Shane and Jessica were my day-of coordinators for my wedding this past September, and I truly enjoyed working with them!
Throughout the planning process, they were very willing to work with us to bring our vision to life. If you communicate what you want and need, they will work with you to come up with creative ideas and solutions to make things happen. We had both in-person and virtual meetings, lots of conversations, and definitely lots of laughs along the way! They also helped keep me on track when I was a little late getting some things done. 😂
One of the biggest things I appreciated was eventually not having to communicate with all of my vendors myself. Having Shane and Jessica help manage those conversations, assist with the timeline, and keep track of all the little things that can easily be forgotten was such a relief. It’s really nice to have people on your team who already know the details of your day.
They were also great at handling the things I didn’t even know were happening. For example, my wedding cake was supposed to go on a particular dessert table, but when it didn’t fit, Jessica pivoted and set it up beautifully on another table. By the time I saw it, my bride brain didn’t even process that it wasn’t where it was originally supposed to be! 😂 It looked beautiful, and I never had to worry about the problem.
There was another situation where something with one of my vendors didn’t go exactly as previously discussed. Shane and my sister-in-law worked together to find a solution, and by the time I saw everything, I was completely happy with how it turned out. I wouldn’t have even known there had been an issue.
Shane also went out of his way to help us transport our flower arch and some of our other decorations on his truck. I genuinely don’t know how we would have gotten that arch to the venue without a major struggle otherwise, so I really appreciated his willingness to help.
Those little behind-the-scenes pivots and fires they handled were honestly some of the most valuable parts of having them there. Instead of every problem becoming something I had to deal with on my wedding day, they could step in, figure things out, and keep everything moving.
Overall, Shane and Jessica were hardworking, compassionate, flexible, and willing to work with us. If you’re a bride looking for a team that will communicate with you, help you figure things out, and be there to help bring everything together on your wedding day, I definitely recommend Shane and Jessica of Creative Passions. I appreciate everything they did to help make our day happen! ❤️

Whenever something needed to be adjusted, you stepped in and found a way to make it happen. You listened to what we wanted, paid attention to the little details, and made sure everything came together beautifully.
Because of you, we were able to relax, be present, and actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about everything happening behind the scenes.
