Vivian Flower Lab is a floral design studio based in Bethesda, MD, led by me, Vivian, creating original and stunning arrangements for weddings and special events. I discovered my love for flowers in Mexico, where I fell in love with how they can transform spaces and tell meaningful stories. After training around the world, I brought that passion to the U.S. and started my own studio. I specialize in creating floral designs that feel personal, intentional, and full of emotion. Every bouquet, centerpiece, or installation is thoughtfully crafted with great attention to detail — because I believe the small touches make all the difference. e with me at the venue to help me solidify my vision and openly shared profits. Dealing with her was on of the best parts of my wedding planning experience. I had another florist recommended by a friend and their quotes came in similarly. I am so glad I went with my gut and chose to work with Vivian instead. This may seem minor, but I could tell her attention to detail from her logo and email communications in her sharing of the mood board. She is focused on making what YOU want happen. Other florists told me they couldn't get peonies. She shared that she could gwt them, but they would be more expensive because they were out of season. Again, she focused on elwhat I wanted and allowed me to make the decision. I cannot say enough. Hire Vivian for ALL of your floral needs. You will not regret it!!

I honestly don’t have enough words to express how amazing Vivían Vargas’ service was. I got married with only two weeks to plan everything, in a remote location, and we didn’t have...

I thought it would be impossible to find someone who could understand my vision in such a short time… but then I found Vivían! 🌸  From the very first message, she responded incredibly fast, with such professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. She took the time to really listen, understood exactly what I wanted, and brought my floral vision to life on my wedding day. What impressed me most was that she traveled all the way to West Virginia — over four hours from Washington D.C. — just to make it happen. Her dedication, talent, and commitment went far beyond my expectations. Every floral arrangement reflected my personality and the exact style I had dreamed of.
