Gloria was an absolute pleasure to work with. During the stress of wedding planning, she was a welcome respite. The cake was absolutely amazing and gluten-free to the delight of my husband with celiac disease. We already ate our anniversary cake but we plan to come back for more!

Gloria is an absolute gem to work with. Thank you for seeing and producing a vision with little to go on. The cake was beautiful and delicious! She was very responsive and followed up which is super important to me as well.

We were not even sure that we wanted a cake when we went to meet Gloria for a tasting (my husband and I are not huge cake people) but at the tasting we were blown away! Every flavor and frosting we tasted was incredible and Gloria made the experience so fun! We ended up going with a full wedding cake and we are so happy we did! The cake was amazing and we can’t wait to have it again on our anniversary! Beyond that, Gloria was able to make gluten and dairy free cupcakes for our guests with allergies, which was very important to us. Gloria was always prompt with communication and everything was perfect the day of! We could jot recommend GT Treats enough!

I was the MOB, but went with my future son in law to do the cake tasting. From the FIRST BITE of carrot cake, I was sold. And I don't even like carrot cake. But let me tell you-the cake was delicious. Particularly the lemon cake with blueberry filling (all fresh) was unbelievable. Super lemony, and refreshing. The buttercream was delectable as was the cream filling in a luscious chocolate. We had three 3 layers and each was a delight. I was super happy because most leftover cake came home with me as the newlyweds kited off on their honeymoon. WIN!!

From the cake tasting that was so special, to the attention to details all along the way, Gloria exceeded our expectations. The cake tastes excellent too which is the most important part! We tasted many cakes in Louisville and Gloria is the best!

Best wedding cake I've ever tasted and our guests raved! Our cake tasting was in her home kitchen. Everything we tasted was amazing and it was hard to make final decisions. In the end we did a 2 tier Chocolate Stout with Baileys Cream Cheese filling and White Cake with Blueberry filling in the Semi-Naked Design for our centerpiece cake. And an extra sheet cake in Chocolate Stout with the Baileys Cream Cheese frosting. Seriously good. So moist, not overly sweet. Can't wait to dig into the top tier for our 1st anniversary!

Everything was perfect for my daughters wedding. Gloria is wonderful to work with. Would recommend her to anyone who is wanting a delicious beautiful cake for their wedding!!

Gloria made us the best wedding cake ever! My guest raves about it. “Best wedding cake they had ever had.” She was very easy to work with. Had a great tasting with amazing cake and frosting choices. She communicated with me the whole six months of planning so I was never worried. She truly is the nicest person. I’m so glad we found her to be apart of our special day. I will definitely be back for any special occasion or holiday.

Gloria was great to work with for our wedding cake! It was such a nice, personal touch to go to her house and be able to taste all kinds of different flavor options and see examples of cakes and talk through different designs. It all tasted amazing, but her Italian Meringue Buttercream was what won us over. It was a beautiful cake, and we got so many compliments from guests at the wedding. We definitely recommend GT Treats!

I'm not a cake lover but Gloria's cakes are amazing! She was great to work with though the entire process and we didn't have a single slice left over at the end of the reception!

Gloria is wonderful!!! We got several different flavors of cupcakes and a small cake for cutting. All tasted amazing!! We got multiple compliments from our guests on them. We look forward to using her again for other events.

Mrs. Gloria is absolutely amazing and the epitome of customer service. All her items are homemade and from scratch, including her icing. We had the blessing to have her work her magic for our wedding cake. The flavor just POPS. She is budget friendly and when you do your tasting, her hospitality will have you wanting to wash the dishes. Truly amazing. The cake was absolutely beautiful as it was delicious.

We are so glad we found Gloria to make our wedding cake! Our original vendor had to cancel on us about 4 months before our wedding and our biggest concern was being able to provide gluten free options for our guests. Gloria has incredible flavors and so many combinations of cake and icings to choose from. Her gluten free selection is delicious and our guests loved them. Gloria is incredibly attentive to detail and very easy to communicate with during the planning process. We plan to order another cake from Gloria to eat on our anniversary.

The cake was good. She was on time delivering the cake. It was one of the few things that didn’t go wrong. I liked the chocolate cake more than the white cake.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Gloria making our wedding cake and cupcakes. She was so willing to work with me to make the cupcakes exactly the way I wanted with beautiful floral designs and colors that matched my color scheme. Our cake turned out absolutely stunning and held up in the heat exceptionally well. We also got tons of compliments on how delicious our cake and cupcakes were. I would absolutely recommend her for making your wedding cake.

We loved working with Gloria on our wedding cake. We got to sample many of her delicious cakes and it was so tough deciding which one to go with because they were all so good. On the day of our wedding, the cake looked beautiful and we got a lot of compliments about how tasty the cake was. It was gone in no time, we are lucky to have a piece saved for our anniversary!

The cake was FANTASTIC!!! I have to tell you, the flavor was out of this world. I was so impressed!!! Gloria was INCREDIBLE to work with! After trying some of her flavors at a bridal show it was an easy choice to make to work with her. She made sure we could taste whatever we were interested in and gave us extras to take home, super friendly and polite and always responded to my questions quickly! Our cake and cupcakes were everything I wanted for our day and her Derby Delight flavor is to die for! I still have people asking about it regularly. I would recommend her to anyone to use as she is fantastic!

Gloria's cake is amazing. We had so many options at the tasting it was hard to narrow down to 3. Every flavor was delicious. The cake was as beautiful as it was tasty. We had at least 3 tastings prior to going to her. Needless to say, we didn't look any further.

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would! I first met Gloria at the Meet Me at the Alter Wedding show held at Churchill Downs. Other cake decorators had these ornate displays of inedible cakes and their samples were bulky and forgettable, but Gloria? Her cakes stop you in their tracks! From the humble stock White cake to the refreshing Lemon cake to the quintessential Kentucky Woodford Reserve cake, GT Treats cakes are second to none. Never have I tasted a white cake paired with an icing that has blown me away as effortlessly as Gloria's cakes. For my wedding, I ordered a single tier White cake with Strawberry filling and 50 filled cupcakes for my little intimate wedding. The pricing was reasonable, the decoration was flawless, and the taste was heavenly. I STILL receive Facebook message from my friends asking about that cake. Every member of my family requests a GT cake for their special holidays. If you want a cake that not only stuns in looks but will be as unforgettable as the special day you are serving it on, Call Gloria. Close all the other tabs and call her today. She is incredible to work with and you will not be disappointed.

Gloria was amazing! She was easy to work with, and gave us so many choices when choosing our wedding cake (letting us taste almost all of them!). We ended up going with a small, two-tier red velvet and snickerdoodle cake that was absolutely to die for and beautiful too. She delivered the cake to our reception venue, and she followed up after the wedding to make sure everything turned out perfectly for us, which it did. I would recommend Gloria for your wedding cake, or cake for any other occasion! Delicious!

Gloria was awesome to work with. So glad we got the cake from her. She was so cooperative and nice when we met her for the tasting. We tasted an array of flavors and when we expressed interest in some flavors that wasn't available, she made sure that we had cupcakes to try in the coming weeks when she made them. She also made the cake look beautiful. I told her the flowers I wanted her to use and she did the rest! It was a vision!

LOVED!!! I wish there was a way to give 10 stars. First of all the cake. OMGOSH!! it was amazing! Our whole experience from the tasting down to cleanup was wonderful. Gloria worked extremely hard to give us exactly what we wanted and boy did she deliver. She even cut and plated our cake into servings for our guests.
