I can't say enough great things about this wedding cake shop! They created a stunning three-layer cake for our big day that not only looked gorgeous but tasted absolutely amazing. The design was everything we dreamed of and more—elegant, detailed, and picture-perfect. What really stood out was how incredibly accommodating they were to, my, the bride’s allergies. They went above and beyond to make sure every ingredient was safe without compromising on flavor or quality. Their professionalism and sweetness made the entire process stress-free, and they delivered the cake right on time without a hitch. The pricing was super reasonable for the level of service and craftsmanship they provided. We were so impressed that we’re already planning to order our anniversary cake from them next year. SW Cakes was perfect! I got a small cake for us to cut on the wedding day and about 100 cupcakes for the guests. She delivered them and decorated with fruit and flowers the day of that we provided and they tasted so yummy and the cake was decorated perfectly! It was better than I could’ve imagined. They were perfectly moist even a couple days after when we ate the left overs. SW cakes was the only spot I called and I instantly felt like it was exactly what I wanted and for a fair price. We saved some to try on our 1yr anniversary, we’ve heard it never is good, so we plan to order a fresh smaller cake to have again!

I really enjoyed working with SW Cakes for our wedding! This is a small business that went out of their way to make our vision happen on our shoe string budget. The cake was delicious and beautiful and they communicated often, showed up early, and even took a little extra time to plate all the different flavors of cupcakes and decorate the cake with our flowers. I loved going through SW cakes. Sheri was very communicative and easy going. The cake was delicious and matched our wedding theme perfectly.

Sherri was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We got engaged January of 2020, but Sherri was still able to provide us with tastings COVID style (contactless pickup of cake and frosting flavors) and although we couldn't do a traditional cake tasting, it was still fun to do at home. I was incredibly impressed with Sherri's ability to think on her feet and find a solution. We could always count on Sherri to be communicative and fair, we felt like she cared about us as people, and didn't see us as just another business deal. She helped create a beautiful cake and cupcake display when I had no idea what I wanted, she had tons of ideas. Everything down to the color of the cupcake wrapper was taken care of. Of all the things I worried about during the planning process and on my actual wedding day, the cake and dessert table was not one of them, thanks to Sherri! I am still receiving compliments about the cake, everyone loved it!

SW Cakes did an amazing job for our wedding! We did a small tiered semi-naked cake that turned out amazing and sheet cakes to serve to our guests. People thought it was delicious. My guest count was changing up until the last few weeks prior to the wedding and they were super flexible about changing my order to accommodate. I would absolutely recommend them!

My husband and I got married at Langdon Farms Golf Course in the summer of 2022. SW Cakes was on a list of preferred vendors by our venue for proximity and familiarity with the venue. We are SO glad they were! After first contacting a cake vendor that was closer to the venue, and also on the list, we reached out to Sherri after experiencing less than friendly staff and very high costs. SW Cakes was a DREAM to work with! Not only was the cake delicious, fresh and beautiful, it was more than reasonably priced. Sherri also was so kind and even was helping putting boutonnières on groomsmen day off! Can you saw customer service??? If you are looking for a company that will deliver a beautiful, great tasting cake at a price that is affordable? Look no further!

We loved working with SW Cakes and we loved how our cake turned out. It was absolutely gorgeous!! From the initial conversation, Sheri knew exactly what we wanted and she definitely provided. She was on time before the wedding began and she was able to add the decorations we made for the cake. It was perfect - not to mention the cake was exactly what we were looking for!!

First off, let me just say how delicious Sherri made our wedding cake and cupcakes! Red velvet is my favorite cake flavor and it was just how I liked it :) All the guests enjoyed the cupcakes and couldn't get enough of them. Sherri is very nice and easy to work with. She definitely understood the assignment! I'm very indecisive and can't make up my mind, but she was understanding and patient with me on my last-minute decision. If you are looking for a baker for your wedding day, I highly recommend Sherri from SW Cakes!

Oh my gosh! I have so much to say about this vendor so I'm going to gush for a minute. She is just a wonderful lady, very enjoyable to talk to and very personable! Gluten Free options (which were amazing)! Very on top of everything! Delivery on the day of was very helpful and she gave us all info that we could need of what could go wrong just in case. We had our wedding in July and I had chosen SW Cakes to do my wedding cake and cupcakes I wanted for my wedding and I am very glad I did. I came across SW Cakes at the vendor list from our wedding Venue - Abernathy Center, OR. Sherri was booked already for our day, but with extra recommendation from our wedding planner, Sherri agreed to fit us in for the day, especially because we had our wedding early in the day. Sherri was awesome in the tasting samples and there was no way I was going to go with another Cake person. Her cake flavors were awesome, she over-delivered on the day off and let me say, our guests were left calling dibs on who was carrying leftover cake home. I loved our cake flavors, and my husband and I cannot wait to cut our one year anniversary cake that Sherri made for us. Highly recommend SW Cakes, you will be in for a pleasant surprise.

