Everything was great quality and easy to assemble, and the pre-printed return labels made everything super easy to pack back up! My mom was able to drop everything off at fedex while we were on our honeymoon!

Looking at their pictures you see how the up-lighting is in the background and you can see the monogram, but on my wedding you couldn't see the monogram at all! The light in the gobo light was shining way too dimly. Also the light came without a stand so you would need to find some table at your wedding to put the light on; that was very inconvenient. We ended up not using the gobo light at all.

If it doesn't look like the video or pictures and just didn't work with my venue, it wouldn't be practical to find an alternative that close to the wedding. I contacted Rent My Wedding with my concerns to see if there was anything they could do (e.g. I pay full price to try the light now and get a modest discount for renting a number of lights for the actual event). They were absolutely no help and the only solution was to pay full price to test out the light and then pay full price again for the light at the wedding. Not only that, I felt that the customer service was very unpleasant. Instead of listening to what I was saying they would say the same canned response over and over again. What I can consider good customer service is not necessarily giving me what I want or solving my problem, but actually comprehending what I am saying and responding based on what I'm saying. I could have said anything and would have gotten the exact same response with absolutely no acknowledgment of the point I was making. Where I was left was an unsolved problem and feeling like they weren't even listening to me. Maybe their customer service is only good and helpful if you are a paying customer. I'm sure that Rent My Wedding is great for uplights or lighting that isn't dependent on the venue and theme of the wedding. Rent My Wedding, however, is dismal at actually understanding and being flexible when it comes to more specialty items.

searching for something reasonably priced to do DIY uplighting, I found Rent My Wedding, and I am so glad I did! I ordered 12 battery operated LED uplights from their website, which arrived with plenty of time before the wedding. The lights were incredibly easy to set up, and they lasted the entire night with plenty of charge to spare! The venue unfortunately threw away the boxes we were supposed to return the lights in, but customer service was very understanding when I called. They gave me a complimentary extension on returning the lights so I could get new boxes, which was incredibly helpful. I am just so pleased with this rental and would highly recommend Rent My Wedding for those in a similar situation!

e box was given to return everything. They really did add ambiance to the room. I wish I had them shipped directly to me instead, so I could have monitored what was in there and what was to be shipped back. Took some maneuvering to get them all to fit in the box, but did not appear to have any issues. I didn't set them up, but was told the wireless was pretty much just turn them on and place where you want them.

says if you want more than just accents. They were easy to order and return. We even got them a week early which was helpful to see what color we wanted to use. They were easy to use and set up. They only issue was that one up light pre-set color was off from the rest so we programmed the color, but was pretty easy. I would recommend using this company again as they were easy and a great price for what we received. Plus free shipping and returns!

or. The programming is very easy and instructions are on the website. Set up is also very easy, basically just plug them in. Just remember to save all of the packaging to return the lights following your event. I would highly recommend rent my wedding for uplighting. We saved over $500 by using this vendor.

I looked at several other companies that offer similar lights, but I chose Rent My Wedding. I could have saved $1-2 per light at other vendors, but their websites and business set-ups felt sketchy and unreliable. With Rent My Wedding, I was confident in their professionalism, and that security was worth the little bit of extra money to me.

which was great and they all worked and were pre-set correctly as I had ordered. Yes, they have pre-set option which I would highly recommend. It will save you time. Just set them up and plug them in. I will definitely order again from them!

e gobo works and how it is to be set-up. I heard from a representative very quickly and they were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with solutions. The shipping process was very easy too. The chair covers were the better than I even imagined! They fit our banquet chairs perfectly. We didn't have to worry about wrinkles or tying bows perfectly, so it was rather simple. It gave the room a very sleek and elegant look for a fraction of the price that local vendors advertise. The uplighting worked out perfectly. It was probably the best $200 that we spent towards the wedding. It completely changed the room. It was also very simple to figure out and to select a color. I had to run out and get a couple of extension cords, but it was well worth it! The gobo was fantastic! I had originally wanted to project it on a wall, but I didn't have an ideal place to set it on a table and my DJ didn't have a stand to attach it to, so we attached it to a railing around the catwalk that stood above my venue. It was fabulous to see it shining down on our dance floor. It was especially impactful to have it during our first dance.

ighting for significant savings. The process of ordering online was very straightforward. The uplighting arrived several days before our wedding, and was easy to return after. We used the "custom colors" option to select a color that matched our wedding colors. It was a nice touch to help create a warm, yet fun mood. We used 5 lights on just one wall, and it was well worth the cost. The only "catch" was needing to worry about setting up the lights and then packing them up at the end of the night. We were lucky to have the event staff volunteer to do this for us, but if you aren't so fortunate, you'll want to identify someone in your family or group of friends that you trust to do that for you. Overall, a great experience and would absolutely recommend!

respondence is done via email. I had a few questions about how the lights work and I emailed them and got replies within the day, and they were very helpful. Since the GOBOs are personalized, I was contacted by them to discuss how I wanted it to look, and the person I was emailing was very patient because I asked to change it a few times, and she did it right away (we were emailing back and forth). I received both lights about a week before my wedding events (website says two days prior to event, so it was early), which was cool because we used them to light around the house in the days leading up to the wedding and we got to try and test it out. Setting it up was super easy cuz there are pictured instructions (really easy, just plug, and point). The lights were also supposed to be returned within two days after the event. However, as weddings are usually very busy, I wasn't able to mail them back right away, so I contacted them to make sure this was ok, and they were very flexible. I ended up sending it back a week and a half later and was not charged anything extra. The best part is that the shipping is all paid for, so you just have to drop it off to any FedEx to return it, and they do the rest. Overall I thought the experience was very convenient, especially for the price, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for lighting! (It looked amazing in my wedding video so I'd def recommend a GOBO to add a nice personalized touch)

also rented a gobo which they made created from a custom design I sent them. When they sent me the proof of the first design I sent them I asked if it was possible to do something completely different. They were more than willing to completely redo it and very quick with getting me the second proof which was then perfect! We also received the rentals earlier than promised. The whole process was very easy. I would definitely use them again.
