Nestled on fourteen acres of pastoral land featuring a working apple orchard and adorable farm animals, this venue offers a rural ambiance with a touch of elegance. A short drive from Raleigh, you and your loved ones can enjoy the seclusion of this stunning location with the convenience of nearby big city amenities.
Although spacious, this estate still offers an intimate environment for you to celebrate your love with breathtaking views and dreamy natural backdrops. Enjoy a warm welcome from the farm’s friendly tenants; bleating goats and braying donkeys. Next, make your way to the venue’s overlook which creates the illusion that you are on a mountaintop as you exchange your vows with stunning views of the property’s apple orchard.
The venue offers multiple romantic event spaces for you to tie the knot. The largest ceremony site, The Gazebo, contains a concrete pathway and a raised covered platform to you to exchange your vows as your seated guests watch. The Overlook offers gorgeous views and is adjacent to the reception barn area, allowing your celebration to flow with ease. Before the big day, you and your wedding party can make use of the Bridal Suite and its dressing room, private bathroom, kitchen, and beauty stations, and the Groom’s Apartment with its sofa, TV, and refrigerator for ultimate relaxation. The Farm on Cotton can accommodate up to 125 guests, and their attentive staff is pleased to manage the setup and cleanup of the provided tables and chairs.

Jamie herself is so kind, so patient, and to say she is helpful in the planning process is a massive understatement. Jamie says she is just the day of coordinator but throughout the entirety of our planning she was available to answer questions and guide us in getting all components of our wedding fine tuned and ready for the big day.
I really can't say enough, I wish I could give higher than 5 stars.

g rescues. The decor closet, the ability to provide our own alcohol, and the fact that Jamie is also a day-of coordinator made this venue far more affordable than similar dedicated wedding venues without feeling like we missed out on anything.
The best part was Jamie and her fairies, Laura and Dana. Leading up to the wedding, Jamie was responsive and flexible in making sure the plans aligned with our vision, and her recommendations for other vendors were fantastic. On the wedding day, Jamie and her fairies were all clearly experienced and passionate about what they do. They quickly solved any minor issues that came up, and their calming demeanor allowed us to relax knowing things were taken care of. It is because of them we were able to be in the moment and truly enjoy our day. Jamie even went above and beyond in driving a few guests who got stranded to their hotel nearby.
Overall, the Farm on Cotton was exactly what we wanted, and our guests were all gushing afterwards about how impressed they were with it. We highly recommend it!

If there is a problem with anything she will help you solve it and will continue to help you until it is resolved. Jamie treats you like family even before we started working with her. Every piece of advice she gave me always worked out in the best way possible.
If anyone is looking to have a wedding in the Raleigh-Sanford-Cary NC area she would be the first person I recommend. There are truly not enough words I can say as to how helpful she was on my wedding day and how she made that day feel stress free!!
