We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding photographer. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Super professional, incredibly organized, and just genuinely fun to work with, which made a huge difference on a busy day. She came fully prepared with everything she needed and kept things running smoothly the entire time. One of the most impressive parts was how efficiently she handled group photos. She wrangled guests like a pro, kept everyone on track, and got us through all the shots quickly so we could get back to actually enjoying the celebration. She also went above and beyond by staying late into the night, capturing all the energy on the dance floor. It never felt like she was just doing a job, she was fully invested in making sure every moment was captured. Hi, I’m Carin, the photographer behind Carin Rene Photo! I’m a Missoula wedding photographer with a love for vibrant color, candid moments, and celebrations full of personality. My goal is to capture the spirit and energy of YOUR wedding celebration, from the big, joyful moments to all the little interactions happening in between. My approach is primarily candid and documentary, allowing you to stay present and actually enjoy your wedding day. When it’s time for family portraits or photos of the two of you, I’ll step in with gentle guidance so you never have to wonder what to do. Most importantly, I want you, your family, and your friends to feel comfortable being photographed and for the whole experience to feel relaxed and fun. Before photography, I spent 16 years as a physician assistant, and that experience shaped a lot of who I am on wedding days. I’m calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and always paying attention to what’s happening around me. I’ll help keep things moving when needed, while giving you the space to simply enjoy your day. When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m a devoted cat mom and proud auntie, and I have a serious soft spot for kids and pets at weddings. You’ll often find me photographing the sweet, funny, completely unscripted moments happening around the edges of the celebration, because those are often the memories that end up meaning the most.

was able to direct groups and crowds for great shots. The candid shots were phenomenal. She did such a great job of being present and capturing intimate moments. All of the photos turned out beautifully. We would definitely recommend her for your wedding.
