e just got to enjoy! And our guests loved it. From the initial tour to booking to communicating all the details to the big day, everything was TOO easy…we expected it all to be so much more work & stress — it wasn’t! We can’t recommend OBR enough!

ple. But the larger building is beautiful as well! Lorraine was easy to work with and a great communicator. She provided optional linens, chair covers, caterer list, bartender...everything needed to make the day run smoothly! Lorraine was flexible with room set up and in having our requested wines/beers available. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Our reception was perfect!

We've been fortunate to have hosted our Trivia Night fundraiser for the secod year. Lorraine is so accommodating and easy to work with. The staff is kind and helpful. We would highly recommend this venue for any of your party/event needs.

What a beautiful venue for my daughter’s wedding! The ceremony was outside in January and was perfect! We got the Barn and the Lodge at a very affordable price. Lorraine was easy to work with, very flexible and had great communication with us. ...
Only drawbacks were the wet benches. We were hoping these would have been covered during the snow so our guests would have dry seats. Also there was a small sink for us to use which made clean up very difficult. Not sure if the large sinks were out of order but we were told we weren’t able to use them. Either way, incredible venue! Thank you for the experience!
