We chose Hill Country Ranch Dining & Tavern to cater our wedding. They showed up on time, had fair pricing, and delicious food. We received a TON of food for what we ordered (made ...
for great leftovers) and included a ton of extras that I wasn’t expecting but happy about! (Like extra/various salad toppings and dinner rolls). The two staff members that catered our wedding went above and beyond. They were so sweet with my little cousins and older family members asking questions about wine (that I bought from Costco lol). They went beyond what the job required and would recommend this business to anyone in need of a caterer.

team was flawless and if there was a problem we had no idea. They also boxed up any leftovers which was so fun to dig into the next morning for breakfast. Thank you for being such a major part of that incredible day!

n I came out of my bridal suite and they were so sweet to hype me up. That aside, two guests asked me for the catering information, the dinner service was perfect, and the cleanup was fast and thorough. I would book them for everything If I could.

Everything was great until the day of the wedding. My husband had to text and call multiple times the day of for confirmation that they were coming, we didn’t hear from them until...
after 2pm and our ceremony was at 5:30 and dinner was to be served at 7:30. The people sent to serve were rude and dressed far too casual for a formal event. My 8 year old niece dropped her piece of chicken and instead of immediately replacing it for her, another family was given attitude for asking if they could replace her chicken; not to mention the food was subpar at best. Based on these experiences and as a fellow business owner, I would not recommend.

and genuinely enjoyable. Lexi was so great to work with. She handled every detail with such ease that planning for a crowd felt totally stress-free. Organized, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making the night perfect.  And Billy went so far above and beyond it deserves its own spotlight. Not only did he bring the food truck out a full day early to help us prepare, but he also reached out ahead of time to ask about a 220 plug for the trailer. He was worried about disrupting the live band we had playing nearby with the generator for the food truck. A detail I hadn’t even considered which gave me time to have the correct plug installed on our shop building so no generator was needed. His attention to detail and care for the flow of the event made a huge difference. On the night of, everything ran seamlessly, the team was wonderful, and the food was a massive hit. Received so many compliments from guests on how yummy it all was. Especially the honey butter chicken biscuit! 🤤 If you want catering that’s delicious, dependable, and delivered by a team that truly cares, Hill Country Ranch Pizzeria is the one. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

cable, his professionalism is unmatched, and everyone loves his ability to meet your needs. Mark worked with us to develop each part of the menu, suggesting creative options we had not even considered. His calm, reassuring demeanor and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable and honestly a breeze. His connections to other event services with similarly stellar reputations were also so helpful to us during the planning process. Most importantly, the food and service were amazing for the big day!
