The team at HighPoint were exceptional! We held a lovely birthday dinner for my husband there and could not have been more pleased about everything. The site is gorgeous. The layout of the venue is so flexible. And all the other assistance with caterer, DJ and decor was above and beyond.

On top of being a beautiful venue, the team here was so so flexible and accommodating to all of our requests. The space is flexible to whatever your aesthetic is and the views are incredible. I cannot share enough how wonderful it is to work with this team and host your event at HighPoint at 1333!

HighPoint at 1333 New Hampshire is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue located in Washington, DC. Couples celebrating here will relish in unforgettable panoramic views of the surrounding city and iconic landmarks from their rooftop event space. FACILITIES + CAPACITY HighPoint at 1333 New Hampshire offers a variety of gathering spaces ideal for private and exclusive events including wedding ceremonies and receptions. With over 6,000 square feet of indoor space lined with floor-to-ceiling windows, and over 2,200 square feet of outdoor space, the city skyline will serve as your backdrop from ceremony to the last dance. Gather your guests on the East deck to witness your ceremony, with seating flowing seamlessly between indoor and outdoor areas. Then, the covered outdoor terrace on the West deck and open air side deck can accommodate a cocktail reception before heading in to the reception hall for a seated dinner where you and your guests will dine will soaking in stunning sunset views during your reception. Following the dinner reception, dance the night away back on the East deck! With the venue's complimentary neutral color scheme and customizable floor plan, you and your beloved can realize your wedding vision. The venue can accommodate a seated dinner for up to 200 guests (130 for indoors only) or a standing reception for 250. The array of furniture in house is available at no additional cost however reception tables, ceremony chairs, etc. will need to be coordinated through your planner, and rented from a rental company. SERVICES OFFERED The team at HighPoint at 1333 New Hampshire is looking forward to welcoming you on your long-awaited wedding day. For your convenience, in-house planning support packages are available and a curated list of trusted vendors is provided, allowing you to build your wedding day dream team. The space has the added benefit of permitting any vendor you chose so long as they meet our standard vendor requirements. Throughout the duration of your event, the property's lobby security will be on hand to ensure the safety of everyone in attendance as well as a venue’s planning staff member to support your vendors throughout the day. nd how much they enjoyed the beautiful views of the city. The sunset was incredible! Our caterers had plenty of space on the rooftop, and we were able to keep two bars open at all times for our guests (160). The venue liaison helped to ensure that we had everything that we needed throughout the event. I would highly recommend booking the High Point for your wedding!

king the city- this space has just that. The views are incredible, the interior design is lovely and the layout is perfect for a ceremony & reception in one convenient place. The venue liaisons helped make the process smooth overall. I was able to hire my own preferred vendors (wedding coordinator, catering, bar etc.) but when I did need help finding some vendors they had good recommendations for me. It rained on my wedding day but it hardly mattered because we had a lot of indoor space. The large floor to ceiling windows give this space quite the view no matter the weather. I highly recommend HighPoint to anyone looking for a venue that really provides a beautiful DC experience.

Words cannot express how amazing this event space is! We used this space for our wedding this summer and our family and friends can’t stop talking about it. They joke that we need ...
to have an annual party here. We had about 130 guests for reference. The venue was private, a rooftop, and its spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all in close proximity. It also helped that there was a garage underneath the building for our guests that don’t know the DC area well. What more could you ask for? The house event planning team, CB Event + Design were top notch as well, and we would highly recommend using them.

nowledgeable and flexible and care deeply about ensuring your event is a huge success. Everyone knows how stressful wedding planning can be -- but they did their absolute best to support us throughout the process and the event itself. The venue is gorgeous, new, and has stunning views of the DC cityscape. I would highly recommend HP to anyone who wants to host a spectacular event! 11/10 would do it again.

Absolutely amazing venue with a great team. You cannot beat the view - especially during sunset. I wish I could hold another reception just so I could use this space again!
