Kristina made our wedding day everything we dreamed it could be. I don't know how we could have done it without her. She was there every step of the way, keeping me on track with deadlines and making sure I had everything I needed. She thought of details I never would have thought of, and was such a joy to work with, she made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. On the day of the wedding especially, she handled absolutely everything and somehow felt like she was everywhere at once. Soon after, I became a lead assistant for multiple event planning companies, and am now offering my services to my own clients as a seasoned event Planner and wedding Coordinator.I love to travel, and this has helped me develop a keen sense of planning and organization. Since the young age of 4, I have had the opportunity to visit over 35 countries (and counting!)Having been exposed to so many cultures has allowed me to experience a variety of traditions, foods, and people! This has helped me develop my passion for all things creative, which has helped time after time with client's events. I pride myself in attention to detail, having a creative vision, and a warm personality.

We hosted a large backyard wedding with 200 guests and chose Stonefire for our reception. Since Stonefire only handles the setup of their food service, all of the reception setup—tables, chairs, chargers, plates, utensils, linens, and décor—became additional responsibilities for Kristina and her team. This level of setup is typically managed by a full-service catering company, yet Kristina stepped in without hesitation and executed everything flawlessly. She and her team transformed our space beautifully and ensured every detail of the reception area matched our vision. We received countless compliments from our guests about how perfectly timed and organized the entire event was, which was a direct reflection of Kristina’s expertise and her team’s hard work. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without stress, as Kristina ensured every detail was handled with care and precision. able to leave the venue about an hour and a half earlier than expected! She handled any issues that came up quickly and respectfully, and we really appreciated her calm presence throughout the night. The only hiccup was that our final meeting before the wedding didn’t end up happening, which meant a few small details had to be addressed on the day of. Overall, though, our wedding went beautifully, and communication with Kristina was great. We’d recommend just making sure to confirm all the final details ahead of time!

The second I read about Kristina's experience with her own wedding events, I knew she would be the perfect person for us to work with. I had a lot of ideas on how we could bring el...

ements from both our cultures into it and she really helped us incorporate them in the timeline (not the easiest either planning from another country, but she made it work). She did well communicating with all of our vendors and on the day of responded quickly and calmly when I let her know I had made a table numbering mistake and made sure to pick up everything necessary before and after the event. She even made sure I got something to eat before the event started since I had been running on pure adrenaline. You definitely won't regret it if you pick her as your planner or coordinator, she'll have your back for sure. We honestly can't thank her enough for helping us with our wedding reception party.

I also needed her help getting through the weeds of wedding planning such as the type of table linens, florals, and the detailed layout of tables and guest invitations. She helped us do this with ease! We took her recommendations for a florist, wedding invitation website and a few others, and they were spot on! The vendor process was easier with her dedicated help. us, and making sure we had everything together (turns out there were some important details we had missed, like trash cans, so this was super helpful). On the day of she was super attentive to all the details--she set up our plates and napkins for us in a very lovely manner, moved our water station when she noticed where we had put it was difficult for the guests to find, had our string trio move when she noticed that the guests were moving away from where they were playing, set up our cake topper and gifts very nicely in our room, etc. Kristina was also just such a lovely person to work with and we would highly recommend her!!!

our fairytale, rustic style backyard wedding from scratch which meant doing everything from A-Z. I appreciated all her ideas and suggestions with the selection of the vendors and with helping us turn the backyard into a beautiful venue. She was a great communicator and was well organized. I trusted her insight throughout the planning process. She visited the backyard multiple times to help plan the set up for the reception and provided a lot of great ideas and suggestions. She helped us find all of our vendors for our wedding and coordinated with the vendors. She also made sure that we were staying on track with booking all the vendors and getting all the ducks in a row in time for the wedding. Kristina was able to help me find my vendors and she was available to be a part of every phone call and meeting I had with each vendor which was super helpful as she was able to ask important questions that I didnt think to ask! She also did a venue walk through with me a few times to help answer questions and make sure the day went smoothly. Having Kristina as a planner really helped make sure everything went smoothly and I really appreciated how she always made me feel like a priority.
