I knew from the beginning how important it was to find a photographer that was going to capture all of the days most important moments and Melissa did all that & beyond. From the ...
first zoom meet we had, to all the phone calls, texts, emails & in-person meet ups she was always reachable & quick to respond. She makes you feel completely comfortable in front of the camera lens especially for those of us who are not used to being in the limelight.
Melissa essentially doubled as my wedding coordinator, my confidant/advisor on all things wedding. She has worked with many Hudson Valley wedding vendors in the business & guided me on which one would best fit my vision. She helped me set realistic goals & made sure the day was everything I dreamed of.
Melissa was in constant communication with me throughout the whole engagement & wedding period. She would reach out to remind us to make sure we had our favorite poses & group photos ready to go well in time for the big day. I look forward to using Sweet Melissa Photography for future maternity & newborn photo sessions. Her light & airy editing skills are absolutely breathtaking. I can’t help but smile whenever her work pops up on my Instagram feed & reels; her work is truly one of a kind & I cannot recommend her enough!

b capturing our wedding day. Not only did the photos come out amazing, but she made us feel comfortable posing and did a great job organizing all the important shots even with our tight timeline and large guest list. Her editing style is exactly what we were looking for and perfect for capturing the essence of our late spring outdoor setting with natural light. We are so pleased with our wedding photos which we will cherish forever.
