So so happy we picked her!! She made the process easy with her organization and checklists and we felt so at ease and reassured from the first meeting on.
What we appreciated most was Colleen’s ability to meet us where we were at throughout the process and how she calmly guided us with extra communication whenever needed.

I know it sounds super corny, but I love love. And I love getting to be a part of one of the most special days of a couple's lives. Day of coordinating is fast paced, busy, productive, and brings me so much joy! I got my start in events in college when I worked on the University of Washington Relay for Life planning committee. From there I moved into wedding day of coordination pretty organically through family, friends of friends, and word of mouth. After teaching and doing it on the side for over ten years, it is now my full-time job and passion!

of the things I appreciated the most about how my wedding went is because of Colleen. To preface, I chose a venue where I had to pay extra for hiring a planner outside of their preferred list. I would of paid that fee all over again for Colleen. She exceeded all my expectations. She was professional and kind, very organized. She made me feel assured throughout the entirety of my wedding planning + day of. It was nice to work with a wedding coordinator with genuine kindness and warmth, I feel that it can be difficult to come by in the wedding world. But she did some things on my wedding day that I will never, ever forget. First, there was surprise rain that started right before I walked down the aisle (while it didn't really bother me considering it the full PNW experience, I was worried about my guests). She rushed to pass out umbrellas we had and worked with the venue to move cocktail hour set-up inside, super efficiently. Another insane thing that happened on my wedding was the power went out, for about an hour during our reception. That was a bit horrific, my husband and I laugh about our luck that day - we thought we had to cancel early. Well, Colleen rushed to figure out options - she was calm, collected and presented the few options we had. She even offered to go purchase a power generator for us. That was insanely kind of Colleen to even offer, given that our venue at the time offered no option but to end things early if the power didn't come back on. Luckily, the power went back on. It was kind of comical how it all went down, but the rest of the wedding went on smoothly.
In addition, there was a bit of drama with my venue (Chateau Lill) and one of their managers that handled our wedding case. In brief, it was clear that she undermined and treated Colleen "less than", because I hired her outside of their preferred list. Communication was really unprofessional of the manager. But Colleen met that manager with grace and professionalism, and proved to them 10 times over that she was exceptionally capable and amazing at that. Honestly, I'm still in awe to this day with Colleen as a person and a professional in the wedding world.
If I could do it all again, I would hire Colleen in every single reality. Brides, you will be safe in her hands.

ying on top of check-ins months in advance, keeping me organized, and making sure no detail was overlooked. She walked us through her Google Drive system, which made planning and tracking everything so easy—it truly took so much stress off my shoulders.
The week before the wedding, she went above and beyond. She reached out to our vendors multiple times, made sure everyone was on the same page, and helped everything run smoothly behind the scenes. I was absolutely thrilled to work with her.
Additionally, she was instrumental in helping with decor and set up the day of (something she did not have to do), making sure everything was perfectly placed. Not to mention the fact that she handplaced some 500 candles and 120 placards for the reception.
On top of all that, her pricing can’t be beat. Honestly, she’s worth more than she charges. If you’re even considering hiring her...do it. You won’t find anyone more helpful, organized, or genuinely kind to have in your corner on such an important day.

edibly helpful in guiding us along with prep. We had only been to a handful of weddings before and weren’t too particular about our vision when starting our wedding planning journey. She molded our loose preferences into a solid plan. We had a few meetings leading up to our event where the three of us talked through everything from start to finish in detail. In these meetings, my spouse and I felt comfortable conversing with her, and her experience and suggestions allowed for a collaborative plan that ended up being perfect for us. We were never pressured or rushed with anything along the way as well. It was clear that she was available for questions and concerns along the way and was quick with her responses back.
Colleen was prompt and thorough for both our rehearsal and wedding day. Not a detail was missed and she remained flexible when small changes came up before the ceremony and during the reception. We even had family members and other guests compliment her on her efficiency throughout the day!
If you or your partner are on the fence regarding a day of coordinator, we can 1000% say that an individual such as Colleen is well worth your investment.

