We cannot recommend Hillary enough! From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even with the challenging weather on our w...
edding day, she showed up with such a positive attitude and did everything she could to make our day as special as possible.
Our family and friends have continued to comment on how wonderful she was and how she truly went above and beyond given the circumstances. Her kindness, flexibility, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful to have had her as part of our vendor team.
Planning a wedding comes with so many moving parts, and having someone like her in your corner makes such a difference. We genuinely feel we chose the best team, and we cannot imagine our day without her. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares and will do everything she can to support you on your big day, look no further. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our wedding!
We were a bit nervous to hire an officiant, because it's such a big job. The officiant sets the tone for the whole wedding. And we wanted an officiant who we'd feel would genuinely...
like us, despite us being quiet and not especially social. The officiant would need to be a leader in the process. Anyway, Hillary killed it! She totally exceeded expectations. Her process is efficient, and she took the details we shared and ran with it, creating a ceremony that our guests (and us) absolutely loved. All jokes made were tasteful, the level of detail brought our guests further into our love story, and the length was exactly as we'd hoped. She also was accommodating when we made requests, such as to help guide us if our volume was too loud or too soft in the moment. Creating a ceremony is a two-way street, so I'd recommend coming into the process generous with detail, which is what we did. Hillary guides you well, and will take it from there! Thanks so much, Hillary!
Hillary was amazing in everyway!! By just one meeting with us and our quetionnaires she was able to assemble a perfect ceremony specific to us. She has a talent for writing a story...
and with her experience she is able to provide different options of vows, prayers, readings, etc. On the day of it was great she knew when to be forward during the ceremony or to step back so all eyes were on just us. I recommend her to anyone that is getting married. You won't be disappointed!!

everything feel easy and stress-free from start to finish.
Surprisingly, the ceremony ended up being one of our favorite parts of the entire wedding day. It felt so genuine and meaningful. We had multiple guests ask if she was a close friend because she spoke about us with such warmth and authenticity. That says everything about the time and care she put into getting to know us.
We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a heartfelt, personalized ceremony!

ding! We chose to share our vows privately before the ceremony and she customized a lovely script that allowed our guests to learn about our story on top of the classic vows.
Hilary was absolutely amazing! From the very start, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease, it was clear right away that she was the perfect person to officiate our ceremony. ...
She had my husband and I fill out separate questionnaires so she could learn about how we see each other, and then used that to tailor our ceremony to our story specifically.
The result was a ceremony that was deeply personal, beautiful, and so full of meaning. So many of our guests told us they had never seen a ceremony that was more touching or sentimental, and of course, I’m biased, but I completely agree.
Hilary was sweet, funny, and so easy to work with throughout the whole process. She struck the perfect balance of heartfelt and lighthearted, and truly captured the essence of our relationship. Thanks to her, our ceremony was everything we hoped it would be and more. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

We really enjoyed working with Hillary for our wedding! She helped keep us organized with applying for our license, proofread our vows and wrote the most incredible ceremony for us...
. Throughout the night we had people constantly approaching us asking what table she was sitting at/which one of us she knew first because they were so certain that she had to have been a friend of ours -- truly a testament to her skills!!
RJ officiated our wedding and we were incredibly impressed. He was very organized in the planning process, reminded us to get our license and filed it very quickly afterwards, and ...
was so professional and on top of things on the day of. Most importantly though, he put together a beautiful ceremony for us. He asked us questions ahead of time and assembled our thoughts in a way that made it feel personal in spite of us not reciting our own vows, and he incorporated all the components we wanted included perfectly. We could not have asked for a better experience with an officiant.

ficiant. Since our first meeting, Hillary was extremely pleasant, professional, and easy to work with! In order to get to know us, we filled out her easy questionnaire and from that, she was able to craft a beautiful ceremony speech. She was very flexible when I asked for a few things to be edited and ultimately made our ceremony speech perfect. Even though we were not having a religious ceremony, I still wanted to incorporate a few Catholic traditions (Cord and Veil ceremony) which Hillary was more than willing to preform for us. Lastly, Hillary was very budget friendly and made the paperwork filing process of the marriage certificate an absolute easy breeze! Overall, I highly recommend using PNW Wedding Officiants Hillary or RJ for your wedding!

ng for our marriage license and was always quick to reply if we had questions. The questionnaire she asked us to fill out for the ceremony script was fun and it made the ceremony feel so tailored to us. Her script was perfect on the first draft, no need for edits. On the day, she was on time, prepared, and had a great calming energy that I appreciated so much when I was nervous before the ceremony! She worked with our other vendors easily and handled all the paperwork after our wedding. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an officiant, she was perfect!

