Worst wedding photographer experience. She was chaotic and aggressive with her manner day-of the wedding. She didn't follow through with any of the edits of the photos that she des...
cribed (editing watches out, filtering them, editing out shadows, etc.) and the photos looked completely blurry, unprofessional, and untouched, something we could've taken on the latest iPhone. Since the day of the wedding, it has been utterly impossible tracking her down to get her to touch up the photos or provide the print photos or USB drive that we paid for. We can't even get the code to download the photos we paid for to edit or print them on our own. She hasn't responded to my emails, texts, or phone calls. She took our money and ran. It's such an important, once in a lifetime occasion, and we can't have a re-do of it. I would give Rachel zero stars, but that isn't allowed on this site. I wouldn't trust the other reviews on this site and would look elsewhere for a wedding photographer, wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.
Our wedding event was almost a year ago and we don’t have our full package. We were so disappointed with our photos and ask for them to be touched up. I could go on and on with the...
issues but not enough space for details. What a big mistake hiring Rachel, I should have done more homework. Hopefully she will provide us the last of the items and we will just move on. We should have questioned paying in full up front since she has no motivation to follow through now that she has over $3,000 of put money and we don’t even have a print or edited pictures to share with family.
We had a great experience working with Rachel for our wedding and engagement shoots! She is professional, organized, and really took the time to listen and execute on everything we...
were hoping for. Speaking as someone who is camera shy, Rachel has an upbeat yet calming presence that really helped me get through the formal picture-taking experience. She made me feel as comfortable as possible and boy is she patient!. Our pictures came out beautifully, and we are extremely happy with our decision to work with her (and her assistant Henry was awesome too!). She really excelled at capturing the beautiful, goofy, special moments. Rachel will be our go-to photographer for all future photo shoots!
Rachele suggested the perfect place to take my maternity photos I couldn’t have imagined a better location. She knew exactly what she was doing and instructed me so I wasn’t feelin...
g clueless. She is an amazing photographer.
It was a JOY to work with Rachel. She was professional, fun, and kept my huge family and wedding party of 20 people in line. The photos came out beautifully. It's clear that Rachel...
puts a lot of hard work into her craft. Highly recommend!
Our wedding photos just arrived and they’re beautiful! Rachel captured all the natural moments of pure bliss and all the magic in between. On our wedding day she arrived promptly ...
and put us at ease with her easy laid back yet careful and confident style. We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives!
Rachel is absolutely the best you can get. Picking a wedding photographer can be so stressful, but it doesn’t have to be! She’s extremely professional but also personable, talented...
and easy to work with. Not to mention the pictures look absolutely stunning! Rachel is the perfect blend of someone asking the right questions, giving you what you’re looking for, but also filling in the gaps with her own expertise and knowledge. For your own sanity, if you’re reading this review, stop looking and just book with Rachel already!!
