From the minute we walked in, she was inviting and determined to help me find what I was looking for! I also had my 18 month old, very busy, daughter with me and she let her help her during the whole process. She made it such a special experience for me to always remember with my daughter! After trying on multiple dresses in the style I had thought I wanted, Heather suggested something a little different. The moment I put on this different style dress, I knew it was the one. She knew what I was looking for even when I didn’t! I will forever be grateful I found the Bridal Parlor and Heather to make my wedding dress dreams come to life!! 10/10!!!

I had the absolute best experience with Heather at the Bridal Parlour! This was my first time shopping for wedding dresses, so I was a little nervous about what to expect. However, Heather made everything so stress-free and easy. She was so sweet, welcoming, kind, helpful, and fun! I brought my mom and my sister, and even though the appointment was a few months ago, the three of us still regularly talk about how much fun we had at the Bridal Parlour with Heather. The pre-appointment questionnaire and virtual look-book were great, and Heather pulled out the dresses I mentioned liking. The dresses were all a little different from each other, but Heather really helped me figure out what shape/fabric/details I liked. Her guidance helped me find my dream dress!! She even pulled out the most fantastic veil that matched my dress perfectly. I cannot recommend the Bridal Parlour enough!!

I visited a handful of bridal boutiques in St. Louis but none of them come close to Bridal Parlour. An online form was sent ahead of time for me to fill out to give them an idea of what I was looking for. When I arrived for my appointment they already had several set aside to try on and I was able to pull additional gowns to try on as well. All of their dresses were beautiful and unique. Heather is very knowledgable, kind, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beautiful gown in the St. Louis area!

Where do I begin?! Heather and her shop are AMAZING. This was my second time trying on dresses and compared to my first experience, the experience at the Bridal Parlour was 1000% better. Bridal Parlour was my first dress fitting! Heather was extremely patient with me wanting to try different dresses until I found a style that I enjoyed. She was not pushy at all about buying that appt (which was not the same at other places I went) I ended up coming back after going to a few stores and purchasing from her! Bridal Parlour is amazing! When booking an appointment, you get access to a client portal where you can view and heart dresses in their inventory. Heather pulled all the dresses from my list (in my size) beforehand. Her expertise was unmatched! She was able to help with suggestions for customizations and even recommended other wedding vendors (MUAs, florists, etc.). Will definitely be recommending to all!

Heather is amazing. She carries the unique styles and brand that I was looking for. She took the time to listen to me and understand what I needed and wanted. She made me and my entire family feel welcome and excited. Not only that, but the profess was so easy and she respected every wish I had! She’s the absolute best. Had the best experience at Bridal Parlour! I was pretty nervous going into it, Bridal Parlour was the first bridal shop I went to so didn't know what to expect. I was interested in the designer, Made With Love and was drawn to Bridal Parlour because of that. Little did I know it would end up being the best experience. As soon as we walked in the door, Heather welcomed me and my family/friends with open arms. She had dresses from my lookbook that I "liked" already pulled aside and she had gone through my Pinterest board to get a feel for what I liked and had pulled additional dresses based on that. She explained the process and was so helpful without being overbearing. The dress selection at Bridal Parlour is amazing and the dresses were such high quality. As I was trying on dresses, Heather would ask what I liked and didn't like and would pull additional dresses for me to try on based on that. As I tried on dresses and said parts I didn't like she would confirm in her notes, different changes we could make to the dress based on the designer. She never promised anything without double checking and I so appreciated that. I never once felt pressure from Heather to say yes to a dress (I knew I'd be a person that would want to think on it) and Heather even said that she's a big proponent of "sleeping on it," which I did for 1.5 weeks! The other bridal shop I went to I did not have this same experience at all which made me appreciate Heather and Bridal Parlour 100 times more! I ended up emailing and calling Heather after a couple times to confirm the fit of the dress I wanted and Heather was again, so helpful and came up with a solution to the issue I was having. Cannot recommend Bridal Parlour enough and am so thankful for Heather!

Loved that we were the only people in the salon while trying on gowns. Their portal has you pick your favorite gowns so you have dresses ready to try on before showing up. This saves so much time and also gives you price expectations since price is listed on their portal! Heather was so friendly and fun! Can’t wait to pick my gown up in Feb!

