I definitely recommend Irina because of her talent and warm personality. With her guidance we felt very comfortable in front of the camera. We loved the final photos!

We were able to work with Irina for our engagement shoot so we were pretty confident in her being our wedding photographer. She made us very comfortable! We communicated mostly via email and text, which was prefect for me as I planned my own wedding so the calls could get overwhelming at times. She was very specific in what she needed from us in order to capture our day in a way that we'd appreciate. This included questionnaires, timelines etc. Her questionnaire contained a few questions that had not yet even been considered. Very helpful. Irina and my videographer worked so well together. It was amazing, professional and all that I could ask for. I certainly would recommend Irina to my friends; I enjoyed the experience from start to finish! We look forward to working with her for future shoots!

Irina shot our wedding last year and I cannot recommend her ENOUGH. She was awesome! She helped me to get the price I was looking for (I feel like I shouldn't have been able to afford the amazing quality of photos I received). I got final versions of my photos within a month and was happy with every single one of them. During our wedding we had a lot of family in our house and even more at the reception. It was pretty crazy! We had limited space in the house since we had so many families over. Irina was able to find space to help us take fantastic photos during our tea ceremony. I know a lot of my family members wanted to take pictures with each other and they asked Irina more than a couple of times to help them take pictures. She always smiled and said yes. Irina is a total pro! Great with the planning, great at the event itself, and great with the followup. She was amazing at covering all the bases and being on hand whenever there was something worth shooting. There's so many things about a wedding that seem (and are) vitally important on the day it's happening, that you can forget, but the photographic evidence of that day is what lasts.

I was having trouble finding the right photographer for my civil ceremony, but I'm glad I chose Irina Whitmer! Our original photographer completely bailed on us at the last minute so finding Irina was actually really awesome! She arrived on time and proceeded to work right away. The pictures came out great! We even got them 6 weeks after the wedding date instead of 3 month regular wait like with most of other photographers. Overall, Irina was very professional. She maintained great communication through phone or email, and if it was email, she always replied back quickly.

All the pictures from the wedding were beautiful and actually got approval from both me and my wife's family, which is pretty unbelievable.
