They didn’t just provide a beautiful venue—they made us feel like family. The setting alone is absolutely breathtaking. You truly cannot beat the view overlooking the redwoods and the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. There is something so peaceful and magical about Sydalyn Hill—it genuinely feels like a little piece of heaven. The natural beauty of the property creates the most incredible backdrop for a wedding and makes every moment feel even more special. One of the things that stood out most was how thoughtful and accommodating they were throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure my father, who has mobility challenges, was comfortable and able to fully enjoy our wedding weekend. Their kindness and attention to detail meant more than words can express. The wedding planner options at Sydalyn Hill were also incredible. We honestly had such a difficult time choosing a coordinator because every option they provided was wonderful. Having trusted, talented professionals to choose from made the planning process feel much less overwhelming and gave us so much confidence going into our wedding day. We also loved their “pay it forward” system with wedding décor items. It was such a thoughtful and generous touch that made a huge difference. Having the ability to stay at the house on-site and get ready there made the entire wedding weekend feel so much more relaxed and special. It transformed the venue from just a beautiful location into a place that felt like home. It made the weekend easier, more intimate, and allowed us to spend more quality time with our loved ones. Sydalyn Hill will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was the backdrop for one of the happiest days of our lives and also holds some of our most cherished final memories with Jeremy’s mom, who passed shortly after our wedding. We will forever be grateful that we were able to celebrate, gather, and create those memories in such a beautiful and meaningful place.