Make an appointment at Bridal Parlour immediately!!! Heather made me and my crew feel at home right away. I loved the individual attention since they only take one appointment at a time, and it was obvious how much Heather genuinely cares about each bride. Every dress I tried on was beautiful-- they have a wonderfully unique selection even if you don't have the biggest budget. What really stood out is when I tried on a dress that I loved but was over budget (I had asked Heather to pull it anyway), she pulled a dress that's way under budget with a similar vibe. This ended up being the dress I picked! My friends were super impressed and made several comments afterwards about how great the experience was. Cannot recommend more!

I absolutely loved my experience at Bridal Parlour. Heather was amazing to work with. This was the first place I visited because she carried the designer I was looking for. She had all my favorites pulled and ready to go when we arrived. After she saw my style, she pulled one she thought I might like, and she was right! She has so many beautiful dresses that aren’t all the typical “bridal bridal” look. I wanted something classy but still have an edge to it. Since this was my first dress appt, I went to a few other places but compared them all to my experience and the dresses here. I went back the following week to purchase the one Heather picked out for me. I can’t wait for it to come in!

Bridal Parlour was my seventh (yes, seventh!) wedding dress appointment and I had begun to feel a bit discouraged that I would never find my dream dress. Less than 60 seconds after walking in, I could tell that this experience would be different. Heather was absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! I tried on SO many different styles and absolutely LOVED every single dress I tried on - which was a stark contrast to other bridal shops I’d been to. If I could give Bridal Parlour 10 stars, I would. Counting down the days until my dress arrives!!!

I had a wonderful time at Bridal Parlour! I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and disappointed after visits to other shops where I couldn't find what I liked. I literally loved every dress that Heather pulled for me and she couldn't have been sweeter and patient. I visited Bridal Parlour in July 2020 and was married in Houston, TX in November 2021. I grew up in Illinois and went dress shopping with my mom and sisters when I was back home for July 4th weekend. We had a great experience at Bridal Parlour. The private appointment and being the only people in the store was extra special. Heather was extremely attentive and helpful in helping me find dresses that fit my style and giving constructive and honest feedback. She was friendly and positive. I purchased the Anais Annette Brie gown and Heather made sure all of the measurements and customization were correct. I was a bit nervous about having my gown and veil shipped (especially given COVID-related shipping delays) but Heather was in contact with me via email as soon as the dress and veil shipped, and checked in with me to ensure they arrived. If you live in Central or Southern Illinois and are contemplating driving to Chicago (we planned to do this) to dress shop, think again. We found many of the designers we would have found at Chicago salons at Bridal Parlour - and we didn't have to deal with traffic or the parking hassle of Chicago. Bridal Parlour is a hidden gem! Thank you Heather!

I had such an absolutely amazing experience at Bridal Parlour and Heather could not be more wonderful to work with! I had quite a journey to finding a dress I truly loved (5 other shops and a failed attempt at designing a custom dress online), but Heather made everything about the shopping experience so easy and fun! She really listened to what I was looking for, had great advice for the whole process, and guided me to exactly the look I wanted. She was incredibly helpful with photos and videos so that my mom and friends in other states felt included and could really see what the dresses looked like — truly went above and beyond and got all the angles! Bridal Parlour has such a great variety of dresses, and you can tell Heather has put in a lot of time finding beautiful options that are inclusive for all different body types. I felt so comfortable and special working with Heather - I would recommend her again and again for all brides looking for their dream dress!

The Bridal Parlour is darling and so is Heather! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. Upon walking in, she immediately asked if this was my first time dress shopping. When I said yes, she mentioned something about it being okay if I didn’t find one that day, which really helps take the pressure off. She was quick to help me change from dress to dress and made sure it was a clean and bright environment for my friends and family to wait in between dresses. I couldn’t recommend a better place to find your dress!

I can't recommend Bridal Parlour enough - I am literally telling strangers every chance I get how great this place is! I went to 3 different dress shops and this was by far the best experience for both me and the friends I had brought along. Choosing a dress is a big deal, but Heather makes you feel like you're the only bride in the world and is truly there to help you find your dream dress. Communication with Heather is also super easy and super quick - she never left me hanging and answered all my questions! The amount of options she has in store is also perfect - I was able to try on quite a few dresses but never felt overwhelmed by how many options there were. In the end, I had 2 dresses I was between - one from this shop and one from another. I ended up purchasing the dress from Bridal Parlour partially because of the great experience I had and I knew I was in good hands with Heather.

