There are truly not enough words to express how grateful we are for The Legacy Ranch, Sammantha, and Brandon.
When we booked our wedding, the venue was still being built. While that could have been nerve-wracking, Sammantha and Brandon never gave us a reason to worry. Their communication, professionalism, and passion for what they were creating gave us complete confidence every step of the way.
The finished venue exceeded every expectation we had. It is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day.
What truly sets The Legacy Ranch apart is that they offer so much more than a beautiful venue. Sammantha and Brandon were there for us throughout the entire planning process. From bartending coordination and event planning support to providing our ceremony arch and assisting with décor setup, they continually went above and beyond.
At no point did we feel like just another client. We felt cared for, supported, and genuinely valued.
Not only did they help create the wedding of our dreams, but we truly feel like we gained lifelong friends along the way.
Thank you both for everything. We will cherish our memories at The Legacy Ranch forever.

- Brandon MeadorsExecutive DirectorBrandon is one of the guiding hands behind Legacy Ranch, and his heart for this place goes far beyond the practical work of building a venue. He grew up in Montana and later married his wife, Sammi, at his family’s wedding venue in South Lake Tahoe. Experiencing their own wedding through the eyes of both a couple and a family deeply involved in hospitality sparked something lasting. They wanted to bring that same thoughtful, welcoming, beautifully supported experience back to Brandon’s home state. What couples appreciate most about Brandon is his calm, grounded presence. He’s someone who genuinely listens, answers questions with clarity, and makes the planning process feel less overwhelming. His goal is always the same: to help couples feel cared for from the first message to the final moments of their celebration. Legacy Ranch is a family project built with intention and heart. Brandon’s role is to make sure every couple feels the benefit of that. For those looking for a private, warm, and well-run setting with people who truly care about the experience, Brandon is often the first reason they feel at ease.
