Right off the beach, this is nicely located on one side of the island. It was peaceful and tranquil.
Breakfast is NOT included but absolutely worth purchasing. 7- 10 am, they serve made to order fresh and skillfully prepared meals with friend...

There's a koi pond, and you can ask for food to feed them. The koi know it and beg your attention.
The beach is lovely and an easy stroll across the lawn, visible from the rooms and lobby. The hotel offers coolers, beach mats, and towels at no cost.
There are a few entertaining classes offered at no cost. There's also a fire dance that's $100 per person offered 2 nights.
Serena , Curt, and Edi really made for an inviting stay. Our housekeeper, a motherly observant matron, was very kind and attentive. This staff honestly makes this Hilton shine above others.

We were really impressed with this hotel. Our room was amazing nice ocean view. Tiki bar drinks were great and enjoyed the pools. Only thing when we checked in no one went over the pool towels so walked from 2200 rooms to the big pool found ...
no towels had to walk to the desk to get after asking another guest. When we were finished we brought the towels to the room in the morning went to get new towels and was instructed we would be charged for the towels for no return. Luckily the towels were still in our room but someone should have made it clear the towels need to be checked in. Otherwise amazing visit!!!

Lelia went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made a world of difference. Whether it was arranging special amenities or providing local recommendations, she handled everything with a level of grace and efficiency that is hard to come by.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and stunning views of Wailua Bay. The location is ideal for exploring the island, and the facilities are top-notch. However, it was Lelia’s exceptional service that truly made our visit unforgettable. We left feeling appreciated and excited to return, and we plan to stay there again very soon. If you’re considering a stay in Kauai, this hotel is a must, and be sure to look out for Lelia—she is a true asset to the Hilton Garden Inn!

Stayed here in September. The staff at the reception desk are incredibly friendly & assisted us with any questions we had throughout our stay. There is a small restaurant on site that had good burgers. The beach is right there and we saw a bunc...

We stayed 4 nights in October. Location was good,about 5 minutes from Airport. Breakfast was the best part. Hotel was very dated,and not very clean.Every morning we woke up to cock roaches in the bathroom.Also had a lot of various bugs in our r...
oom. Also can’t pick your room on the Hilton app. Just not up to Hilton standards, stay elsewhere.