ception were a different Disney/Pixar movie theme. It was adorable but that's how detailed I was about planning.
As soon as I started working with Colleen, I knew she was the one! She is everything you need and will catch anything you didn't know you needed. At our first official meeting, she asked questions I didn't even think about. I printed out a bunch of lists and planners to aid me in the planning process, but she was there to help facilitate anything I missed. I don't know why or how but I totally forgot about what song we wanted to play when we left the venue. Little things that you're like 'oh yeah!' Colleen is super professional and has a great bubbly personality! She was super organized every step of the way and was on top of everything! My vendors and I loved her great communication skills and her secret Google tool! LOVE THAT!!
I recommended her to a coworker of mine and would recommend her for your wedding too! The peace of mind is worth it, but also you really don't realize how everyone (and I mean everyone) is running around like a chicken with no head on the day of the wedding! Oh my, it was stressful, but Colleen kept everyone in check with a beautiful smile on her face! She took care of anything and everything. Did anything go wrong at my wedding?? Psh! I don't know because if it did, Colleen took care of it!!! Don't skip on hiring a wedding coordinator at the very least!

ly purchased the month-of package, Colleen was available to answer questions in the many months leading up to the event. She hopped on a phone call with me 4 months prior to the event when I had some timeline questions and needed guidance. Her wedding planning document was a lifeline as we put together all of the aspects we wanted for our wedding down on paper. In the weeks leading up to our event she was on top of communicating with all our vendors behind the scenes and making sure that smaller details got sorted out without us having to get involved.
Our family and wedding party really enjoyed working alongside her to make our day a success. We also really appreciated the small problem-solving tips she offered us such as purchasing aprons for the bride and groom’s head table when we told her we were nervous about our catered Indian food staining our white wedding attire. Another one was having us do a spin after we arrived at the alter to stand on the opposite side (bride on right-side, groom on left) of what’s traditional so that our wedding party and families could see our own faces during the ceremony instead of the back of our heads like what usually happens when the bride/groom stand on the same side as their bridesmaids/groomsmen.
Colleen has the experience, the eye for detail, and the calm, kind, and organized temperament that made her our favorite vendor of the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator and highly recommend her to others!

hings about her, but here we go: Colleen is extremely poised and resourceful. She remains calm even during stressful situations and is very professional throughout the entire planning process. During our planning calls and on the day of our wedding it was clear to us that Colleen cared about us enjoying our wedding day and was willing to go above and beyond any of our expectations to ensure that we could focus all our energy on having a great time at our wedding. We had an unconventional wedding – many things were DIY, and we asked friends and family to pitch in instead of hiring DJs, florists, bartenders, etc. Colleen leaned into the unconventionality of our wedding and supported us in making everything come together beautifully.
If we were going to do everything over again the only thing we would do differently is hire Colleen to be there for our entire wedding weekend celebration. Hiring Colleen was definitely one of the best decisions we made and we are forever grateful for all of the attention and care she poured into our celebration.

ntive like working with a good friend or family member. She was open to our questions, and gave great insight and advice when we needed it. She was receptive too, and helped make our wishes and dreams for our wedding a reality. She helped keep us on track especially as we drew closer to our wedding day, and on that day she delivered! I was nervous because we had made a lot of DIY decor but wouldn’t be available to help her at the reception venue since we held our ceremony elsewhere, but we were in good hands and so thankful for Colleen. She set up our decor and helped coordinate with vendors all with a smile on her face! She managed our wedding day timeline, and even remembered details we hadn’t thought of. We hadn’t realized there weren’t enough utensils for the cake, she let us know and went to buy some for us. She helped coordinate with our reception program MC’s, guide or guests, and help manage our bubble send off with our 175 guest count. smoothly as possible. I love that her services are designed exactly for that purpose. Her services are also very affordable and helped us have a reasonably priced wedding - but honestly, I think she is worth every penny and more!
I truly cannot recommend her enough. She was so organized, communicative, and calm through the whole process. Part of her services includes a meeting about a month before the big day to go over all of the details - I immediately felt so calm and reassured after this meeting. I knew right away that I could trust her to handle anything and everything, and felt really good about relinquishing control to her, which is not always easy for me to do! She also didn't make me feel bad or weird about doing things a certain way, or about not doing certain traditions, but also made some very important and helpful suggestions that I didn't think to include or factor in.
On the day of, we had a pretty big problem - the food truck did not show up in time, but Colleen managed the whole crisis with minimal involvement from me. It ended up all working out in the end and I would not have been able to handle it without her!
Colleen is the perfect mix of calm but totally on top of it all - exactly what you need at a wedding. I wish everyone I knew was getting married just so I could recommend her to them!

