From our very first consultation, I could immediately feel a weight lifted off my shoulders as Crystal celebrated all the work I had completed on my own, and then she immediately began to prioritize how she could help things operate more smoothly as I navigated the final steps of my planning process. Crystal was constantly upbeat and eager to help check things off my ever growing to do list. She provided me a wonderful list of rental items that I was more than happy to utilize to create a whimsical atmosphere for a fraction of the cost. My family and friends loved working with Crystal at our rehearsal walk through and the day of our wedding as she worked to keep my husband and I on check with our busy timeline. Every time I began to feel anxious about how things were going, Crystal reminded my husband and I that the day was all about us and not to stress over other people and the little things. Honestly, Crystal's calm and positive attitude helped me feel grounded for a majority of my wedding planning and on my wedding day. Other vendors I worked with commented on Crystal's professionalism and dedication to her work. I truly believe it is all because of Crystal and her team that my wedding day vision board was able to become a dream come true reality for my husband and I!  My only regret is that I didn't begin working with her earlier on in my wedding planning process!

Crystal even went out of her way to get a special gift for my husband based off of something he brought up in passing. It was very sweet and thoughtful and showed how much she was paying attention to the little details. Her and Vivienne did all of the decorating, my bouquet, made a hot dog bar for the late night snack and ran out to the liquor store after cocktail hour when our bar almost ran out of tequila. We are forever grateful that we hired this team to help make our dream wedding come true!

The utilization of their online platform was fantastic - which gave me a central location of all of my planning and even allowed me to put my seating chart and venue set up in one place! She had a checklist and guide for every situation, and was super organized and professional. On top of all of this, Crystal also provided all of the florals for our wedding. These floral meetings went just as smoothly as our planning meetings, and she provided the most stunning bouqets, centerpieces and arangements for us. As we got closer to the big day, Crystal remained constantly available, and helped with all of my anxieties - from seating chart stress to a hair and makup artist that canceled a month before the wedding, Crystal was there to smooth things over and help in any way she could! On the big day, we certainly put Crystal and her team to the test with a tornado warning at an outdoor venue! They took it all in stride and despite my husband and I changing our mind several times, they were able to give us the outdoor ceremony of our dreams, save all of the flowers from the wind, keep everything on time, and even gave us an impromptu lesson in cake cutting. When I say that she does it all, I really mean it! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and there is no way any of it would have happened without Crystal.

My wedding was a dream come true because of wright up the aisle she put my vision into reality was there for me and my now husband when we had minor hiccups. My wedding was everything I could have imagined and I could not have done it without her. Wright up the aisle also did my flowers and they were so beautiful. My bridal bouquet was extraordinary. Out of all my vendors Crystal was my favorite to work with. When I was looking for wedding planning I met with a lot of different vendors but when I did my video chat with Crystal I knew right off the bat that I wanted her as my wedding planner. She helped with every single thing and was flexible with my hectic schedule.

On the big day, it was invaluable getting to work with someone who has been with us throughout the entirety of the planning process. Initially, I was very nervous about the possibility of having our ceremony indoors instead of the originally planned for outdoor location. The way that Crystal and her team decorated the space made it feel really lovely and special, and I ultimately felt great about our decision to have the ceremony indoors. It was also so amazing to have the team pack up everything at the end of the night for us.

ternoon ceremony, Things had to get moved around in order to get what I had Envisioned done. And it was an even better spot than I had picked before. I will say her creativity shocked me as to how the script went for our ceremony, its was 100% on the point of our entire relationship and had the serious but funny moments! I was very happy with everything and the stress of the day didn’t touch me and my nerves, she kept everything running smoothly and on time which is what I wanted. If you need a coordinator this is the business to do it!

d for the day of our wedding, we worked with her part-time assistant. Her assistant was friendly and funny, although she were not in communication with her until a few months before the wedding since she had another job. WUTA had began using a new platform which allowed us to add seating chart with food restrictions and guests so that vendors could access it. While helpful, the assistant didn't seem very familiar with the platform so we ended up having to add a lot of things manually on our end which made more work for us. It was helpful having check-in meetings with the assistant in the weeks leading up to the wedding to help us think through all of the last-minute details, and having the checklists to keep track of tasks. On the day of the wedding, she handwrote our detailed itinerary in her car, which was pages of notes, and seemed pretty disorganized to us. She and another WUTA staff member set up the reception space but my husband had to rearrange the place cards which did not match the seating chart. Also during set up, I left my vows on a table and she placed them somewhere for safekeeping but forgot to tell me where she put them which meant that right before the ceremony, I could not find my vows and could not get a hold of her since she was already at the ceremony site and had her phone turned off. Fortunately we were able to get a hold of her and she brought me the vows during the ceremony site which worked out OK but it was a little distracting for our guests and caused some delays to the ceremony. Helpfully she is also a seamstress and I had lost some weight before the wedding and my straps of my dress were a bit too loose, but she was able to sew in an extra hook which give me peace of mind that the dress wouldn't fall off of me. Overall it was helpful to have an extra set of hands on the day of the wedding and to have help with details in the lead up, although we wish it had gone a little more seamlessly.

