While I respect your perspective, I do want to take a moment to clarify a number of inaccuracies in your review, as they do not reflect what occurred. First, I’d like to address the issue of vendor envelopes and decor setup. The envelopes were indeed handed out on the day of the wedding, and every piece of decor you provided — including the additional greenery dropped off on the morning of the wedding — was used and placed according to the plan we discussed. The handmade newspapers were also displayed on the welcome table and handed to guests prior to the ceremony, per our agreed timeline. The leftover copies were placed with your items after the event. Regarding seating, I followed the exact floor plan you approved, which specified where each guest — including both moms — was to be seated. If there was a change in preference, I was not made aware of it in advance. Your rehearsal was conducted thoroughly, and we used the entire hour allotted by the venue, running through the process five full times to ensure everyone was comfortable. On the wedding day itself, I was present for 14 hours, coordinating all vendor arrivals, handling logistics, managing the timeline, and ensuring your day went as smoothly as possible. I also packed your decor and loaded it into your car as promised — though a few of your guests kindly offered to assist, which I appreciated. It’s also important to note that some items arrived already broken or without protective wrapping, and I did my best to handle them with care regardless. As for communication, I reached out multiple times to set up your check-in and timeline discussions. As this was a day-of coordination package, we worked within the appropriate scope, and I made myself as available as possible given the level of service selected. While I understand the day may not have felt perfect from your perspective, I take pride in the effort, attention, and care I provided throughout your wedding day.
