Where can I even begin? I met with so many photographers and videographers and was so discouraged. Everyone seemed to ignore that I wanted a casual feel to my pictures and a home video style to the videography. And then I came across Brandon's page and from the first five minutes of talking, he totally got the feel and vibe that we wanted for our wedding. There was never any pressure to change who we are or how we act. The communication leading up to the wedding was great. There were no questions left unanswered and helped to figure out the timeline for the whole day, which was amazing. The day of the wedding, he fit right in to the craziness that was happening. Honestly half the time I forgot we were having our pictures/video taken and that is exactly how I wanted it. Brandon helped to make sure everyone was at ease, saved my life from an incredibly large spider, and dealt with a rainy fall day without complaint. We couldn't be more thankful for the pictures and video that Brandon did for us. They have brought tears to our eyes and our loved ones eyes. You are a rockstar, truly. And I can't recommend future couples booking with Hudson River Wedding enough. Oh - and he even traveled to Connecticut for our day so A+++++++++++++++++++++, we all know how CT traffic can be..

Working with Hudson River Weddings was by far the best decision we could have made! Brandon is a pro and incredibly talented. We knew our wedding photos would be amazing once we saw our stunning engagement shoot photos, which we used for our invitations and save the dates. Not only that, but Brandon was super responsive and incredibly helpful in the months leading up to our wedding. My husband and I had never been to a wedding before, but Brandon had plenty of experience and helped us plan out the timing of events on our special day. On the day of our wedding, Brandon and his assistant were calm, confident and incredibly organized. Even our families were impressed with how seamlessly and quickly we got through all of the family portraits! Our wedding photos are simply perfection and our wedding trailer brought us to tears! You won't be disappointed working with Brandon, and the photos and video will be stunning beyond belief.

Amazing!!! Brandon exceeded any and all expectations. From the start he was professional, kind, and always responded in a timely manner! We were on the fence about booking a videographer but after a few conversations with Brandon, we knew we were making the right choice with him. On our wedding day he had a calm presence (which any stressed bride can appreciate) & he was organized in capturing the details along with the special moments. We got our trailer and were BLOWN AWAY! To say it was perfect would be an understatement. We are so grateful we have this video to look back on and bring us back to those cloud 9 feelings from the best day of our lives AND we still get day’s raw footage too! We hired Brandon almost 2 years before our wedding date for videography services and our whole experience with him was excellent!! On the day of our wedding he was easy-going, calm and friendly and he worked so seamlessly with our photographer to get various shots/footage. He was so kind and helpful and made getting footage of our wedding day so easy for us. He was a joy to work with that day! When we got our video trailer a few weeks after the wedding, we were moved to tears at how beautifully it was done! It is the perfect keepsake of the most special day of our lives. To see the day brought to life in that way for us to relive over and over is something we’ll cherish for years to come! The video is a perfect balance of being artistic but also capturing the true essence of our day. Then, when we got our raw footage in the mail, it was accompanied by the sweetest gift box of goodies for us and our dog! It put a smile on our faces and we spent that night watching all of the moments of our wedding day, some of which we hadn’t gotten to experience first-hand. Our video and raw footage is a gift to have and to look back on forever and we are so incredibly grateful that we entrusted this work to Brandon. Brandon was amazing! He was so helpful and very professional every step of the way. We were totally lost when dealing with wedding videography but he made it so easy for us. He did all of the work. On our wedding day, he and his second shooter couldn't have been nicer. Our trailer was phenomenal and getting his post wedding "goodie bag" was such a nice touch. Hiring Brandon from Hudson River Weddings to capture our wedding day video was absolutely the right choice for us! He was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire planning process, always offering up advice on how to make the day run smoothly. When we received a teaser of the trailer, we knew the full trailer would have us in tears - and it did! Brandon also sent us a "movie night box" filled with our favorite candy (and a treat for our cats!) along with the raw footage on a drive. So incredibly thoughtful! We were able to relive basically the entire night from our living room, and it was so special to us! Brandon is such a pro, and we are so happy we got the chance to work with him!

