Dimond music is such a great DJ service! He was very professional and made sure our nights went as smooth as possible! Brian also came out and performed said service during the lowa snow storm with blizzard conditions (which we real v appreciated because other vendors were canceling) if you are looking for a high quality DJ service for your event this is your guy! He's the best and will make your night absolutely perfect from start to finish!

My husband and I chose Diamond Music Entertainment based on recommendations from three different couples for our outdoor October wedding. We booked the services and paid the deposit in January. Bryan, our DJ, conducted two separate meetings with us to ensure meticulous planning and accuracy for our special day. During the initial meeting, we discussed the foundational aspects of our wedding day, while the second meeting allowed us to meticulously fine-tooth comb through the details. We explicitly emphasized the importance of having a speaker and microphone for our outdoor ceremony, ensuring our guests could hear every moment. Details such as name pronunciations and event specifics were thoroughly covered. On the wedding day, Bryan arrived promptly to set up an hour before the ceremony. Unfortunately, the first issue arose when our officiant, during an interaction with Bryan, was informed that the DJ did not bring the necessary equipment to handle windy conditions during the outdoor ceremony. Consequently, there was no microphone, and the music was not audible enough as the bridal party and I walked down the aisle and during the unity ceremony. Subsequently, during the reception, there were additional challenges. The DJ met us outside to ensure names were correct, we updated the list and everything was set up to begin. Two names from our bridal party were skipped during the introductions, impacting the overall experience for our wedding party. Furthermore, during our first dance, the DJ, utilizing his equipment, unexpectedly interrupted our song, leaving the experience very awkward. The timeline for the reception was not adhered to appropriately, preventing us from partaking in planned activities such as the bouquet toss, garter toss, and the dollar dance. Later in the evening, an unfortunate altercation occurred between the DJ and a guest, adding to our overall dissatisfaction with the service provided by Diamond Music Entertainment. Unfortunately, we gifted him with a tip before the day had begun, and I truly wish I hadn't. Our experience with Diamond Music Entertainment fell short of our expectations, and we were disappointed by the lack of professionalism encountered during our wedding celebration.

Bryan was wonderful! He was accommodating, handled our crazy family and their crazier guests like a pro. He had the perfect energy we were hoping for and we had a wonderful ceremony and reception thanks to him. We highly recommend!