Crystal made the wedding planning process much less stressful for us and was willing to go the extra mile to make our day special (plus, she carries with her an incredible box of extra supplies just in case something has to be fixed on your big day.) Crystal puts the couple first and does a beautiful job at meshing between the couple's vision and the parents' ideas (if needed). Crystal brought our vision of our wedding to life, making our day perfect. She allowed us to relax and focus on each other on our big day rather than stressing about the small or big details. I genuinely don't know what we would have done without her.

Scheduling them was always easy. We shared notes and Crystal did a great job of reminding us of any loose strands that needed attention. Crystal also took up some of the more tedious tasks like chasing down representatives, figuring out complex timelines, and handling all of the late-stage communication logistics to make sure all the vendors were in sync with the events. Crystal was wonderful to collaborate with on the vision of the ceremony, reception, and everything in between. Even though we sought to skirt many wedding traditions, she was careful to never push back on us but to merely remind us of what the typical tradition would be. During the calls and on-site visits, Crystal was an active participant in our brainstorming on decorative and fun elements to add to our wedding. Her input was always valuable. Crystal also demonstrated that she was willing to work for it. She visited us multiple times despite living hours away, and by the time our wedding weekend arrived, Crystal was already there setting up materials at multiple locations. When her assistant had a family emergency on our wedding day, Crystal (without even mentioning it) worked single-handedly to finish the job. Most importantly, Crystal cares about her clients. She wanted us to be happy about our decisions, and she could intuitively sense if we were uncertain about our any of choices. If we weren't feeling like having a call that day, she'd offer to reschedule. She was always good about making 100% sure that we weren't pressured into anything we didn't want to do. She was a real cheerleader and her enthusiasm was palatable. The resulting wedding spoke for itself: nothing went awry, everyone had a good time, and it was all gorgeous. Six Stars!

Above all, Crystal was so warm and welcoming and made myself and my bridal party feel so calm and prepared. I cannot recommend her enough as your wedding planner or coordinator!!!

tween vendors, we were feeling swamped. By the time our first conversation with Crystal was done, we both felt like things were closer to being under control and our stress levels were coming down. We opted for her “Month of Coordination” package, but Crystal’s support started way sooner than a month out, helping us select our final vendors and walking through our venue with us to offer suggestions on other logistics. Thanks to her experience, we entered our wedding weekend knowing we had planned everything we needed to, brought everything we needed to, and hired everyone we needed to. Throughout the weekend, Crystal made herself a buffer between any issues and us so we could focus on enjoying our wedding, not fixing things. As far as I’m aware, only two minor issues came up (both due to weather), and each time Crystal came to us not with a problem, but with suggested solutions. There may have been other problems that arose, but as far as we and our guests saw the wedding weekend went perfectly and smoothly. No matter how organized you are and how prepared you feel to run and organize your wedding, hiring Crystal is still money well spent so you can focus on enjoying everything.

She anticipated things that weren't even on my radar. I knew that I was in good hands which enabled me to enjoy my day and not stress about details. I chose the 'day of' support option, but this included several check-ins with Crystal, including an in-person meeting. As we got closer to the wedding, Crystal managed vendor communications which was incredibly helpful as it was one less thing for me to coordinate. On the wedding day, Crystal and her partner arrived and seamlessly picked up management of any final remaining details. My wedding ended up being a bit more 'do it yourself' than I anticipated, but Crystal was not phased by this...even though it was a hot August day. A few family members helped me on the day of as well and they all commented on how efficient and helpful Crystal was. Hiring Wright Up the Aisle was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. Truly an invaluable service and I would recommend Wright Up the Aisle without hesitation.

r our wedding. I was brought to tears when I saw our flowers because I had such a hard time describing what I wanted and Crystal absolutely nailed it! I was torn about whether to use real or fake flowers because I wanted to have something I could save after the wedding. We ended up using real flowers for our bouquets and then used fake flowers to decorate our alter and everything was absolutely stunning. Then, Crystal took the fake flowers that we had used and made us a wreath that I can keep forever! It was exactly what I wanted. Our cake and cupcakes were absolutely delicious and gorgeous!! All of my guests are still talking about how beautiful everything looked and how great the cake and cupcakes tasted. I would highly recommend Wright Up the Aisle for all of your planning, floral, and dessert needs!!

Our wedding day was very hot & she already had shade up and had changed the food to inside the building. Living in a different state , and planning a wedding , would think to be challenging but not for Crystal. Constant communication, swatches, photos, sketches,messages and ideas came together perfectly. From simple boutonnieres to elaborate bouquets, we were thrilled! I chose silk and fabric floral arrangements so I would have them forever and I do! They look as beautiful as they did the day I got them. I was more than impressed with Crystal and her creative talent. She will be an amazing asset to you on your special day, as she was for me!