I originally started my wedding dress shopping in Kansas City due to a specific line that I was interested in. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience and felt rushed and uncomfortable. I've never been one to really imagine my wedding day, but I knew that this is not how the wedding dress experience was supposed to be. The one good thing to come out of it was that I really found a dress that I liked and was able to get the name and designer. So, I was VERY thankful when I stumbled upon Bridal Parlour when searching for local bridal shops that carried the brand I was looking for! It just so happened that my future sister in law had gotten her dress from Heather, as well, and loved the process. Heather really makes the process easy by having you create a look book beforehand so you can find styles and silhouettes that appeal to you and that she can use to help guide you in the right direction! Once we got to the shop, I was completely blown away by how different my experience was with Heather (versus previous shops)! She was extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk to to, and so patient. Heather treats you like one of her friends and she makes you feel comfortable the entire time. She was welcoming to all the photos my family took and let me play with all different styles of gowns! Heather also helped me make a one of a kind dress but combining two different styles together and I would have never even knew about it without her! She's SO quick to respond via email and won't make you feel pressured throughout the process. I would 100% recommend Heather if you're searching for a dress in St. Louis, she's the best!!

I cannot recommend visiting Bridal Parlour for trying on (and purchasing!) your wedding gown enough. The owner, Heather, provided me the best customer service I have ever received throughout the gown selection process. She is kind, understanding, and you can tell that she not only knows her stuff about each and every designer and dress she carries, but she is also the best hype-girl you could ask for. She went above and beyond during each of the 5 times I visited Bridal Parlour to make me feel comfortable, answer my questions and work with the designers to make sure I got just what I was looking for. My questions were answered quickly and I never felt like I was out of the loop when it came to updates on my dress and delivery date. She even gave me a recommendation on an alterations specialist who has worked with gowns from my dress designer in the past - and she did an amazing job. Whether you're local to the STL area or live out of state, make the trip to Bridal Parlour to visit Heather and all her beautiful gowns, you will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience at Bridal Parlour! I loved that I was able to go through the online lookbook on my own before I got to the store and not only note which dresses I was interested in, but also leave specific notes on each one. As someone who has a tendency to freeze up when a bunch of people are staring at me and asking me questions (yay dress shopping :/ ), I found this to be a helpful way to gather thoughts and get an idea of what my options would be when I got there--and I could see actual prices! Based on this, Heather had a great selection of relevant dresses ready to go when I arrived and also let us look around and pick more to try. There were a ton of unique styles that I hadn't seen elsewhere. I didn't feel like Heather got frustrated with my indecisiveness or tried to rush us through, which was the vibe I got at some other bigger shops. She seemed genuinely excited to help me find a dress, had great advice for narrowing the choices down, and was generally fun to be around. I would definitely recommend going here. The drive is not that bad from St. Louis! The only thing I would note is that Bridal Parlour does not do alterations in-house, but they do have a list of recommended seamstresses (haven't tried any of them yet, since I just ordered my dress).

Bridal Parlour was AMAZING. This was the third place I went looking for a dress, but in the past two years have been to many bridal shops with both of my sisters. Bridal Parlour had the BEST selection of dresses I have seen yet. Every single one was so beautiful and so well made. I was able to get my dream dress at Bridal Parlour for my wedding on 3.20.21. Heather is absolutely amazing!! This was only my second stop to try on dresses and she truly made the experience so easy and effortless. I just felt like she was another friend trying on dresses with me. She knows her stuff though! She was able to answer my questions on each designer, style of dress, sizing, etc. She carries so many beautiful dresses, for all shapes and sizes. It was hard to even pick! And despite the pandemic and trying on dresses with a mask, Heather made me feel so comfortable and all of that faded away. To top it off, I put off finding a veil, but luckily Heather last minute came through with the perfect veil. If you are looking for a dress, do NOT hesitate to go to Bridal Parlour! Heather at the bridal parlor was one of the best associate I worked with in search to find my bridal gown! She was so upbeat, positive, and so helpful! Giving me tips on how each dress could be altered to better fit my body and style! Bridal Parlor had so many beautiful dresses to choose from! All from different styles, price points, and designers. It was a breath of fresh air to find non traditional dresses here as well. With heathers help, she helped me find the most beautiful dress for my wedding!! Can’t wait to pick it up upon arrival!
