BEST DANCE STUDIO. I cannot recommend Tonja and Randy from Pivot enough. If you’re looking for a truly class act, top tier professional instructor, this is the place to go. My fiance and I wanted to not only learn a choreographed first dance, but also learn general dances and techniques so we’d be able to dance at other functions. Tonja was immediately so engaged and excited to help. She began teaching us different dances, styles, and techniques, focusing on fundamentals, while behind the scenes she choreographed our first dance. As we learned more, she incorporated pieces of our first dance and it’s brilliant. I really wanted a timeless dance that didn’t feel rushed, boring, or disjointed to guests who watched but felt intimate to us. Something special for us. Tonja mastered that balance and created one-of-kind choreography for us. While Tonja is who we mainly work with, we have also worked with Randy for some lessons and his teaching has also been invaluable. We not only learned a fist dance for our wedding, but know are mastering dance techniques in general thanks to Tonja and Randy. We will definitely continue classes with them after the wedding because we’ve had such a good experience. I would not go anywhere else!

Joe and I have 4 left feet and had no dance experience when Tonja took us on. She loves a challenge and not only managed to teach us the basics in ultra quick time, but she also choreographed a wonderful dance for us which made us look good without being overly-complicated. We had so much fun through the process that we carried on taking lessons for several years afterwards. Tonja is patient but firm and her love of dance and teaching just radiates out of her. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
