the customer service , his personality and professionalism . Phil’s great attention to detail was impeccable as he met with us explaining O’s fabric to the custom lining to the personalize embroidery , to the cuff links to the lapel. Moreover, he was VERY hospitable in telling us the hidden gems to eat , socialize and shop in Houston, TX since we flew there only for the weekend from FL for our appointment. We had a blast that weekend - THANKS so much Phil !
