Trust the process!!! Where do I even start? Hannah's expertise and coolness alleviated all of our wedding day stress. We hired Hannah a year prior to our preferred wedding date for Full Wedding Planning services. She exceeded our expectations! We didn't know where to start or finish or what do in between. She helped structure everything! She handled all vendor hiring, contracts, budgeting, ordering and facilitating decor and just made the process seem effortless. My partner and I have been together for over 2 decades and Hannah helped us celebrate our love with a bang! It was the most memorable and fun day for us. Our family was still talking about our wedding over Thanksgiving! Just hire her. She makes it easy.

We got married on October 12, 2024 and it was absolutely the best day of mine & my husband’s lives. I don’t think I’d be able to say the same if we didn’t have Hannah by our side. Hannah came to the rescue when she heard that our previous planner fell through. She attended a walkthrough with my venue, built my timeline, coordinated with my vendors, and provided me with a specific to-do list to ensure our wedding day goes as smooth as possible. All of those things she did within 30 days of the wedding. Hannah would occasionally check in with me via text message to make sure I didn’t have any pending concerns or stresses in the days leading up to the wedding. If you are newly engaged and beginning the wedding planning process, I highly recommend hiring a planner as your first step. I personally did extensive research on wedding planners in the Colorado area, so I can tell you firsthand that Hannah is definitely one of the best. I regret not hiring Hannah as our full-time wedding planner from the very beginning. Not only will she be there for you and take care of the coordinating, but she will help you find a venue, find vendors, organize your bridal shower and/or bachelor/bachelorette parties, and she has her own inventory of decorations that you can either pay an additional fee to access, or they may be included in your planning package pricing depending which one you get. I only had Hannah for the wedding weekend and I feel like she did so much for us. Thank you for everything, Hannah :) we will be forever grateful for you and everything you’ve done for us.

Hannah from New West was invaluable to us during both wedding planning and execution of our big day. We booked Hannah as a day-of coordinator but she did so much more in the months leading up to our wedding! Both over our check-in calls and in reminder emails Hannah helped us stay on track with planning milestones to ensure we were prepared for the big day. When it came to day-of coordination Hannah kept us on schedule in a calming manner and was always right there to grab whatever we needed or to deliver items to their appropriate location. I would recommend Hannah 100 times over!

Hannah and her crew were INCREDIBLE. I could go on and on about how amazing Hannah is. We hired her for a 3 month period leading up to our wedding. However, we booked her about 6 months in advance and she was very helpful with any random questions I had even prior to the start of her 'contract'. She is so sweet but also very very focused, diligent, organized and takes her job very seriously while still being an extremely warm and comforting presence through all the stressful times. She kept me calm cool and collected, helped quide me through the planning process, and just gave me so much peace of mind. I am telling you, our wedding would have not been nearly as perfect or beautiful without her help. Our day pretty much went off without a single flaw and I owe pretty much all of that to Hannah. Also, DIY is NOT my thing but I also didn't want to spend too much on decorations. Well listen here, Hannah has a whole storage locker of beautiful decorations that she lets you chose from to decorate your wedding spaces! I can't tell you how grateful I was for that extra icing on the cake that she provides for her brides & grooms. Hannah knows what she is doing and is very experienced. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further. She goes above and beyond for her clients and will make your day beautiful and wonderful. Once your day comes, you won't have to worry about a single thing. She's got you.

Hannah from New West Weddings was an absolute lifesaver as our day-of coordinator. She went above and beyond by meeting with us multiple times months in advance, confirming details with all our vendors, and sharing tracking sheets to organize our timeline, bridal party, and décor. She ran our rehearsal efficiently and helped everyone involved feel comfortable with their roles. On the day of the wedding, she ensured that every aspect of our timeline was followed perfectly, from setting up for the day all the way to the grand exit. She was a calming presence, making sure I wasn’t stressed and brought us food and drinks throughout the night. She managed everything behind the scenes, and if there were any issues, we never even knew about them unless absolutely necessary.

Hiring Hannah as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made during our wedding planning! My (now) husband and I are both big planners, but we found ourselves overwhelmed with all the details, stress, and loose ends that come with planning a wedding, especially the closer we got towards our date. We knew we needed someone who could take the reins on the big day, and we couldn't have been more fortunate to have Hannah by our side.
Our wedding had a lot of moving pieces, including two different cultural traditions—Korean and Jewish—a surprise flash mob, a shot ski, the hora, coordinating four different vendors, and more. Hannah handled everything with such professionalism and grace. She also took care of setting up and breaking down the decorations, and they turned out more beautiful than I had ever imagined. Our shuttle company was a loose cannon, which we were aware of beforehand, and she reined them in and was on top of it the whole way, even making four calls in the week of just to ensure everything operated smoothly.
Hannah made sure every detail was executed perfectly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries. She was truly our savior, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. If you're looking for someone who can expertly manage the most complex and detailed weddings, I wholeheartedly recommend Hannah and New West Weddings. She is a true professional and a joy to work with!

Hannah goes above and beyond. Initially we went with her based on reviews and because she had done weddings that were the style we were looking for. We were not disappointed. This girl WORKS. I would look over on my wedding day and see her busy as a bee filling in for all the things that were needed at the time: scraping dishes, bussing, managing the timeline, coordinating with vendors. She is worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY. I know what it's like to be overwhelmed with the money aspect of things, but I have to say, having the right vendors makes the biggest difference and is worth it (and New West is priced super fairly). Hannah was stellar. There aren't enough words to express my appreciation for her through the whole process.

We are so glad we hired Hannah and New West Weddings to coordinate our wedding - they were a huge part of the success of our wedding day, which was truly perfect. We had a complicated dream for our wedding - our ceremony was in the mountains (not at a venue, literally off a hiking trail), with a backyard reception later in the day, so there were tons of logistics, and we had piled plenty of little details on top of an already complicated timeline. We wanted to be able to have a wedding full of what felt authentic to us, but also be able to sit back and enjoy the celebration on the day of without having to worry about executing all of the little details. Hannah was the perfect person to make that a reality. She did so much more than "day of coordination" - she worked with us for months leading up to the wedding, answering our questions, scheduling check ins, even meeting us in Buena Vista to do a walk through of the location beforehand. She celebrated all of the little details that made the wedding feel true to us, organized details with the vendors that never would have occurred to us, and even worked her magic to get a coffee stain out of my dress before the reception. By the end, she felt like more of a friend than a vendor, and our wedding was an absolute dream.

New West was great to work with. Being from out-of-state, we had little knowledge of the area and resources. They made numerous recommendations from beauty services to babysitters. All of the recommendations were great. New West did a great job of making us feel like their only client. The décor inventory was also great and helped us stay within our budget. Highly recommend.

Hannah and her team did an exceptional job with our wedding. We gave her quite the challenge with a rural wedding venue with no cell reception & limited power. The day was absolutely stunning and we couldn’t have made it happen without Hannah. She made sure my husband and I ate and drank plenty of water throughout the day and managed crisis as they came. We had the best experience with Hannah! We live in Denver, but had our heart set on a wedding in the mountains. Hannah did an excellent job of connecting us with vendors in Summit County, answering any questions we had, and ensuring that our special day went smoothly. Hannah is such a dream to work with! She helped plan our honeymoon in Mexico and we sincerely could not have done it without her.