Sherri (SW Cakes owner) was wonderful to work with and made the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake, exactly as I pictured it and exactly as requested. Everyone commented on how beautiful it was! We got married outside in August during the 110 degree heat wave, and Sherri made sure that our cake was placed in a cool spot and also personally arranged the roses that we had requested be on top and on the sides of the cake, as well as beautifully arranging rose petals around the cake on the table. Highly recommend!!

We Found SW Cakes on Facebook and were blown away at the quality and variety of cakes that Sherri has made over the years. My wife wanted a simple 2-tier cake that we could decorate ourselves and only gave her 80 days to make it in the middle of a pandemic , She had samples for us 2 weeks later and a perfect pink champagne with cream cheese top and red velvet bottom wedding cake ready 4 days before our wedding- * she even gave great instructions on transporting it very slowly as to not risk damaging it * It was a beautiful cake and our guests loved it - 5 Stars highly recommended Cake Designer :)

I found working with SW Cakes to be wonderful all around! Sherri answered her phone on the first try and talked me through all the options, I was so unaware of all the decisions I would have to make. I gave her a good deal of leeway to design a beautiful cake and they did. It was ready quickly, pickup was seamless and it tasted delicious! Everyone enjoyed it and complimented the design. Would recommend SW Cakes again to others!

SW Cakes is great! We used them for my brothers wedding in 2019 & my wedding in 2021. She was amazing with all the date changes & location changes (thanks COVID) Of course we didn’t have much cake at the wedding but the box of goodies she put aside for us for after was delicious! Our guest had rave reviews of the cake and treats we had as well! Thank you so much for the great customer service & delicious cake & treats!

SW Cakes was very accommodating for us during our wedding planning and COVID causing changes. We did not end up being able to have our wedding cake made by SW Cakes, however, they allowed our deposit to be used for bachelorette party goodies instead. Very kind business and prompt responses. 10/10 recommend for your big day!

Finding someone to make my wedding cake was the one thing I was super stressed about. I have a life threatening allergies to peanuts and treenuts. When I found SW cakes, she put my mind to ease so quickly. After the wedding, many people were telling me how amazing the cake was. She was so easy to work with and answered all my questions. Sherri has been fantastic since we met her! We are located in Seattle so it was long distance to figure stuff out. We chose to line up four cake tastings in one day (a HUGE mistake) and she happened to be Stop #3. By the time we got there we had already ate WAY too much sugar, but we were dedicated. We were running a few minutes late, but she was super nice and did not seem too bothered. When we got there she already had all of the cakes pre-cut and on plates with two glasses of water (which was much appreciated!). As we were trying the cakes they were absolutely amazing! I considered the cake one of the most important parts of the wedding and hers were perfect. While taste testing we learned that some of the flavors were actually previously frozen and the version we were tasting were thawed due to the fact it would not be easy to keep all flavors fresh and on hand at all times. We were absolutely shocked because the cakes were all so moist and you would have never known they were previously frozen! Ultimately, we chose a pink champagne naked cake with raspberry filling. We had a whole cake planned out with a design of tree bark, but due to COVID-19 and downsizing the wedding we opted to both change the design and get a smaller cake. She was great and understood where we were coming from and took the time to go over our new vision for the wedding. Our final cake for the day-of ended up being a 2 tier pink champagne naked cake with raspberry filling. We opted to have it decorated with a gold drip (which was so cute!) We were able to get a few bites of the cake during the reception, but I was so bummed I did not get more. We did have a lot of people compliment it saying how delicious it was! I was absolutely thrilled when I found out there was ~1/4 of the bottom tier left and I was able to take it home. I then proceeded to eat it for both dessert and breakfast over the next few days and it remained super soft and moist and delicious. We could not have had a better experience and we look forward to getting a miniature version for our one year anniversary!

Sherri was absolutely amazing to work with. She was the most reasonably priced bakery in the area, as well as having the most delicious cake. She was able to create the exact display we wanted, and was very responsive over the phone, text, and email. We cannot recommend her enough, and will definitely be using her for all future events!

SW Cakes was by far an amazing company to work with for my wedding!! Not only did Sherri make my wedding cake dream come true but her prices are amazing, and you can really tell the love that is put into their work. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, add a global pandemic on top of that and you get a possible recipe for disaster! I had to switch venue locations a FEW WEEKS before my wedding and Sherri and her team completely accommodated the arrangements needed totally stress free and it was such a huge blessing for this stressed out bride! I couldn’t recommend them enough.
