t absolutely everything - all while removing so much stress from us and bringing so much positivity, energy, professionalism, and calm leadership to help execute our big day. Would absolutely recommend Sara Tam!
Sara was absolutely incredible to work with! We hired her for month-of coordination, and from the moment she stepped in, she took over all vendor communications and made sure every...
one was aligned for the day of schedule. Throughout the month, she was super responsive via text and email, helping us navigate every detail and keeping us on track. On the day of the wedding, she was truly exceptional! She was always calm, positive, and composed no matter what came up. Any hiccup with the venue or vendors was handled seamlessly before I even knew there was an issue. Her presence gave me complete peace of mind, and I can’t imagine the day without her!
I had my wedding in July at Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle. It was a perfect day and so much of that was thanks to Sara. I hired her for month-of coordination and she played a b...
ig part in making the day a success. I'm not a type A person by nature, stringing the details of the wedding was very hard for me. Once I had my vendors hired, she did a great job getting them all to communicate and work together to pull off the wedding. It helped that she has also done many weddings for OSP.
Being an event planner is a difficult role - you have to execute on the details as well as do a lot of interpersonal management. She is very professional, kind, and reassured me the whole way through that I was on schedule even when it felt like I wasn't! I would highly recommend her for any event.

w she'd be able to handle my wedding easily. Sara delivered! She is endlessly prepared, thinking of everything you could possibly need or be on the lookout for. She is great at communicating, as well. She heard all my worries and dreams and made them all a priority. She also never left me in the dark about anything--it was great. The day of was just as great. She oversaw the whole day, managed the hiccups, and remembered the details (even making sure me and my hubby got fed). I cannot recommend her and her thoroughness enough! Also, she has awesome vibes. She's definitely someone you can rely on and have fun with.

cited, energetic, and incredibly helpful. She made sure we were taken care of for our rehearsal, and especially our wedding day. She was the first one there and the last to leave. I would definitely recommend her for your wedding!
We hired Sara last minute to help support our belated wedding reception after having delayed our big gathering over one year due to Covid. Sara was a true dream, picking back up wh...
ere we left off with every vendor and helping us to reimagine our event as we shifted gears away from a more traditional wedding and into cocktail-party mode. Our guests were delighted and we were blown away with every detail. Sara was a calming presence, super organized, flexible, and just wonderful to trade ideas and cook up creative concepts in real-time. Would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a responsive, creative, and hard-working wedding planner for your event.
