First and foremost, I felt beautiful on my wedding day, which is the most important thing! Bre and her second artist did bride +8 for us, and everyone felt and looked amazing.

However, Bre's email communication leading up to the wedding day (post-deposit paid) was difficult. I frequently had to send follow-up emails with days between responses. When my trial was canceled the night before due to a family illness (completely understandable) it took multiple emails and 9 days to hear back from her to reschedule - which was very stressful less than 6 weeks before my wedding.
On my wedding day, Bre couldn't locate my trial notes, meaning different products were used than we trialed, and she accidentally got makeup in my already-completed hair. When I calmly asked about fixing it, her response was defensive and avoidant rather than solution-oriented. Multiple vendors and members of my bridal party noticed the issue right away, but it took several explanations for Bre to acknowledge it. She eventually explained that she had used makeup too dark and it happened during the cover-up (which was necessary because I looked orange). Fortunately, her second artist suggested a makeup wipe and having my hairstylist touch up the wet spot, which Bre then asked my hairstylist do. While accidents happen, the lack of composure and hesitation to offer a solution made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable.

We recently worked with Bre on a wedding where the bride had her stay until part-way through the evening to do touchups, so a lot longer day than normal for her. During the whole time Bre was patient and right where we needed her to be when she needed to be there. The bride looked fabulous all day and managed to fix any needs from the happy tears!

On my wedding day she did my bridal makeup as well as six other members of my wedding party. It was very important to me that my wedding party was able to have a say in their makeup look too. I wanted my friends to be able to show their individuality, yet still look cohesive for photos. Bre understood that and was excellent at adapting the makeup look depending on our preferences and comfortability with makeup. For instance, some wedding members wanted a very natural and minimal makeup look while I wanted full, shimmery glam. We were all very happy with our finished looks! We looked absolutely beautiful, yet still like ourselves. Bre has the range! She provided a fun and comfortable atmosphere on my wedding day and made me feel the prettiest I have ever felt.
