We were blown away by the quality and taste of the food and drink. Rich worked with us to customize the menu to our tastes, and it was absolutely perfect. We received countless compliments from our guests on how delicious everything was. To this day our guests still bring up how amazing the short rib was!
But Rich did not stop there. He also became our officiant and delivered a heartfelt ceremony that left us and our guests in tears. His attention to detail and personal touch made the ceremony truly special.
In addition to the amazing catering and officiating services, Rich, along with Vanessa, helped to secure our rentals and decor, which would have been an overwhelming experience without their knowledge and expertise. We were amazed by their dedication and willingness to go above and beyond their duties.
We hired Vanessa as a month-of coordinator and she helped us much more than we ever could have imagined. Not only did she keep us on track leading up to the big day, but she was essential in ensuring that everything was taken care of and ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. She truly made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable.
By the end of the day, we felt like Rich and Vanessa had become more than just vendors - they had become friends. We cannot recommend them enough for their exceptional services and passion for creating the perfect wedding day. Thank you, Rich and Vanessa, for making our day truly unforgettable.

ntinued to plan my wedding and get to know each other, they continued to show me and my husband why they are the best at what they do. Not only did they guide me in every direction when I needed help, but they fought for me and always had my back and best interest in mind when working with outside vendors. In regards to the food and drinks at our wedding...let's just say we received an outpouring number of compliments and I am sure we will be hearing them for years to come. Cocktail hour hor d'oeuvres, French butler service dinner and desserts, and our exit station were all a huge hit among all of our guests! Not only did guests say they never had such amazing food at a wedding, but they also couldn't believe that they were able to try everything and have seconds and thirds. Furthermore, the service provided by the Mill Creek Catering team is second to none. My guests were amazed by how attentive the waiters and waitresses were. I know my bridal party was thrilled that they never needed to get up for a drink and that the second they looked like they needed something, one of the Mill Creek members was there to assist them. On top of it all, Rich and Vanessa made me feel like family and truly treated the event like it was their own. Although this review is long, it doesn't do me justice for how thankful I am that I had the opportunity to work with people that purely enjoy their craft and are beyond exceptional at what they do!

more than that!), and the entire staff at Mill Creek Catering. They provided us with such a beautiful, classy event that was so well run, that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the party. All throughout the planning, anytime I asked if we could do something, they found a way to make it happen - every time. It's rare to find people who care this much; they really made it a special and memorable day for us. The staff - from the bartenders to the servers - were just as courteous and professional as Rich and Vanessa were with us. The food was AMAZING (we did a cocktail reception so there was a lot of variety) and the presentation was stunning. I had requested some kid-friendly items and some vegan options as well - so we gave them quite the challenge and they totally rose to the occasion - it was all great! They pay attention to every detail. Guests are still talking about the food and how enjoyable the whole event was. If we ever do another event, we’ll absolutely be using Mill Creek Catering again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We could not get enough compliments on the food and staff at our wedding. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was very appealing. The day of our wedding we had issues with our venue. Rich and his team went thru the venue to make sure everything was impeccable. Vanessa and rich are personable and you will want to be friends with them when it’s all done. I can’t imagine having half the wedding we had without them. You will be in good hands!

Throughout all the twists and turns a COVID wedding threw at us, they adapted and helped us plan our special day. We could not have had a better experience truly. They are seriously just great people. We trusted them and they went above and beyond to make sure our special day went off without a hitch.
Rich was so involved that he was passing out extra food to all of our family and friends. Nobody went hungry that day. The food was amazing, from the hors d'oeuvres, to dessert. People will not stop raving about it!
And Vanessa...I mean...she can really do it all. We met with her a dozen times to go over the changes we had to make throughout the up's and downs of COVID. From ceremony changes to switching venues, she took it all in stride and we never missed a beat all the way to the bid day. We didn't have to worry about a single thing when that day came. She took care of it all and let my wife and I have the best day ever with our loved ones.
This whole team is kind, caring, and effective. They are real people that want each couple to enjoy their special day to the fullest. I recommend these guys 1 Million %.

Watching Rich and Vanessa interact and step up to meet the challenges was inspiring. It may be all in a day's work for them, but their acuity was apparent and their genuine dedication sets them apart. Their commitment to the end result and eagerness to get it right is the mark of a true professional.
And the food deserves its own accolades. Not standard wedding fare on any level, and all outstanding. The menu, presentation, service and abundance was beyond anything we could have expected.

He helped us develop our wedding "vision" by getting to know us and making sure that our wedding menu (and everything else about the day) reflected our style, tastes, and eccentricities. When we decided to hire Rich, we thought we were just booking a caterer, but we ended up getting so much more! Rich will be in our lives forever, as we have come to consider him a dear friend. He really is the BEST!

caterer was the absolute best decision we could have made while planning our wedding. Not only did he stick with us throughout our prolonged engagement, he went above and beyond in every way possible.
After we decided to change venues, he wound up suggesting and making the introduction for what became our dream venue! Throughout the planning process he was incredibly involved. He came to the rental company show room with us, worked directly with them on inventory and worked extremely well with other vendors. He was an absolute perfectionist and thought of every last detail. He really went the extra mile for us - on the morning of, he was literally doing the landscaping at the venue!
He was incredibly creative when it came to menu and service planning. It literally felt like we were being served at a high-end restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was top notch! We cannot recommend Rich and his team enough.
