he morning of our engagement party. It’s now been 10 days with no refund. I have been absolutely ghosted and needed friends to call off their phones to get a response. My fiancé has been told 3 times they are “working on the refund” yet they have not answered me once. This is the headache not needed on top of the stress from wedding planning. We have got our lawyers involved and will not let them get away with this.

or our transportation on my wedding night. They have been an absolute nightmare from our first payment. Day after my wedding and they gave me an excuse that our reservation was never put in the system and that the person who coordinated it was fired, but then that person emailed us back the same night saying they would process our refund. It is now 3 days later and no further response or refund.

ad plenty of room for everyone. We also had a Rolls-Royce for the wedding, which looked beautiful and made the day feel even more special. The drivers were on time, polite, and very well dressed. They helped us get in and out of the vehicles and made sure everything went smoothly. We never had to worry about delays or last-minute problems. The whole service was well organized, and the staff were easy to communicate with. It made our wedding transportation one less thing to worry about. I would happily recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event."

I want to be clear: they did not ask me to write this review, and they did not offer me a discount. This is just my honest opinion, and I am very happy with them. If you're not sure, just try them. I would never give this company my money and I do not recommend them to anybody and I have a whole wedding full of 150+ people willing to say that you should never hire them if anything that seems like a scam because they booked and took our money and then did not show up and now I cannot get a hold of anybody so if you do not want to lose your money to a scam company, then I would say to look everywhere else, but this company 

l lie to your face and tell you he will issue you a refund 5 days after the event and then never respond again. Nick according to Walter is the reason for this issue because he was to afraid to tell anyone their was an issue with the vehicle. Still have not been refunded 10 days later. 

some shady contract. You are then contracted with E&E bus rental. The most horrible company to even be associated with. The E&E will scam you and say you made such damages to their bus. Keep in mind you signed a contract with Falcon & Tour for $500 damages. E&E said we caused damages to some overhead lighting. However, no one was standing in the back. I later found a picture that I took before the party and it clearly showed that there was already damages to the lighting beforehand. Then they tried to say I damaged the tv. An insignia tv that cost them $1000. The insignia tv a big 58 inch is $250 from Bestbuy. Their tv was way smaller and it was never turned on the entire trip. So beware before you book with Falcon you will be dealing with E&E Party bus rental. They will threatened to leave your party if you do not Venmo them $1000 plus tip. Then they tried to call Falcon to get an additional $500 money. Falcon returned my money of $500 after I showed how E&E party bus tried to scam me. So please always inspect and take pictures before you enter any bus or car service. From the ceiling to the seats to the tv. You will need to show proof!

iver was waiting for us when they called me after we landed in New York. I texted him as soon as I had my bags, and our van was waiting for us right outside the door. Our driver arrived at 5:50 PM to help us with our luggage, even though our pickup time was 6 PM. Once again, I want to thank you for your quick service, which made our vacation less stressful.

Our driver was awesome too, making sure we had a safe and fun ride. If you want to make a grand entrance at prom, these guys are the way to go!
