made our actual wedding day so enjoyable and such a breeze! On top of that, the actual venue itself looked stunning and was the perfect setting for all of our guests. We could not have asked for a better venue or staff!

team once I noted that I did not want to add on their day-of-coordinator. Near each email to set up or review something did not have attachments, dates/times to choose from, didn't match our contract, etc. They missed our final prep call the week before the event, which was incredibly stressful and off putting. I also heard from multiple vendors they were quite difficult to work with as it pertained to insurance, but managed to sort everything out. I wasn't informed until the day before our wedding (on the way to the rehearsal) that the bathrooms were not completed and once we arrived realized there was no air conditioning in the venue, greenhouse, or getting ready shed. The only reason I received this information was because I emailed and texted to confirm a rehearsal hour, prompting one of the employees to call and inform me only about the bathrooms. My MOH, makeup artist and myself were absolutely drenched with sweat, because what exactly do you do when you show up to get ready on the day of your wedding in a shed with a single fan? You shrug your shoulders and barrel on. This is an absolutely stunning location and I am grateful to have had our wedding there, but I would be wary to recommend to others without knowing there was a change in the current level of service.
