I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to how grateful we are for this team. From our very first inquiry to the very last conversation after our wedding, their entire team was kind, supportive, professional, and truly filled with care. They have this rare combination of industry expertise and genuine heart — and I can say without hesitation that our wedding simply wouldn’t have been the same without them.
Our venue was spread across several acres, with a steep hill separating the ceremony from the reception space. Even though it was a very warm September day, Stacey and Grace were literally running up and down that hill, tirelessly making sure everything was in place and everyone was taken care of. They never stopped smiling, never lost focus, and somehow managed to be everywhere all at once. Anytime we needed anything - they were there, ready to help.
And it’s the little things that showed how thoughtful and intuitive they are. While my husband and I were taking photos, we turned around to find Grace and Stacey standing there with our signature cocktails in hand — they had hiked up and back down the hill just to give us that moment to pause, breathe, and savor what we’d created. Later, when things got busy and the day flew by (as weddings do), they made sure we didn’t miss dinner. They brought us plates of food, complete with every element of our meal, ensuring we were taken care of in every sense.
When I think back to those final moments before walking down the aisle, it was their calm, caring presence that grounded me. And when things didn’t go perfectly according to plan, they handled each situation with such grace and professionalism that no one — not even our families — had to stress.
The Event Elves are the reason I was able to truly enjoy the happiest day of my life. They think of everything, handle anything, and do it all with heart. I can’t recommend them highly enough! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Grace, Stacey, and Vanessa!

I started my career with a full service catering company and have since continued to work in hospitality in event sales and planning for the past 16 years.
I realized (while working as an onsite wedding/sales director for a venue) that a lot of my clients needed additional help with all of the “little details” that they think “aunt, cousin, or friend so and so” will take care of. So with that...Event Elves was born! Based on the idea that there is a greater need for assistance with staffing/logistics for events.
