situations out of his or her own initiative. I did not receive any of this and you should assure that you do.

Janessa and her husband Lex are truly amazing people! They are so dedicated and attentive to you! They were able to make the impossible, possible. Building an arch as an altar exactly how we wanted it. They went above and beyond for us and did everything we asked them too. They made our wedding unforgettable! Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to be detailed and extremely helpful during the stresses of wedding planning!

From the first meeting I knew that Janessa would be a great planner/coordinator, she showed up early, worked around my schedule and took very detailed notes and asked all the right questions. We decided to get a Day of Wedding Coordinator about a month out from our wedding, Janessa and her team were WORTH EVERY PENNY. After attending a friends wedding and realizing how many things needed to be taken care of behind the scenes, I knew we would need help & Janessa and her team were everything we could have asked for. They help put up small decorations that we had brought to the room, place menu cards and name plates, helped set up the aisle runner and coordinated a perfect ceremony and perfectly timed reception. After the wedding, when I heard of all the small things that could have gone wrong that Janessa and her team handled I was even more happy with the decision. She also handled coordinating all of the vendor arrivals on contracts on the day of. An AMAZING job & I would recommend her to anyone!

Janessa took care of every detail to perfection . She has a talent for creativity that made my wedding really become a dream come true . If you book your wedding with Janessa .... you will not go wrong . She worked with my budget, and quick plans! Thanks for making my day so special .

what can I say? Janessa made my wedding day possible! Our wedding day was a hurricane ... literally! Fifteen minutes before my ceremony started, South Florida decided to have a thunderstorm that made our planned outside ceremony impossible. All of my guests were wet, outside, no body knew were to go or what to do. IMMEDIATELY Janessa took charge and improvised. She directed and assigned everyone to positions to get the ceremony started and take care of our family and friends. while all of this was happening, I was in the bridal room reassured by Janessa that everything would be okay. She was able to set up everything inside within minutes and made it possible for us to have an amazing night despite of everything that happened. I am forever thankful for someone who made my most important day happen. Thanks again Jane!

Janessa was such a great help. Each of her suggestions helped alleviate the stress and anxiety that comes with planning a wedding. She made sure that everything was the way I wanted. She executed everything so beautifully I am so grateful to have had Janessa on my special day.

Janessa is a life saver! She helped me plan my wedding in 3 months!! Everything came out so much better than we expected! She meets with you and talks about all the details you didn’t even know existed, answers any question you may have, and is very dependable! Don’t know what I would have down without Janessa for my wedding! She is so good at bringing ideas to life in a practical and affordable way! Found a way to get everything I wanted done and kept me calm and organized! She also has a wide range of connections and vendors so you don’t have to jump around or do tedious research- she’s got it covered! She worked with me on my crazy schedule and budget also.

Janessa and her team put my mind at ease for my wedding. Every detail of our special day was not only planned exactly how we envisioned but it was executed just as we dreamed. She goes above and beyond to make sure your special day is everything you want it to be. If you are planning a special event she is the one you want planning it!!!

I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like to worry about detail. Especially not when it comes to decorating or organizing not even my own wedding. I shared my ideas, wants and the little I had planned and she was able to make it the greatest day of my life. Every detail was absolutely breathtaking and everything looked beyond what I could’ve ever pulled off.
