If we could give Anastasia Longo and Day Dream Planning more than five stars, we absolutely would. There are wedding planners who coordinate a wedding, and then there are people like Anastasia who become an essential part of making the entire experience everything you dreamed it would be. Looking back at our wedding, we can say it would not have been as beautiful, organized, stress free, and flawless without her. From the months leading up to our wedding, Anastasia went far beyond what we ever expected. She helped with everything, including invitations, our wedding website, guest lists, RSVPs, timelines, vendor coordination, décor, and countless details behind the scenes. Whenever something came up, she was there. Whenever we had a question, she helped find an answer. She did not simply tell us what needed to be done. She rolled up her sleeves and helped us get it done. The day before the wedding, she was right there helping set up decorations and making sure everything was coming together exactly the way we envisioned. Then came the wedding day, and that is when we truly realized how special she is. Anastasia was everywhere. She stayed close to us throughout the entire day and night, constantly making sure we were okay, that we had everything we needed, and that we could actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. She looked after us, our family, and every vendor. She kept everything moving, handled issues before they became problems, and always seemed to know what we needed before we had to ask. We never felt like we had to stop being the bride and groom to manage our own wedding. Anastasia allowed us to simply be present and enjoy one of the most important days of our lives. That is something we will always be grateful for. And her dedication did not end when the music stopped. After an incredibly long day, Anastasia stayed after the wedding and helped pack everything up, organize our decorations, and make sure everything was taken care of before she left. That says so much about the type of person she is and the pride she takes in what she does. She treated our wedding as if it mattered to her personally. Our family was taken care of. Our vendors were taken care of. We were taken care of. Every detail mattered to her. When we look back at how beautiful and seamless our wedding was, Anastasia is one of the people we will always think about. She helped bring countless moving pieces together into one unforgettable day. Hiring Anastasia was without question one of the best decisions we made. If you are considering hiring her, do not hesitate. You are not simply getting someone to coordinate your wedding. You are getting someone who genuinely cares, works incredibly hard, pays attention to the smallest details, advocates for you, takes care of the people you love, and will do everything she can to make sure your wedding day is everything you hoped it would be.
