The Hot 8 were a great wedding band to have at our wedding! We originally saw them perform at Jazz fest and knew we wanted them to perform at our wedding. They also had a great package that included the second line band, which the guests loved. The call and response style music made it very engaging and fun. The Hot 8 are a Grammy winning band who have an artistic delivery that embodies a true New Orleans style experience. Their professional management made it easy to communicate with them in the planning stages even while they were busy on tour.

Our wedding would not have been the same had Hot 8 Brass Band not been there. We got married seven years ago and my friends and family STILL say how awesome it was to have Hot 8 perform. The band and their managers were so professional and reliable. They were easy to work with along the way and the day of they brought the energy to our upstate NY wedding. It's really a memory that my husband and I will never forget. We feel connected to this band for life now and they always remember us when we see them at shows in New Orleans or when they're touring around the US. They performed their hits and some classics too. Our entire wedding was up dancing for 30+ minutes as we got introduced and people barely ate dinner because they were busy on the dance floor throughout the night. We love these guys!

Hot 8 Brass Band was the greatest surprise for our wedding guests. They pulled up at Jacques-Imo's for a second line, we all danced in the street, and then they led us all back to Maple Leaf for the reception. Our friends lost their minds. The band was so easy to communicate with in advance and they are incredibly talented musicians. GREAT VIBE CAN'T RECOMMEND ENOUGH FOR A NOLA WEDDING!!!!!!!

I spent 18 months meticulously planning every detail of our wedding weekend in New Orleans. My husband had one item he wanted input on: music. He nailed it. Three years later our guests still talk about how amazing Hot8 was and the trumpet trill that announced our second line is emblazoned in my brain as the happiest sound there is. If I could do it all again I would start with booking Hot8. Name another Grammy award winning wedding band. You can’t.
