I truly can’t recommend Sylwia enough! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Months before our wedding, she took the time to meet with us in person, go over all the deta...

ils, and really get to know us as a couple. That meant so much to us and made us feel completely comfortable trusting her with everything. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, and honestly, it would not have been possible without Sylwia. We were able to be completely hands off and just enjoy every moment because we knew she had everything under control. She went above and beyond in so many ways. She picked up our wedding cakes before the wedding, helped me bustle my dress and change my shoes for dancing, and even delivered our things to our house that night while we went to our after party. We truly didn’t have to worry about a single thing. When my mom lost her ring on the dance floor, Sylwia immediately helped look for it. She genuinely cared about us and our families, and that was so evident throughout the entire day. All of our friends and family kept telling us how amazing she was. At our rehearsal, a previous bride even came up to me and said, “Sylwia is the best, you’re in good hands.” She was absolutely right. We truly were. We are so incredibly grateful Sylwia was part of our wedding. She made it possible for us to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and have the wedding day we dreamed of. We could not have asked for anyone better to have by our side! ❤️

Sylwia came recommended to us from a family member who had worked with her before, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to have her as our "month of" planner. She was commu...

nicative, friendly and organized from the jump. We had multiple video calls with her and her list of things to do was always spot on. We felt like we knew her long before our wedding day. Everyone in the Valley certainly knew of her and her work, which made it easy to get things done. As far as the day of the wedding goes, we never had anything to worry about. When we showed up at the venue, she had everything dialed and ready to go. After the ceremony, it was an easy transition over to our reception venue. We had a good laugh with our guests, because she had them moving seamlessly on command from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. We can't recommend Sylwia enough.

hink we needed a wedding planner—but after reaching out to her, hiring Sylwia was the single best decision we made! From our very first call, we knew we were in fantastic hands and could finally take a deep breath. Sylwia is incredibly detail-oriented, professional, energetic, and a perfectionist in the best way possible. Her deep knowledge of every vendor and venue in the Vail area is a massive advantage. She spent countless hours with us on video calls—never making us feel rushed—to ensure she understood our exact vision. We especially appreciated her honesty; she never sugarcoated anything and made sure we thought through every single scenario. On the wedding day, Sylwia hustled behind the scenes to make sure every detail was stunning. She never bogged us down with last-minute decisions—she just executed flawlessly while constantly checking in on us and our families. Because we trusted her so completely, we were able to be 100% present. Our day ran perfectly on schedule without a single hiccup, and it was truly the best day of our lives thanks to her. If you want a seamless, stress-free wedding, hire Sylwia!

even more excited! We hired Sylwia for month of wedding coordination and planning services. Although we hired her for month of services she kept in contact throughout the year checking in on us, assisting us with questions and logistics, etc. Working with her truly was a dream. She is one of the most organized and kind people to work with, she made planning the wedding and the day of fun!

icing is fair, but the service you get far exceeds whatever price point you choose. In our opinion, her services are priceless. We had countless pre-wedding calls for planning. She nudged us in right directions, reminded us what to be thinking about, gave insightful and creative ideas, gives great recommendations, and lit fire under our a$$es when we needed it (I mean this in the best way possible). She helped us with our rehearsal, wedding day, and our farewell brunch. She's always the first to arrive and the last to leave. She's an absolute boss on the day-of, it's impressive to watch. If you talk to anyone who works in weddings in the Avon-Vail area, you can just say Sylwia's first name, and they'll know who you're talking about. She's the real deal. My wife and I had an amazing, unforgettable wedding day and it would NOT have been possible without Sylwia. We also have a friend for life. I would like to offer anyone reading this a personal referral for Sylwia. Please email me at trevynstegall@gmail.com.

Sylwia was an incredible planner for us, helping guide us for months in advance of our wedding to ensure that we secured all the critical vendor contracts and considered each and e...

very detail of the planning process. She listened to our (often unstructured and contradictory) thoughts and preferences and helped us to navigate all our many difficult choices. In the month leading up to the wedding Sylwia made sure that everything came together smoothly, double-checking all details, finalizing a detailed wedding timeline, and ensuring the plan for the day was airtight. On the day of the wedding, Sylwia's assured, professional presence was incredible. She managed every detail, giving us total confidence that everything was in place. She was a pleasure to be around throughout the wedding day, helping us to destress and getting along great with our families and other guests. At every turn, she made sure we had what we needed - whether it was a snack and some water before the ceremony, glasses, champagne waiting for us when we were done, or some leftover dessert at the end of the night that we'd been too busy to eat earlier on. Her overall experience and deep knowledge of our venue, as well as her familiarity with the local vendors we used, was extremely helpful for us.

If we could use one word to describe Sylwia, it would be lifesaver. We hired her for our winter wedding in Vail and it was the absolute best decision that we made. From our very f...

irst conversation, it was evident that Sylwia was detail-oriented, organized and personable. Planning a destination wedding while living in another country certainly had its challenges but every time we talked to Sylwia, we knew that we were in good hands. We had four different locations (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing) for our wedding and had some concerns about the overall flow of everything. Sylwia reassured us that everything would work out perfectly and she was right. Our day couldn't have been more perfect. In the weeks and months leading up to our wedding, Sylwia had several calls with each of our vendors and kept them up-to-date on everything they needed to know. She also had the most detailed timeline I've ever seen for the day's events, which helped to keep everyone on track. On our wedding day, Sylwia showed up in the morning with a big smile on her face and still looked just as happy 12 hours later. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. We already miss our chats with Sylwia and hope that our paths will cross again one day when we return to Vail. If you're looking for a wedding planner, stop your search here and hire Sylwia. You won't regret it!
