Flower Haven

Melissa executed the perfect bouquets, table arrangements, bridal spray, and boutonnière’s for our wedding flawlessly! The colors and uniqueness of the flowers were beautiful and she uses local vendors as much as possible. Working with her was so easy and she was incredibly accommodating. Use her for any floral needs :)

Melissa was so AMAZING. Not only did she make the most beautiful bouquets, bouts, and corsages I have ever seen in person and in pictures, she did it while being the SWEETEST PERSON EVER. She was so professional and sweet, and there's this really warm vibe you get from her. While some florists had turned me away because of my budget and the smaller scale of my COVID-era wedding, Melissa worked with me to prioritize what I and my fiancé felt was important to us. I couldn't even describe very well what exactly I was envisioning, but somehow she understood even better than I did myself, went above and beyond in every way, and brought our dream wedding to life!

As a long-distance M.O.B. I assisted the local Maid of Honor (my younger daughter) in her task from the bride (her big sister) of securing a florist. Flower Haven was credited in several wedding shoots but hadn't popped up in my area searches initially. The MH and bride and groom met with Melissa with ideas for flower types and colors and was then given a proposal with generous terms for commitment dates and offering followup closer to the wedding to review seasonal flower availability and final details. On the big day Melissa arrived at the church in an appropriately floral dress (!) and secured the boutonnières on the gentlemen (she's a pro and we are not!) The bridal party bouquets had their stems wrapped in teal ribbon with pearl-headed pins and arrived in glass fishbowls that later accompanied them to the reception to serve as decor. My wrist corsage had a beautiful rhinestone band that I presumed was part of the attachment for the flowers. It was so lovely that it looked like a bracelet beside my corsage instead. It was completely separate and was able to have it as a keepsake. The church centerpiece was magnificent in size and arrangement and we had friends transport it to the reception site (this could also have been done by Flower Haven for a fee). The day after the wedding Melissa was extremely flexible regarding time and location to return the glass bowls and the trays she used to transport them but she said the church arrangement planter was ours to keep! We were all delighted by the colors and selections of flowers and greens and the way they were arranged to highlight each individual stem. I made sure other vendors knew the flowers had been provided by Floral Haven so that future brides might also enjoy the beauty and grace Melissa offers.

Melissa was a delight to work with. She was so helpful in guiding my daughter and I throughout the process. She was very easy to work with and flexible when we had some last minute requests. And, the flowers where beautiful and well done. I would not hesitate to recommend Melissa.
