Hiring Jennifer was a mistake, and I do not recommend her. Jennifer did nothing to alleviate any of the stress that comes along with planning a wedding.
She failed to prioritize ...
critical tasks such as securing hotel accommodations, flowers, and transportation, and when confronted with screenshots and receipts after the wedding, she refused to accept any responsibility.
Jennifer with A True Love Story went above and beyond for our wedding day. I could not recommend her and her team more for full wedding planning. The first time I spoke to Jennifer...
she told me to think about it and let her know, I immediately told her to send me a contract because I knew she was the person I needed. She never stressed, or at least did not let me know it! Jennifer was always there for any little question I had. She was wonderful at figuring out my personality and letting me handle the things I wanted and taking over when she could tell I was stressed. All of the vendors on our wedding day complemented her work ethic and the ease of how everything flowed that day. She even had all of the trash cleaned up before we left! If I had to plan this day again, I would have hired her the day we got engaged! Don't think about it, sign her contract and get ready of the wedding day stress!
Let me start by saying that working with Jennifer has been an absolute pleasure! As a videographer who has collaborated with her, I can confidently say that she is not only an exce...
ptional wedding planner but also a wonderful person to be around.
Jennifer's attention to detail is truly remarkable, and it is evident in every aspect of her work. She has a gift for spotting the little things that make all the difference when it comes to planning a wedding. As a videographer, I have always appreciated meticulous planning skills, which have made our job so much easier.
But what truly sets Jennifer apart is her warm and welcoming personality. From the very first interaction, she has made everyone feel at ease with her friendly and approachable demeanor. She is always happy to listen to concerns, answer questions, and work collaboratively with vendors to create the perfect wedding day for her clients.
Jennifer is an absolute lifesaver- she's been so supportive in helping me keep all my ducks in a row for my upcoming wedding- couldn't recommend her enough!
