Gorgeous venue! You’re definitely getting a great mix of modern and rustic with so much space/spaces here. Communication from owners is consistent and thorough. We booked very early in the building process so as new processes or additions were added, Rachel was amazing about communicating that to us!
Rachel and Walt have truly thought of everything when it comes to the bridal barn and getting ready area for the ladies, you’re getting 5 salon style spaces and chairs which my hairstylist loved! The grain bins and camp sites to accommodate family on site was amazing as well to keep everyone close for the whole weekend! The catering kitchen made catering set up a breeze. And the indoor/outdoor bar set up was a hit! Our wedding was on the larger side at 221 and it was the perfect size without compromising dance floor space.
So much thought and care went into this space and we’re honored to be one of the first few weddings here!

Our story is deeply rooted in the land, where tradition and transformation come together. Walt grew up on a farm that had been in his family for generations. The farm was once a thriving apple orchard, a place where the rhythms of the seasons and the hard work of the land shaped the daily life of the family. Over the years, however, the family business shut down, and the orchard was left dormant, its rich history fading with time. In December of 2019, we had the opportunity to purchase the property from the family—a full-circle moment that felt both nostalgic and full of promise. What was once a beloved family farm now had the chance to be reborn, and we set out with a vision: to transform this beautiful piece of land into a place where new memories could be made, where the spirit of family and celebration would live on. With a lot of heart and hard work, we completely reimagined the property, turning it into a stunning wedding and gathering venue. From the original orchard to the lush grounds, every corner of the property now serves as a backdrop for unforgettable moments. Whether it's a couple saying "I do" under the shade of an old tree, or families gathering to celebrate life's milestones, we’ve created a space where joy, love, and community can thrive. This is a place where the past meets the present, where the legacy of the land continues through every event and every celebration.