only had her as our Day of Coordinator, answering any questions and just so lovely. We could not have done it without her. She helped with rehearsal, all the set up and tear down, and helped keep us both calm and on track all day. She really made it possible for us and our family to truly enjoy our day, rather than being stressed with timelines/logistics/etc. Colleen is absolutely amazing and I will always recommend her for any coordinating/planning anyone could ever need! You will not be disappointed with her! I legitimately cannot say enough good things about her and wish her the absolute best because she absolutely deserves it!!

ion in a prompt and professional manner. She conacted vendors prior to the wedding to introduce herself and make sure they knew who the point of contact was on our wedding day. We had a minor snafu at our wedding with our guestbook which Colleen handled with grace and extreme care.
Our guests raved about our event, and how seemless it was, which was due in large part to the efforts of Colleen. Colleen managed everything on the day of the wedding, from setting up decor to cueing first dances and handling clean up. Colleen was, without a doubt the best investment we made in planning our wedding.

I had hoped with all my might for a sunny wedding day, and when the day came around, there was a chance it wouldn’t rain for the ceremony. Colleen stuck with me and waited as long as we could to make the final decision. When it started pouring I was so happy to have her guide me along our contingency plan, which somehow made the wedding cozier and more heartfelt. She was so kind helping me through the new steps, while in the background paid rigorous attention to all of the moving parts - including all signage, table settings, updated flow and logistics. I’m so glad I had her by my side — after the wedding the skies opened up and we managed to experience a wonderful sunset. I can’t recommend Colleen enough. She truly made the day into something magical and well-run! If you hire Colleen, you’ll know the wedding, vendor relationships, and everything about the day is not only in good hands, but will exceed your hopes and expectations. She’s incredible!

it was without Colleen. We had a backyard wedding of over 300 guests and Colleen handled the entire day with ease. She is incredibly organized and communicative prior to your big day, asking detailed questions and working with you to problem solve through any questions you have. During our rehearsal dinner she walked the entire family and bridal party through the ceremony and what to expect, everyone felt confident and comfortable with where they needed to be and in what order. On the day of the wedding Colleen was an absolute rockstar, she arrived early in the morning and immediately jumped into set up and decorating, as vendors arrived she communicated with them and helped them with anything they needed. Colleen stayed through the evening and made sure things ran smooth until the very end. She had a friendly and positive attitude throughout the entire evening and as the bride, I felt 100% comfortable that she was handling anything and everything that needed to be done. We will be recommending colleen to anyone we know that is planning a wedding or looking for a day of coordinator.

mazing to work with!!! Very easy to talk to, organized, pro-active in communicating with the vendors and myself. She always responded quickly to questions that I had and provided thoughtful insight to wedding day decisions that needed to be made. She arrived early on the wedding day and had everything set up in time and the ceremony and reception went on without any issues at all. guests as we desired. Having a destination wedding, at a newer venue that required we oversee all set-up and take down, was a detail that I totally missed as the Bride. Thankfully, Colleen "wrangled" necessary family members and delegated out tasks with ease. Both set-up and take-down were seamless and the feedback I received from my fam/friends who helped were that Colleen was direct, kind, and everyone understood she was in charge! As the Bride, it was a relief to walk in and see that my vision had come to life, without me even being there. It allowed me more freedom to just enjoy the day, stress-free. My husband and I appreciated Colleen's professionalism and execution of our "wants" but the real bonus is that she's also lovely to work with. At the end of your wedding, you're going to have a friend who treated your event with actual care and investment, not just as a "job." I've already had 1 friend hire Colleen via a referral (and who she met at our wedding!) and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for a FAB day-of coordinator!