el like he grasped a sense of who we were, and he used our written material expertly to craft a touching and heartfelt ode to our love story. So many guests came up to us afterwards and asked us how long we knew RJ - everyone thought that we had been friends for a long time! It felt natural and powerful in the most meaningful way. He is an excellent public speaker, we would totally recommend for any type of ceremony.

d HIGHLY recommend also hiring her to help with writing vows. She helps structure how to write vows and makes sure both parties have similar length of vows.
Even if you are having a friend officiating for you, I would definitely hire her to help with writing the ceremony and vows.

ry! It was amazing how well she captured our story and how personal the ceremony felt. We loved how she gathered what we wanted for the ceremony - we were able to take our time, her questions helped us think through parts of the ceremony we might not have remembered to include, and she provided suggestions/recommendations as needed. The entire process was so easy - from first consultation through getting our official wedding certificates, Hillary guided us through the process with clear communication and instructions which was a relief to not have to worry about amidst all the other wedding logistics. Definitely would recommend Hillary!

is extremely professional, friendly, and takes good care of each couple. She makes my life as a wedding photographer so much easier! Allowing natural pauses for great photo moments during the ceremony, strong communication so you know exactly what is coming next, and sneakily stepping out of frame for your first kiss as a married couple. Officiants really set the tone for your ceremony, so definitely consider hiring Hillary for your wedding, if you want a ceremony that is memorable, and tailored just to you!
We chose the "Standard Ceremony" package with RJ officiating our wedding. He crafted a personalized script that was not only funny but also made the entire process stress-free.
RJ is an amazing officiant and person to work with. Not only was he super patient throughout the whole process with us as we had many questions but he was also very flexible with c...
hanges and accommodations. He also last minute offered to help coordinate our rehearsal and it was so helpful as we initially were going to run it ourselves. He was great on the wedding day and was mindful of moving out of the way for the big “kiss” on the wedding day which we very much appreciated. He also was very organized throughout all of this and guided us in all of where we needed to sign the marriage certificate on the big day and what we need to do after he submits it to the county. We are so happy with our choice of having him be our officiant as it is a very special moment in our lives and we couldn’t imagine having someone else marry us. We definitely recommend having RJ be your officiant if you are looking for a neutral officiant for your big day who gets the job done efficiently! I will definitely be recommending RJ for future couples who are getting married and are in need of an officiant.

I found PNW Officiants on Facebook. Hillary and RJ are a team and they stood out because they donate a portion of their profits from officiating to a charity of your choosing which...
seemed very touching to me. They were in budget, flexible, and great with communication leading up to our ceremony. I knew I had wanted something simple, and RJ managed to keep our ceremony simple but made it so much more beautiful than what I ever imagined it’d be. There was a moment it hit me that I was in the middle of getting married and I got choked up. RJ saw it and gave me a really gentle affirmation mid vow and it was enough to get us through the rest of the ceremony. After the ceremony RJ went directly to the courthouse to file our certificate and sent us an email to confirm that it had been processed. If I had to go back, I wouldn’t change anything. We feel lucky that we landed in such good hands.

ationship. His commitment was evident even before the wedding day, as he attended our rehearsal, ensuring everyone involved was comfortable with their roles and the flow of the ceremony. During the event, RJ conducted the proceedings with genuine warmth, care, and utmost professionalism.
His attention to detail was impressive - he ensured we obtained witness signatures on both the official license and our decorative certificate. RJ promptly filed our license and even provided valuable resources to help with the name change process.
We highly recommend RJ for couples seeking a dedicated officiant who will create a meaningful, tailored ceremony while also handling all the important legal aspects with efficiency.

y beginning, and we loved being able to see the script before the wedding. He even sent a wonderful questionnaire beforehand that helped us put our vows together because of the questions that were asked. Everything was so detailed and beautifully put together, it really highlighted the beauty of our love story. And he mailed our wedding license right after the ceremony and even sent us a tracking number so we could see when it arrived at the court! Again, we cannot recommend RJ enough.

bout our wedding and the commitment of marriage were so thoughtful and perfect!
Even though we didn’t contact Hillary far enough in advance to have a fully-personalized ceremony, my husband and I really appreciated that she gave us the opportunity to share our own words of welcome, recite our own vows, and exchange rings. These touches helped our ceremony feel very personal and special, and her presence at our wedding made it all the more memorable.
We also love that Hillary donates a portion of the officiant fee to a charitable organization of one's choice. Thank you for everything, Hillary. We're so happy we found you!
