Hi everybody! My name is Nicolette, owner of GK Bridal Artistry. I have been a hair stylist/makeup artist behind the chair for the past 10 years. As my clients got older and started getting married, my love for wedding hair and makeup led me to start my own wedding company 2 years ago. I am so grateful to be able to do my future brides color and cut leading up to the wedding. It really gives me the best opportunity to bond with my brides prior to the wedding day. I am able create the full vision my brides are seeking and there is no better feeling than that, right?

Nicolette and her team were professional, prompt and awesome. They catered to each person individually and really took the time to listen to and execute on what the person wanted. Everyone from blonde to brown to red were happy and I couldn’t have asked for a better team for hair and make up for my wedding! Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience with GK Bridal. Nicolette was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I liked that she had a portal where you can see the contract, communication and other details.
Aimee did my hair, and Caitlin did my makeup. I absolutely loved both, and I received tons of compliments. I didn’t provide that much direction to either, and they both ran with it and did an incredible job! Plus, they were very easy to chat with as well. I would definitely recommend GK Bridal for hair and makeup.

Nicolette was a dream to work with on my big day. At my trial she made me feel comfortable and at ease to give feedback. Then when it came to my wedding day she was my rock, calming me down when I needed it, reminding me to take a breath, and making me the most beautiful bride in the process. She felt like family to me and handled my family on the day of like her own which was incredibly endearing. Any Jersey bride is lucky to have her and should consider her talents.

GK was so accommodating and welcoming throughout the entire process! Anitra and Becca were my team, but the additional day of artists were all amazing! I had 15+ services and the team was amazing with such a large party.
I ended up doing a second hair trial after realizing the first wasn’t for me. Nicolette and team were so great at listening to my feedback and creating the perfect style for my big day!

Nicolette and the GK Bridal team were AMAZING!!!!! They made me and my bridesmaids look and feel so beautiful!! They were very accommodating for all of our indecisiveness and were so kind! We had the best time getting ready with them for my big day!

Nicolette was absolutely amazing! She did a trial for my wedding updo and did my hair and three others on wedding day. Her calm demeanor put us at ease and she made sure we all were happy with the final look. I didn’t even think about my hair after she was done because it stayed put and looked great the whole night. Highly recommend GK bridal!

Having Nicolette, Amie and Lexi from GK Bridal and Salon for hair and makeup was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! They were professional, punctual, and are so incredibly talented! My hair and makeup, as well as my bridesmaids and my mom’s was absolutely stunning and lasted through the entire day (even with rainy weather). I had a trial for both my hair and makeup and that allowed things to run so smoothly on the day. They perfectly executed the look I wanted and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. I can’t recommend them enough as the perfect hair and makeup team for your next event!

GK Bridal was the easiest decision I made during my entire wedding planning process. Nicolette and her team were simply amazing from start to finish.
During my Bridal Trial, Nicolette recommended that I add some highlights and cut/style my hair by adding a few more layers and angles. She said it would enhance my braided up-do in pictures. So, 3 days before my wedding, I took her suggestions and went for it. Boy am I glad I did! She was right! I absolutely LOVED it. She captured the vision I had for myself on my wedding day and executed it beautifully.
The team was punctual and prepared. Their attention for detail and timing of everyones hair/makeup was phenomenal. She kept us all on track (We were a group that is very easily side tracked), without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We had plenty of time to enjoy ourselves while getting ready.
I cannot thank you ladies enough. You captured everyones style and visions perfectly. I highly recommend them for ANY occasion.

GK bridal was the best choice for my wedding day. Nicolette (hair) and Lexi (makeup) were my team. They listened to all of my requests and concerns and executed in the best way. They welcomed transparency if I did not like something and asked for feedback so that I would be absolutely pleased.
I was fortunate enough to have a blow-out done by Nicolette the night for my rehearsal dinner. This ensured that my hair would be a clean canvas for the wedding day.
Nicolette and Lexi are very punctual and tactfully planned our wedding morning so that the day was stress-free. They kept the tempo of getting ready and all of the girls/moms/flower girl were ready to go with plenty of time. Everyone loved their hair and makeup!!! I recommend to all brides and bridal parties!

GK Bridal was awesome from start to finish. Their prices are lower than many other wedding hair and makeup stylists and their talent is unmatched. I thought it was also super convenient to hire hair and makeup with the same company! I heavily recommend GK Bridal, they truly helped make my wedding day great and made me, my MOHs, bridesmaids, flower girls, MOB/MOG look and feel beautiful! Everything was spot on, just what we wanted! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

GK Bridal made me feel like the most beautiful bride and I cannot thank them enough for being a part of my wedding day!!! From the start Nicolette completely understood my vision and easily executed my hair dreams. She made the entire process from booking to the wedding day extremely simple and stress free. Nicolette is incredibly talented was able to replicate various hairstyles for everyone in the bridal party while making everyone feel super comfortable. Nicolette and her team made sure I looked picture perfect throughout the entire day, coming to the church following our ceremony and to the reception venue for touch ups. They were so kind and professional and I would highly recommend GK Bridal without hesitation!