One thing my husband and I knew was how important a wedding video was going to be to us. It was a non-negotiable when looking for our vendors. We were connected to Brandon through The Knot because he was located close to our venue, but it wound up being the best recommendation we could have dreamed of. Brandon created the most gorgeous wedding trailer for us, and captured so much great footage throughout the entire day without being overbearing. We cannot sing Brandon’s praises enough!! We recommended him to so many people that, at this point, we feel like proud parents. He’s such a nice and genuine person - truly lovely to work with - and he’s an absolutely AMAZING videographer!!! My husband happened to stumble across him on The Knot, and we’re so happy we hired him because what an amazing find!! He is reasonably priced (although he honestly should be charging more for the quality of service and product you receive), and he’s a true artist!! Between the framing of the shots, the sequencing, the music mixing, the color correcting - all of it is absolutely stunning stunning stunning!!! He’s a professional in the way that he carries himself and in his work. He’s efficient, he’s responsive, and he works well with other vendors. Cannot recommend him enough!!! Brandon was absolutely unbelievable! Beyond the stellar footage he provided, he was also incredibly helpful - fixing buttons on my dress the day of the wedding, going through multiple rounds of updates perfecting our trailer so that everyone was happy with their portion. We could not be happier with our choice of videographer!

We worked with Brandon on our wedding in March 2023 and absolutely loved our experience. He is a consummate professional, was incredibly friendly and kind, and took the time to get to know us and our style. He worked great with our photographers and other vendors, too. He made the entire videography process seamless for us, and we love the finished results!

Brandon was an absolute dream to work with. From the start, he was communicative and answered questions in a really timely fashion. He was professional, transparent and confident in his craft. We loved being able to have a kind-hearted person who we knew wanted to help us have the best wedding day. Brandon worked with us from the time we were getting ready at the hotel, to the ceremony, and throughout the reception. It was truly wonderful not having to worry about whether he was capturing a special moment...because he was already on top of it! We were provided with a 4 minute trailer that highlighted the day perfectly. We also received hours of raw footage that we will cherish forever. He was so thoughtful and sent us the footage pretty quickly after our wedding day with our favorite snacks and even a treat for our fur baby! So thoughtful! As far as price goes, he was very fair and had multiple packages to offer us. We had the option to add in drone footage, which was amazing as well! Again, it really helped to have a vendor be so upfront and transparent with cost. We were able to meet via Zoom to connect and ask questions before choosing him to help us remember our special day. Brandon at Hudson River Weddings is extremely talented and I feel so lucky to have had to opportunity to stumble across his page. We hired him to be our videographer for our Nov 2022 wedding. He was professional, on time, and captured some amazing footage, including drone footage of our event! High-quality professional videos edited together with a quick turnaround time for much less than I expected it to cost. He enjoys the details which make all the difference to us! I can not thank you enough for capturing the memories we hope will last a lifetime..but if they don't we have it on video!

Coming from someone who wasn’t 100% sure if I wanted a videographer — DO IT!! And do it with Brandon from Hudson River Weddings! From the moment Brandon and I were in contact, I knew that he was the real deal. He was quick to respond, provided me all the information necessary and offered to speak with me on the phone. Once we had that phone call, he was very attentive, inquisitive, and professional, seeking to fulfill my hopes and requests! That seemed to seal the deal but upon looking more at his work, I knew he was exactly what we were looking for! Brandon was the first vendor to reach out to me prior to my wedding day to ensure he had all the logistical details correct and run through any other small things, which I appreciated his organization and with-it-ness. I was recommended to Brandon by a close friend after her wedding. That was probably the best recommendation I could’ve got for any wedding vendor. Brandon was amazing from the beginning he made everything so easy from the first phone call. He answered all my questions and just helped piece together how the day would look, which helped calm me down! We got a sneak peek and it blew us away and then he sent us our wedding trailer and it was unbelievable. Just in those three minutes we could tell he captured our wedding day exactly how we wanted. All the little things that we missed he got, all the details we had he got and it made us so happy to see everything come together. The footage is just unbelievable. Brandon has such an amazing eye that you know your video is just going to blow everything else away. I am so happy we had him as our videographer. I could not recommend him more. Besides his unremarkable talent he is one of the nicest people I’ve dealt with in the entire wedding process. My husband and I are just so lucky that he was able to be there on our wedding day and we’re forever thankful!

