I'm Kassidy Conlon, a classically trained cellist with two degrees in music education and a passion for sharing the beauty of music. I teach cello lessons locally, am a member of the Billings Symphony and travel to play with other Montana symphonies, and I love performing at events across our beautiful state.
Whether I'm playing solo or as a duet or string quartet, I strive to create a heartfelt and memorable atmosphere. Owner
Kassidy Conlon is a cellist and teacher who earned two degrees in music education from Montana State University. She teaches private cello lessons, and serves as an adjunct cello professor for Montana State University - Billings. She is also the Executive Director of the Montana Association of Symphony Orchestras.
Kassidy is the President the Arts Without Boundaries Boards of Directors, a member of the Billings Symphony cello section, and travels to perform with other Montana symphonies. When not teaching, playing, and sharing music, Kassidy is most likely reading, taking care of her many plants, or adventuring in the Beartooth Mountains with her husband, son, and border collie.

f my ceremony (2 hours from the closest large city along the Beartooth Highway) I didn’t think that would be in the cards for us. I found Kassidy/Montana Cello Studio and that dream came true. She was willing to make the far drive and also to do the 1/4 mile hike to our ceremony location which required a water crossing with her cello and equipment. Since we did an elopement we had no wedding planner and I had to plan everything else myself. She was on top of all of the details and guided me through selecting what would work best for the setting of our wedding. Her music was the perfect touch and it absolutely would not have felt as magical as it did without her. I highly encourage including live music if you’re eloping and suggest Kassidy/Montana Cello Studio!
