icial guest count that included over 100 guests, due to their policy we were told that they require 3 coordinators when the count is over 100. One of the things that sold us was a deal we had made stating if we ended up with less than 100 guests they would take off the fee. We had quite a few meetings with the owner of the company & every single time we were asked the same questions over & over. Fast forward to one of the last meetings, we had our final count ~80 guests, the owner stated she didn't remember making that deal & how did I know I wouldn't end up with 20 MORE GUESTS EVEN AFTER THE RSVPS HAD TURNED OFF?! Trust I had the receipts to prove I wasn't making this up. This battle went on for a while & Jacky eventually agreed to take the additional fee off, but she told us because we now only had 2 coordinators instead of 3 they wouldn't be able to do as much for us as they would have before. Myself & my bridal party did the majority of the setting up at rehearsal dinner - the only thing that had to be set up the day of was the wedding favors, they did get us bags for the rose petals, & they did pick up our cakes. BUT, the breakfast delivery we were promised turned into my MOH having to pick it up. The setup they promised for hair and makeup, never happened. The promise to have my dress steamed the week of my wedding, NEVER HAPPENED! They promised so much and did so little. The coordinator that was at the hotel with my girls & I, what did she do? She sat on her phone playing solitaire & checking her bank statements. My MOH was recruited to HELP HER SET UP MY WEDDING DRESS because she couldn't figure it out on her own. We eventually sent her to the venue with my dresses because she literally wasn't doing ANYTHING for us at the hotel, she was honestly only in the way. Once we arrived at the venue & it was time to line up SHE ASKED ME WHERE OUR BOUQUETS WERE. At that point I literally snapped & said "it's not MY JOB to know where they are..." We were also PROMISED that we would be able to join the last 15-20 minutes of our cocktail hour & the coordinators would be the ones MAKING SURE WE ATE & had something to drink. The videographer was the one to bring me a drink when I couldn't take pictures anymore because my mouth WAS SO DRY, I couldn't even smile anymore. My BRIDESMAID was the one to bring me a plate of my cocktail hour food to eat after the ceremony. Where were our coordinators? I wish I could tell you. The night was absolutely ruined for me when one of the coordinators brought the surprise birthday cake to our ring bearer that had been PLANNED FOR MONTHS & EVERY VENDOR KNEW MY GROOM & I WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONES TO PRESENT THE CAKE TO HIM. I even verified with other vendors because apparently there was just a "miscommunication" between the coordinator and myself. The owner of the DJ company informed me that he had even discussed this with PTE prior to the wedding night. All I can say is there were a few times when they actually helped us, but I can only count those times on one hand. OH & my photographer & I spent over an hour trying to redo their timeline TWO DAYS BEFORE wedding day because NOTHING MADE SENSE! Do yourself the favor & find a different company for your coordinator needs. PTE consider it done? More like consider it DON'T.

ade the planning process so much easier, and the actual day flawless. Everyone that we worked with was extremely professional and friendly. PTE's expertise on wedding planning was everything because they made sure we had everything even down to the most minute detail of ink pens. Three weeks before our wedding date we found out that our original venue was no longer able to accommodate our wedding, as a very stressed and devastated bride I contacted PTE with our dilemma and Jackie and her team instantly jumped in to find a new venue and made calls to ensure our wedding day was not ruined. And with much success we were able to find a new venue with availability within a week. The day of was flawless, her team met us at the hotel where we were getting ready and made sure we were set-up and prepared for the day. They even assisted down to the final touches on the bouquets. PTE ensured that we stayed on schedule and stepped in and made things work, so that we had a great time during our wedding . They are truly problem solvers! PTE was my dream team and I would definitely recommend them for all event planning not just weddings. They are very easy to work with and once they know the vision they come with even more ideas to ensure your event is everything you ever imagined.

o I hired Jackie and her team to help me for only the day off. Before finding Jackie, I called and talked to 5 other companies and NONE of them came CLOSE to what Jackie had offered and she was the BEST in price. Everyone else quoted me an “X” amount of hours they would stay for the day and was pretty cut throat in letting me know they don’t help clean or pack decorations. Jackie and her team stayed with me from the moment I was getting ready until all my guests left and she was there until the very end to help with packing my DIY decorations and etc to getting everything into the car. She made sure everything was taken care of and made sure all of us drunkies were good. Lol. PTE and Jackie have become like family and I’m so grateful and very happy to have chosen them to help me with the biggest day of my life. She was there months before and made sure everything would go smoothly and helped execute. She definitely made things happen! I honestly can’t imagine what my day would’ve been like if it wasn’t for Jackie and team. It’s honestly so scary to even think about. lol!! She was my right winged woman and I’m SO happy with my choice and results. She told me she was the best and she wasn’t kidding! When the reception was over, they packed up all our decorations and delivered them to our home. They went beyond their services to make our wedding beautiful and memorable. smoothly. Prior to the week of, Jackie was in regular contact with my husband and myself and ensure that our planning was on track. She attended vendor meetings with us (virtually, as we live in Brooklyn) and even went as far as to attend a meeting on our behalf and FaceTime us into it so we could participate. Jackie herself gave amazing tips and was the one who recommended our incredible decorator. The month of, Jackie was checking in more frequently to see if there was anything we needed help with. When we asked if she could print our welcome sign and escort cards she was happy to do so! The week of, Jackie ran our wedding rehearsal and made sure to know all the aspects of the ceremony ahead of time. The day of our wedding, Jackie arrived bright and early with her team ready to keep us on track! I don’t even have words for how much she and her team did! They picked people up from the hotel for us, picked up our wedding cakes, and kept our wedding running even when we fell behind on time. They organized our bridal suite after the wedding party went through it like a tornado, and even packed things up into boxes with labels for us. Jackie herself kept track of our cards (we forgot the lock on our card box) and went out of her way to make sure we got back on schedule after an almost hour long delay. Beyond what Jackie and her team did for us, I would be entirely remiss to not mention the kindness and love that they worked with. Despite many missteps and mistakes that happened on the day of, they did everything with a smile and made us feel so comfortable. For context, I was put in a horrible situation where I had to fire my prior wedding planner after I found out that she had been lying about booking vendors. This happened two months before my wedding, and you can not imagine the extreme duress this put me under. I received Prime Time Events as a recommendation from another bride who would use them and highly recommended them. I reached out frantically to Brittany, who was my lead contact throughout my event.