Wow! We could not be more thrilled with our wedding video! Not only did Brandon create an incredible video which captured every special moment we requested, he also provided us with all the entire set of raw footage as a keep sake. We have already watched our wedding video countless times and have been have to share it with family members who weren’t able to attend. Brandon was amazing throughout the entire event! We wish we could leave Brandon a thousand stars. Choosing him as our videographer for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the first phone call we knew he would be a perfect fit for us. We were on the fence about having a videographer and worried that it would be distracting or that we would have to perform for the camera all night. Brandon eased our worries and assured us that he would blend into the crowd. On wedding day he did exactly that. We barely noticed that he was there, and most of the wedding guests had no idea that we had a videographer there… that is until they saw our beyond stunning teaser and trailer. He did such an amazing job capturing the energy of the day from getting ready shots, to the ceremony and the reception. He captured the magic and the romance of the day in a way that we had no idea was possible! When he sent us our usb in the mail we were blown away. Brandon put together the sweetest “movie package” with our favorite snacks for a movie night for while we watched our film. I mentioned in my vows that my husband to be has an extensive blu ray collection. Brandon was so thoughtful and made us a special dvd case that the usb came in- the most important movie to add to our collection. It was the sweetest way to receive our film and left us speechless. And then we watched the footage and that left us even more speechless. He seamlessly put together the footage into the most gorgeous trailer/video that we could have ever asked for. We couldn’t be more grateful for Brandon’s talent, and genuine kindness. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We would recommend him without any reservations, he will not disappoint!!

Brandon was the perfect pick. He is genuine and kind and makes sure to know what you want captured on your big day. Our wedding trailer is amazing and brought out tears of happiness. You can tell he takes his time to capture the most genuine moments of your big day. The 4 minute trailer included the best shots of my husband and I, the ceremony, toasts and reception. It is not only the trailer he provided but the whole day and night! Brandon sent the usb with organized folders to let you rewatch certain parts of your big day. It is not just a usb you get, he goes above and beyond by sending a video gift box that has popcorn, candy and event treats for your pets. You better book him before someone else does!

Brandon was a dream wedding photographer! He was incredible to work with prior to the wedding and the day of the wedding. Our photos were absolutely beautiful - he captured our day better than we could have ever dreamed of. We were initially unsure as to whether or not we would hire a photographer for our low-key, backyard wedding, but I am so glad that we were put in touch with Brandon. In conversation prior to our wedding, he was extremely punctual in his responses and very professional in providing information on his services. During our wedding, he showed up early and eager to take our photos even though it was a hot August day. We received the photographs, and they are beautiful! We are so happy that we hired Brandon and would without a doubt recommend him to anyone who is looking for a tasteful, responsible, and affordable wedding photographer.

Brandon is just amazing, I cannot say enough good things about his work! I had a wild proposal idea at the top of Sky Top Tower, and it would not have been possible without Brandon's help. If you aren't familiar with the area, there's only one way to the top...a 3 mile hike (and another 3 back down!). I wanted to capture photo and video, so that also means he did the hike with TWO cameras along with his other equipment. Brandon got to the mountain before us, and waited at the top for over an hour in the rain (while I got us lost on the trail) to capture our special moment. We then took some amazing engagement pictures in the nearby area. Brandon is so familiar with the area, and helped me plan every step of the way. He knew when the best time to arrive would be to beat traffic and crowds, mapped out a route for the hike, where to take photos after, and any other logistics that were needed. We received the edited photos back the following day, and were floored by how great they came out. I cannot recommend Brandon enough to anyone who is looking to capture that special moment. We will definitely be in touch when it's time for the wedding!

We used Brandon for our engagement shoot and we couldn’t be happier with how our pictures came out. He really took the time to direct me and my fiancé so our shots came out fantastic. Not only are the photos beautiful, but he edited and emailed them to us within 24 hours. Extremely professional!
