Brooklyn Braised Events

If delicious food is your highest priority, hire Brooklyn Braised. It was absolutely delicious and that is what we wanted. That being said, our experience with the Brooklyn Braised team was frustrating at times. Every call felt like we were repeating information we'd already given them, and their pricing structure was quite confusing. (For example: at one point, one week before the wedding, they led us to believe we'd be responsible for purchasing and delivering ice for the day). I think they are a new business and are experiencing some growing pains. Keep good records of your conversations and keep them in a shared place. Clarify what costs you as bride and groom are responsible for vs. them. I hope they can streamline their communications in time for the next wedding they cater. But again, if you want your wedding food to be BANGIN, hire them.
